"Oh... Wow" Katie speechlessly said. She was staring and the most beautiful pair of outfits and they matched.
"Oh hey Katie." Cindy got up awkwardly. "James called me very this morning that he needed my help designing something for the two or you to wear to an event tonight. He said 'i want it to represent the joining of two shining magical stars'. That didn't make any sense to me so I went with 'magical' instead. What do you think?" Cindy spoke on and on without noticing the lost Katie.
It did look magical, in fact everything about her life was finally fully magical and now a huge piece of the magic just walked out. Katie was beside herself in guilt, but she just didn't realize why he was upset with her?
The last look he gave her before he left broke her heart, why was he so hurt?
"It is magical." Katie said siting on the floor staring at the sparkling outfits. "I just don't have the magic anymore."
"I know, I heard what happened. I've been hiding in here not sure what was going on outside."
"I finally had it all, I found my parents, my brother and I had the perfect guy, someone I saw myself with. Now it's all gone, the magics all drained out." Katie said her voice not higher than a whisper.
Not having the right words to say Cindy could only join her friend on the floor and be with her silent comfort.
Meanwhile, after Katie left samule in the living room he sought out Catherine's room. Which was surprisingly easy to find.
He gently knocked on the door and attempted to open the door but it was locked.
"Rose? Are you in there?" Samuel asked. Not receiving any response he knocked again.
"Rose what's wrong? Come on let me in, please." As he was about to onocly again he heard a click followed by the door opening slightly.
Walking into a very dark room, Samuel could faintly area small figure crouching at the edge of the bed, with lovely dark brown hair dancing in the slight wind coming from the balcony and her head between her legs.

"Rose what's wrong?" Samuel asked rushing over to Catherine's side.
"I told him. I was honest, but I guess it was too late." Catherine said further sinking into the floor.
Realizing that her conversation with James might have not gone too well, Samuel didn't really know how to console his flower. He couldn't imagine what it would feel like if Katie was angry with him.
Lifting Catherine in his hands Samuel carried her over to the bed gently placing her on the mattress. Turning to remove his jacket his hand was suddenly pulled.
"Please don't go too" Catherine pleadedin a low voice.
"I'm not going anywhere" making quick work of throwing his jacket on the floor and joining his girl on the bed.
It seems they had all forgotten they had somewhere to be, but who could celebrate at a time like this.
Katie and Cindy sat on the same floor silently with no plan of getting up. While Catherine and Samuel slept, not because they weren't worried about James but because no matter what was going on around them, they found comfort in each other's arms.
Somewhere thousands of fear in the air James and Jeremy sat staring out the window of the plane.
James and called Jeremy and Nathan to accompany him on his 'vacation'. Jeremy of course was eager to get away from his family but Nathan was on a business trip and said he would join them at whatever location they pick.
They were on their way to Jeremy's Villa in the south of France, this was of course Jeremy's choice because someone special was in France hopefully waiting for him.
Jeremy would occasionally look at his spaced out friend, it was very strange for James to spontaneously go on a vacation especially without Katie. But whenever he tried to ask about it, James would walk away.
James on the other hand was empty, he couldn't feel Jeremy looking at him, he couldn't even see the view he was staring at. He could only see Katie, he tried to sleep but he would dream of Katie and every time she is pushing him out of his life. Funny thing is the whole 'Catherine bring Rose' situation only confused him. He was angry at himself, how had he not noticed such a thing.
The day had started magical, he was meeting his girls parent and now he is flying half way round the world to get away from his girl.
At least now she couldn't push him away, he wouldn't have to let her go. Instead of facing it he would run.
