It took a few hours for him to get to the top of the mountain. The sun went down, and it was dark by the time he got the the peak of the entire secret realm.
If it was the day, he would have enjoyed the brilliant scenery that was the jungle.
But the moonlight still gave him a wonderful view of the entire jungle, and he could see that the forest didn't have any landmarks. Surely, the developers wouldn't make the exit impossible to find.
And the problem was that he couldn't even find a boss as he looked around. Every single territory was clearly marked, with every dinosaur in their place. No dinosaur dared cross these invisible lines that Jake had already mapped out in his head.
But he could not find a single true boss of this entire forest.
He looked down at the peak. He had studied the peak itself, in it's two by two dimensions, and there was certainly nothing there.
There wasn't an exit to this madness. He would have to lose at least something as he left this place two days later.
"Damn it. Just how bad has my luck got to get. Even if I completely drained it over the last few days, the has to be worse than usual. No exit to this place? That is illogical." Jake grumbled as he kicked the rock that was next to him.

The sound of gears moving and the sound of something inside ticking suddenly made the mountain come to life.
Jake felt the mountain itself shudder as he started descending down. It was the exact feeling he had when he met Nolan. The secret basement had a secret elevator, and this was exactly like that.
As he slowly started descending, he had the quick thinking to send one final message.
[Come to the top of the mountain and kick the rock on top. It looks like something is underneath. I am entering, but I might get cut off.]
He just managed to hit send when he heard a message ring.
[You have entered the Boss Area. All messages are not allowed. You will not revive here. You will revive outside the boss area.]
Jake smiled.
"I knew it. I knew it! I knew that there had to be a mad scientist somewhere here because of the dinosaurs. Those developers knew that they had to mess with me." Jake laughed.
There was nothing good about meating the boss. But at least, now, Jake knew that there was a way out.
As he started descending down the mountain, he could feel the space around him open up a little. And slowly, the walls of the mountain disappeared, and he could see a bright light fill the space.
This was a bright laboratory. There were tubes everywhere. Tables, tubes, lab coats, computers, beeps, and giant capsules filled with liquid and a dinosaur within each of them.
This was the laboratory of a scientist alright. And he certainly was working on dinosaurs.
"Looks like they took the piot of Jurassic Kingdom, the classic from a decade ago." Jake said, shaking his head.
"But then again, Nova does own that production company." Jake sighed.
The elevator stopped at the ground, and Jake got off it, looking around. There was absolutely no one in this giant laboratory.
Only silence, and those sounds that did come from an active lab.
He walked around. There was no other thing to do. So he looked around, sat in a chair or two, and more importantly, try to learn about his terrain.
He was also trying to find if there was any clear exit to this place. If there was, maybe he would try to exit the place, and come back when he had a few more eggs that he found from the right place.
But there wasn't anyone at all. And there wasn't anything that Jake wanted here.
He came closer to the dinosaur in the capsule. It was transparent and he could clearly see the details of this dinosaur that he was absolutely sure wasn't in the forest outside.
This was a completely new species that this scientist was developing. He looked closer, marveling at the attention to detail, when he heard a sound behind him.
"Marvelous, isn't she? It took me a few months to get this one right. The DNA on the fossil was barely enough for me to salvage a proper sequence." A voice came from behind him.
And this voice didn't suit the profile of a mad scientist at all.
He expected a short man, white moustage that spanned the width of this face, a bald head, or at least slightly bald, and a round body.
What he turned to see was a voluptuous body, a woman that was absolutely stunning, with the only thing that she shared with the mad scientist image being glasses.
And the white lab coat, that no one could dare forget.
"You must be the scientist responsible for the extraordinary collection outside. I was just stunned looking at the dinosaurs that you got out there." Jake said.
His heart was pounding, but what would a nervous stammer do for him right now? He needed to talk to this scientist properly, and he needed to be calm right now.
"And you must be the ones who have come to my creation. I wonder how you came here? I thought that the barrier was up." The scientist asked, frowning.
"We found an opening. A portal that we accidentally stumbled across." Jake said.
"We? So there is another." The scientist nodded.
"I thought you knew? So you do not have complete control over the entire forest? I thought that every dinosaur was under control." Jake asked.
"To control those beasts would be a pity. Now then, let us talk about you. Don't you think it is rude to come to someone else's lab without knocking?"
