Chapter 470 Strongest Zhen wu
''Eh?'' Mint felt like a one-ton truck just struck him in the chest. His entire ribcage broke just from a single kick, and his insides began turning inside out.
''Is this… how death feels like?''
''I thought… Zhen Wu… was strongest…'' Tears of blood rolled down his bruised cheeks.
Zhen Wu was one of the few referred to as ''God'' even though they were mere humans. The reason was because of his immense Martial Arts knowledge that even rivaled the Gods!
There was a ''true'' God of Martial Arts called Xuanwu!
Zhen Wu's name also meant Xuanwu—however, they were a different person!
Xuanwu was the God of Martial Arts who lived in God Realm, on his own mountainside, specially created for Martial Arts practitioners. It was a dreamland for everyone who dreamed of learning the art of Martial Arts.
History books said that Zhen Wu, the person hailed as God of Martial Arts, was the successor of Xuanwu and was even trained by him!
''Zhen Wu… wouldn't lose… so, why did I lose?'' Mint slowly raised his head and stared straight into All-In-One's brown eyes.
''Cuff him,'' All-In-One said towards his subordinates and pulled out a pack of cigarettes from his back pocket. He pulled one out, lit it up, and took a puff of smoke.
Mint's broken limbs got cuffed with special-made handcuffs that hindered the usage of powers.
They took him to their cars and immediately drove off towards their headquarters. Luckily, Mint's vitality was so immensely high that he wouldn't die from such injuries.
''Whew…'' A puff of smoke left All-In-One's mouth, ''Zhen Wu… I would want to fight the real one, and not fake…''
He tossed the cigarette away and pulled out his phone. He received a text message that told him his next destination.
''Hmm… Happylaugh, why do I need to go there?''
…
The City of Fall.
The streets and roads were well-maintained. The carriages drove on the roads without disturbing the pedestrians.
The pedestrians walked peacefully in the semi-cold weather with warm clothing. A breeze of wind drifted across the air.
''I need a smaller map…'' Isaac was also walking in the streets. He had the enormous map in his hand, but he could barely use it to navigate through the streets.
He folded the map until it was the size of his palm. Then, he stored it in the inventory and continued roaming the streets.
As Isaac walked past a dark alleyway, he felt a strange sensation at the back of his skull. He turned to the alleyway and saw several hooded figures sitting among themselves. They seemed to be quite sinister.
The hooded figures turned their heads towards Isaac and immediately became alert.
''What'cha looking at?!'' A hooded figure with half of his face filled with tattoos asked with obvious anger.
''Nothing, it's just that you four look extremely shady.'' Isaac grinned and walked into the alleyway with his hands slipped into pockets.
''Huh?!'' The four hooded figures stood up with sharp items found in their hands. They were all holding daggers.
''You want to die?!'' The tattooed man threatened while showing his sharp-bladed dagger.
''Hmm… Nah.'' Isaac's grin grew larger, and he lunged forwards!
The hooded figures flinched and appeared completely off-guard. However, they quickly regained their composure and slashed toward the incoming Isaac with their daggers.
''Bad grip, decreasing the strength of the slashes!'' Isaac sent a straight punch toward the tattooed person's face.
Smack!
As his punch landed perfectly on the tattooed nose, the hooded man's eyes rolled backward as he flew across the alleyway and collided with the wall.
The three daggers inched closer to Isaac. However, the holders of those daggers looked frightened underneath their hoods. Freeᴡebnovel.cᴏm.
''To disarm people with arms is quite simple. Strike their hands.'' Isaac smashed his fist towards the right and struck the hands of the three hooded figures. The daggers flew away from their grasp and dropped to the pavement.
''ARGH!'' They screamed as their hands swelled and bruised. A simple-looking strike completely crushed their hands!
''Y'know… I planned to use this street as my future headquarters till I leave for Winter Realm… I can't let some thugs do their criminal acts here.''
''Fuck you!'' The three hooded figures lunged forwards. Their fists reeled in, and their punches were about to get unleashed.
''Sigh… jab.'' Isaac put his arms in front of his face, and suddenly his right arm ripped across the air, and the fist landed powerfully on the hooded figure's face!
The simple jab crushed the hooded figure's noses and teeth, causing them to pass out with bloodied faces.
As they fell down, Isaac turned around and left the alleyway with his blue blood-covered fists slipped into his pockets.
''This place is quite nice, and I hope there isn't a lot of criminal activity… That would ruin my business.'' Isaac pondered while searching for a store to be bought.
Soon he finally reached a part of the City with stores, restaurants, and roadside stalls.
''Oh.'' Isaac stopped and turned to his left. He saw a side of the street crowded with customers and stores. However, there was one store that was dark and desolate.
A single flyer hung barely from the door, saying that the building was on-sold. However, not even one person glanced at the flyer—instead walked past the building with quicker steps than before.
''Hmm…'' Isaac crossed the road and stopped before the flyer. He peeked into the building, which was well-maintained, with almost nothing to complain about. It was miles better than his previous store's condition when he first bought it.
''Hey, young man.'' Like clockwork, a shrewd-looking man with a humble look appeared next to him, ''Are you interested in buying this estate?''
''Hmm…'' Isaac narrowed his eyes and thought it was quite suspicious. However, a small smile crept up on his face because he thought it would seem quite amusing.
''Sure, how much?'' Without caring much, he asked for the price with a calm smile.
The shrewd-looking man immediately pulled out an key and handed it over, ''It's free!''
''Eh?'' Isaac took the keys with a confused look, ''Why?''
''Well, because it's haunted.'' The shrewd-looking man wiped his sweat with a relieved look, 'I thought I would always be known as the person who owned a haunted house… How embarrassing it has been, but finally, I got rid of it!'
''Haunted? Then I don't want it.'' Isaac tried to return the keys, but the shrewd-looking man had already started running away.
''NO REFUNDS!'' He screamed as he disappeared into the crowd.
''Argh, shameless.'' Isaac snorted and turned to the store with slight expectations, ''This better be worth my excitement.''
