Chapter 24 Mom, I Am Back. Your Princess Is Back.

"Mister Tang, Miss is earning more than two million in an hour. This amount is nothing for her." Min Yue interjected and chuckled upon seeing the bewildered expression on his face.

"Ha, my loss then. I forgot you are now a mighty CEO." Tang Ying shook his head.

"We already have a deal. Now you cannot back off. You have to tell me the recipe in exchange for two million." Zhou Liying warned with a smile.

"I know." Tang Ying mocked a smile.

They all had their dinner with full gusto. Zhou Liying was having such delicious food, food of her liking after such a long time. So, she had more than her capacity.

"How much is it for dinner?" Zhou Liying asked after finishing off her glass of wine.

"Do you think I will ask for money from you?" Tang Ying raised his right brow.

"I know you will not, but I want to pay. I am here for the first time and as your friend, I should pay for the food which I have eaten. Next time, you can treat me for free." Zhou Liying passed him her card. "Now go and make the payment."

Tang Ying shook his head and called for a waiter. He asked him to make the payment.

Later, Tang Ying personally escorted Zhou Lying and Zhou Bingbing.

"Do keep coming. I will cook my best dishes for you." He hugged Zhou Liying and patted her back.

"Do you think I will not come here? You know I am crazy about the dishes cooked by you." Zhou Liying chuckled and parted away from him.

They then made their way toward the penthouse, where Zhou Liying was going to stay for the time being, she was in Shanghai.

Zhou Liying arrived at her penthouse which was located on the fiftieth floor of Dreams Heights building, one of the best apartment buildings in Shanghai. Beside her, Min Yue was informing her about the perks of her penthouse.

"Miss, as per your requirements, this penthouse is well equipped with a library cum study room, a personal gym, and an indoor swimming pool. It also has three servant quarters attached to it."

Zhou Liying looked around the penthouse. Her penthouse had a glass atrium with a wall that swings open and a living room with double-height ceilings. It was fully furnished and beautifully decorated as per her taste.

This stunning penthouse included 5 bedrooms. One of its highlights was the 70-foot-long under-sky swimming pool, overlooking Shanghai city. It was neighboured by a small patch of ground with grass. A resting swing was also placed over it.

She nodded her head in approval. "This penthouse will do. This is exactly up to my requirements. Good job Min Yue."

Zhou Liying always had some expectations with the place where she was staying and one of them was servant quarters, so she could have easy access to her assistant or guard in case of need.

"Thank you, miss." Min Yue bowed her head.

"I am again jealous of you." Zhou Bingbing rubbed her nose in displeasure when she looked around at the penthouse. She was awestruck by its beauty, especially the pool area and garden, the beautiful view of the city from her balcony was also a reason.

"How can you always end up at such beautiful places? I and Kris looked all around but still; we were not able to find such a beautiful place to live in."

Zhou Liying chuckled when she heard Zhou Bingbing. "That's because I am lucky."

"Miss was lucky this time." Min Yue interjected. "No one was ready to sell a penthouse at a short notice. But then, suddenly, I received a call from my broker that a rich party has vacated this penthouse and wanted to sell it."

"I wish I…." before Zhou Bingbing could comment on anything more about the penthouse, she received a call from her fiancé.

"Lili, I am taking your leave now. I will call you tomorrow." Zhou Bingbing announced.

"Where are you going? Aren't you going to spend some more time with me?" Zhou Liying teased.

"Lili, don't tease me." Zhou Bingbing blushed. "You are aware I am going to meet Kris. It has been a week that I haven't seen his face."

"You have seen his face last night, on video call remember."

"It was a video call. I wasn't able to touch his face." Zhou Liying rebuked.

"Touch or kiss his lips." Zhou Liying teased.

Zhou Bingbing shook her head and abruptly left the penthouse of Zhou Liying. Zhou Liying chuckled and then, she looked at Min Yue with a serious expression on her face.

"Go, get freshen up in one of the servant's quarters. We will leave for the hospital in half an hour." Zhou Liying ordered.

"Should I get my stuff shifted in one of…." Min Yue cut herself off when she saw a glare from Zhou Liying. She chided herself and left the penthouse of Zhou Liying, and toward the servant rooms located on the same floor.

Once Min Yue was gone, Zhou Liying walked toward the wall-sized window and stood in front of it. She sighed and looked out of the window, at the sky filled with stars.

Her heart turned heavy and her eyes filled with tears. She took a deep breath and wrapped her arms around her chest.

"Mom, I am back. Your princess is back in Shanghai."

After getting changed into a fresh pair of clothes, Zhou Liying made her way toward the exit of the building with Min Yue following behind her.

A car with a driver, designated for her by Zhou BingBing was already waiting for her.

"Min Yue, search for a bodyguard and driver for me. I can't use BingBing's driver for a long time." Zhou Liying ordered.

"I have already sent a quotation to the best agencies. Soon, we will get a reply from them." Min Yue reported.

Zhou Liying nodded her head and entered the car.

Zhou Liying could ask one of her shadow guards to become her driver, but she knew they would not be happy with this decision of hers. She knew they would not be able to perform their jobs with perfection the way they were doing it from their hiding.
