4 the fallen stone's chapter-4

While Dr stone was leaning against a oak tree near the entrance he was staring,At the woods

in front of him as if he was expecting to see someone.In his mind he was hoping that it was his fellow researchers,Friends and family that would come out of the woods he new that the person coming from the woods would be the last man Dr stone would ever set eyes upon.

He would hope that after the deed was done he would be able to reunite with the one's whohe loved.

He wait outside for 10 minutes look at the sky trees and near by animals with a smile on his face since he had never taken the chance,in his busy life to take a step back and admire the wonders of the woods.

As Dr stone was turned his head back to were he was originally looking,which were the insides of the woods he saw a clear outline of a man who spoke as if talking to an old friend.

"hello..it has been quite some time wouldn't you say Mr stone..please don't let me interruptyou"-?

Dr stone instantly knew who the man was and spoke"yes it has been I which it would have been longer I would of been able to have made you some tea"-Dr STONE said with an annoyed expression on his face.

Mr Smith then Walked towards him until the were arms length apart.Dr stone could now clearly see the smile on Mr Smith's face as he walked closer to him.

"now then you know what I came he for..if we can end this without any annoyances like struggling it would realy make my day"- Mr SMITHsaid whilst pointing at the entrance behind Dr stone

Then Dr stone proceeded to try and throw punches at Smith put to no avail Mr Smith then took out a pistol a swiftly shot Dr stone in the right leg.Dr stone screamed in agony and dropped to the ground whilst on the ground he tried to stop the wound from, Bleeding by putting his hands over it but it was of no use.Mrsmith then slowly placed his leg onto Dr stone's bullet wound and pressed down which made Dr stone yell in pain.Dr stone was about to try and push of Smith's leg but before he could Smith pointed the gun at stone's chest.

"are the plants still inside or did you just sit around moping around crying about those corpses for the few years we kindly gave you?"'-MR SMITH

Dr stone the spat in Smith's face and said"it's gone they're all gone did you assholes realy think I would just give them to you after all you did..screw..you"-DR STONE

Mr Smith then shot Dr stone in both of his arms as, Dr stone waledin pain as he almost bitting his own tongue he hurled insults as smith.

"oh please just shut up for a second please I'm trying to talk!"- MR SMITH

Dr stone glared at him with the eyes of a eagle,He then spoke"do what you want to be but you won't get what you have come for!"- Dr STONE

In his head Dr stone was gleafuly laughing and cheering for both him and the one's who were deceived by Smith and the donators he worked for even if Smith didn't kill him it took a whole hour just to get to the stairs he walked up to.If his pulse is still on after 20 minutes after he went up to the surface were he secretly pressed the device on his neck which started the timer.Which he started after seeing Smith but in any case Dr stone would win beacuse in the worst case scenario which was that he was still alive the boxes would have about a 50 to minutes head start on Smith.But with the better scenario which was the more cruel was that stone would die but in which case it would give the boxes 60 to possibly even 80 mintues head start.

Mr Smith then pointed the gun at his chest and spoke"fine you wanted to die as a weak and scrawny coward then you will die like one"- MR SMITH said with a slow slightly annoyed tone in his voice as if he was ashamed then he pressed thebarrels of the gun on to stone's chest and looked him in the eyes and pressed down on the trigger.

Dr stone's body tried lunging back as if it was hit by a car.Blood was now pouring out of the wound as stone lost his breath and could barely scream he turned his head to face the view. He was looking at before it got ruined by Smith's presence some how some of the animals were still around despite the shots.

he smiled slightly seeing at least the animals sticking with him until his end as he was staring he slowly started remembering his life. How it was so dull and grey and how he only realy lived life by trying to be the best at what he liked without even having a goal, he just liked being praised that why he instantly jumped onto the project once he heard about it.

seeing it as one of his life's biggest challenge which to an extent wasn't wrong however he was happy to see at least he would die in a peaceful and beautiful place like these woods.

however it was short lived as Smith Walked to the side of him which was looking at the woods and said"don t worry since you like the woods I'll do you a favour I'm going..to burn it to the ground until the only thing left is ash....that should be a good way of burying the evidence"- MR SMITH said with a malicious grin on his face he then Walked into the lab as Dr stone's eyes started to fade his final words were"I hope you enjoy my present..beacuse i know you wont ha ha ha"- Dr STONE said with a cold rust voice as he drifted to the land of the dead.
