Chapter 238 Outing With Friends.

Zhou Liying arrived in the club right on time. Min Yue was with her. Zhou Liying had tagged her along because she wanted Min Yue to have some fun in her life. She did not want Min Yue to spend all her life like a nun.

They both were wearing red dresses as said by Zhou Bingbing. Both were looking bombs.

"Miss Zhou is there." Min Yue pointed toward a table on which Zhou BingBing was seated.

Zhou Liying raised her right brow in confusion and doubt. She made her way toward the said table. Zhou Bingbing, Kris and Tang Ying were seated there.

"Are we going to sit at this table tonight, not in some private room?" she asked and took an offered seat, right beside Tang Ying and opposite to Kris.

"Ask her." Kris pointed towards Zhou BingBing who happily exclaimed. "I wanted to sit outside, not in some private room. I am bored of them. Moreover, look at the deco of this club, the lights, the dance stage, the music, all this is so tempting."

Zhou Liying rolled her eyes and ordered a glass of drink for herself. "Why this sudden get-together though?"

This same question was in the mind of Kris and Tang Ying. They had asked her this question multiple times but she was tight-lipped, only saying that she will answer only at the arrival of Zhou Liying.

Zhou Bingbing smirked upon hearing her question. "You are such a bad sister. You were not giving me a party, so I thought why not I throw a small party in your stead."

"Party for what?" Zhou Liying asked with confusion, but soon it dwell upon her when she saw teasing expression on the face of Zhou Bingbing.

"Guess what!!" Zhou Bingbing shrieked loudly. "Our Lili is f*caking married. She is no longer a single woman. She is now tied to the man of her dream, her husband." Zhou Bingbing said dramatically and sighed as if she had seen some romantic drama.

"What?" Kris stood up from his seat in surprise. "Why did I not know that she is married? For how long is she married? Who is her husband?" he bombarded Zhou Bingbing with questions. "Are you playing any type of prank on us? Let me remind you, today is not April fool's day."

"I am not kidding." Zhou Bingbing grinned and lifted the hand of Zhou Liying with her wedding ring in it. "Look at this ring. She is married."

"What?" Shocked, Kris stood up from his chair, not believing that Zhou Liying was married. He felt hurt that she married behind his back. He had always treated her like his sister. He loved her, even more than his real sister. He thought he deserved to know at least the name of the man to whom she was going to marry. He deserved to know when and where she was getting married.

"You, why did you not tell me earlier? You always force me to share my everything with you, but you hide things from me, which is not done." Kris accused Zhou Bingbing.

"I was waiting for Zhou Liying to inform you." Zhou Bingbing shook her shoulders innocently. "This is her news, she should be the one telling it."

"Then why did you disclose it now?" this time it was Zhou Liying speaking. She was not happy that Zhou Bingbing told others about her marriage. She wanted to share about the same by herself, at a right time.

"Because I was fed up waiting for you." Zhou Bingbing rolled her eyes. "Day by day, it was becoming hard for me to keep your marriage a secret from Kris."

Zhou Liying shook her head. She knew how her cousin was. She could never keep a secret.

Never!

It was a miracle that she had not shared about her marriage with Kris till now.

"Now tell me, who is your husband?" this time Kris directed his question toward Zhou Liying. He was all in protective big brother mode. "Why did you not bring him here tonight to meet us?"

He wrapped his arms around his chest.

"You may have married behind my back, but that does not mean that I will not perform my duties as your brother. I will interrogate him before deciding if he is good for you or not."

Zhou Liying smiled in gratitude when she heard him. She had expected this reaction from Kris. He had very seriously taken over the responsibility as her big brother.

She had expected this reaction from Kris but what she did not expect was the reaction of Tang Ying. He paled, he completely lightened and froze on his spot. She had expected some questions from him too but he was seated on his seat like a mute.

"Are you all right?"

"Yeah, I am." Tang Ying shook his head and cleared his throat. "Just a little surprised. I did not expect that you will get married so secretly and so fast."

"Stop talking with him and answer my questions," Kris spoke with authority. "Who is your husband?"

Zhou Liying sighed and shrugged her shoulders. She looked at her friends and she knew they all wanted well for her.

"Mu Yuehan."

"What?" Kris and Tang Ying yelled at the same time. "When? How? We want details."

And with that said, Zhou Liying gave them all the details about Mu Yuehan, how he acted as her guard and then forced her to get married. Somewhere, she felt light after talking with them. For the first time, she was saying out aloud about the puzzling happenings in her life.

In between, she also shared a lot of her feelings with them.

"That is how I got stuck in this marriage which I don't want. Now I don't even have a choice but to accept that I am now married and wife of Mu Yuehan." She grumbled.

Zhou Bingbing too grumbled beside her. She slapped the shoulder of her cousin. "You cannot change Lili. Why are you still running away from Mu Yuehan even when you have feelings for him?"

She then looked at her boyfriend. "Kris, I am fed up with this girl. She is pushing that poor man away from herself even when she has feelings for him. I have seen him and I know that man too loves her dearly. I don't know what her problem is."

"Can we please not discuss about my marriage? I am fed up thinking about it." Zhou Liying begged, pleadingly.

Everyone listened to her plea because they all knew that Zhou Liying rarely begged.
