Chapter 18：Love : The Greatest Power

My mom and sis went to Japan for sorting out some business. Mom, for business but sis, for chilling out. She told me to take care of myself. I dropped both of them in the airport and I said "You both are lucky, going somewhere. I'll be living with Dad for 15 days. I'm really scared, mom. Please don't go."

She said "Don't act like a little baby!"

Sis said "Mom, he is a little baby." taunting me.

Mom said "We have to go, you take care, see you!"

They both left, my shield to protect myself from dad had gone for 15 days. I was very sad and was very scared.

We both (Salang and me) visit our Korean Road everyday until my Dad's assistant saw both of walking. He looked me and left. I was very afraid. I prayed God "Please don't let him inform this to my father." The fear came out of my body in the form of expression.

She asked "What happened?"

I told her about dad's assistant and told her that he might inform my dad, I was very scared. She told me to calm down and we went to the school. That day, I only thought about that incident, meeting the assistant.

After the school, I dropped Salang home. She gave me hope that nothing will happen, I showed her that I'm fine, I'm not scared but inside I was dying and was very scared, wanting to know if he had informed or not.

I went to my house, I saw Dad sitting on the couch. I was about to go to my room that he stopped me and told me to stand where I was and then I saw assistant behind my Dad. (Oh no! Now I'm gone).

He shouted "Look at you, son. What are you doing?"

He grabbed attention of every maid in our house.

He shouted "Your mom and me had given you the car to go to school right?"

I looked down on the floor.

He shouted "Look at me!"

I looked at him. He gave me an angry looks, actually super angry looks.

He yelled "I had asked you something! Your mom and me had given you the car to go to school right?"

"Yes!" I said.

"Then why were you outside of the school and also within a girl?"

(Oops! What should I do now?)

"Actually we had lot of time for school to open therefore we went there for some minutes."

"Okay! But tell me who's that girl?"

"She is Salang, from my class, we are in the same stream, we discuss topics in the class and so we became friends. Today she reached school before time and so do I, for cutting the time we went there."

"Only friends?"

"No!..... I mean, Yes!"

"Yes or No?"

"Yes, we are only friends!" (But I love her!)

I wanted to tell him about my true feelings but I couldn't coz I know he would never understand.

I keep quite, he scolded me for about ten minutes and said "Now you are not allowed to go to school from the car, from tomorrow you will walk to the school until your mother and sister come back."

He added "And yeah! Who ever have courage to give him food tonight or tell this to my wife should also have the courage to get lost of my house. Understood?"

All the maids nodded.

They looked at me with sadness. Chlori granny (the eldest maid of the house) said "I'm sorry, young master. Tonight we won't be able to feed you. I'm really very sorry."

They fear to loss their jobs and I know the importance of their jobs to them. So I smiled and said "Don't worry aunty, I'm fine and by the way I don't want to eat anything. So, don't worry. Okay!" (Actually I'm dying inside. I'm very hungry).

I went to my room, she called me (Salang). I smiled and pick up the phone.

"Are you fine? Does your dad found out?" She asked.

"Yes!"

"Does he said something or he scolded you? I'll come to your home tommorow and I'll explain the whole scenario to him."

"No, no, it's fine! He knew everything but he is not angry with me." (He is! That's why he doesn't want to give me food tonight).

I didn't wanted her to make her worry so I didn't tell her the real situation.

I said "Salang, dad is calling me I have to go."

"Okay, but if he says something please let me know."

"Okay boss, bye I'll hang up now."

"Okay bye, good night!"

"Good night!"

I lied her that dad is calling me coz if I talk with her then I might tell her everything so I had hang up the phone.

There was written "Young master, I have been looking and caring for you from the day you born, and I'm the one who spent lot of time with you. I had promised to your mom that I'll take care of you. And I know when you feel hungry, sad or happy. So you don't have to pretend that you are not hungry coz I know you. I couldn't take much food, since guards are outside of your room. And this is the only thing I could bring. So, please have a good dinner and Good night, young master."

I became very happy and on that day I realized importance of love in every relationship whether its in between mom - son, boy - girl or anyone.

The past came on my mind when I used to disrespect and disobey her (Chlori granny). At that very moment I decided to change myself, fully!. I remember what Salang told me "Every problem have a solution!" Today's solution was Chlori granny.

Actually every problem has a solution and that is love. The biggest problem in this world was me and the solution to this, is love. Love for you, love for or from mom, Chlori granny and sis. I came to know that love is the greatest power in this universe. If we do anything with love then we might face problems but the solution will always be love.
