Chapter 6：Part 6

Alex's POV

After waking up with the pack around us I look down at the sleeping wolf beside me,  Star was still asleep but something was different  her  fur color was a white with red on it now maybe she could change her fur color who knows Cas was the next to wake up she stares at me "Morning Cas" she yawns sleepy "morning brother" she says my beta and omega woke up next they all stretched there legs, I stood up and shook my wolf's fur.  "Brother we need to get home its almost sunrise " I nod at her "ok give me a sec to wake Star up " I said I walk over to Star and nudge her with my head she looks at me and yawns "well morning sleepy head" I say to her. I watch her stand up and walk over the rest of my small pack. 

Star's POV.

I look at the pack "ok who wants to race back to the pack house " I say then they all howl and takes off running.  While we was running I heard something move and I saw a shadow in the woods I looked and everyone else was most likely back at the house, i trot up to it and I see the 3rd hunter I gasp "we have to run and get him away from here Alex can't know or he will get hurt" I tell myself I quickly mind linked the beta "Logan I have a problem is Alex with y'all" I ask quickly  he answer "yes why do you need help or something " I told him what I saw and not to tell Alex "Logan send me Cas with a change of clothes imma end this here and now I tell him " I sigh.  Star we need to combine powers I  need you and Flare working together right now We will make this hunter pay for killing my parents I told them both in my head.  I trotted around where the hunter was waiting on Cas to get here.

Logan's POV.

When she mind linked me Alex was shifting back and he seen someone mindlinked me he ask "who was that "? I had to lie I know hes my alpha but Zoe asked me to "oh it was Zoe she said she was going to let Flare fly for a bit" he nods his head and starts walking to his study I see Cas talking to a few maids "Cas a word for a minute " she nods we walk out of the house so Alex don't hear us with his wolf hearing, I talk first "Cas Star and Zoe need you they see a hunter in the woods now she had me lie to your brother because you know he can get she wants you to go alone with a change of clothes in the woods,  now make sure y'all are back before night fall or your brother will kill me".  She nods her head and runs of I sigh now to keep Alex busy.

I see Cas's wolf running to me I hold my hand out to stop and she does,  crawl to her "thank god your here now we can start getting rid of him " I say she nods her wolf head I sigh "Flare I need scales to protect me " I tell my dragon soon after scales are covering my body I see Cas stare at me I told her to meet me at the water falls she nods and runs off,  that got the hunter to stand up "who's there"?  He ask I walk to where he can see me.  "Ah I remember you your that baby dragon/wolf hybrid I killed the parents all them years ago" he says as he laughs. My hands turn into dragon claws and before  I know it I'm holding his throat "yes I am that kid" I snarl at him.  He just laughs "its werid I thought you would choose just one form but not both " he says weakly I let his neck go and back up he comes up to me and grabs my wrist " oh but lil one did your mom not tell you one of your secrets you have " he says I just look confused what did he mean by that I knew I had a wolf form and then a dragon form, what was he talking bout.  I shook my head and he laughs again " ah you lil bitch have one more lil secret " he says after he tells me I step back how did he know what powers I have " no your lying I yelled at him " oh but I wish I was you see here lil one I gain some of that power when I killed your parents.  I thought back Flare was there when they died "Flare what was mom and dads powers I asked her" she says " your moms power was controling elements such as earth, water, fire, air and etc.  Your dads power well....  His was turning into a shadow dragon I gasped " then I thought to myself maybe I can turn into a shadow dragon that made me grin. I focused on what I wanted to protect now then I seen my scales turn black and I then became a shadow dragon my wings looked like I could move fast now "Cas if you see some type of dragon its me" I tell her " ok but we gotta hurry or Alex will come looking for us" she says I stand up and bare my teeth at him I watch him grab his spear I dodge his spear and took to the trees he followed my shadow dragon figure in the trees "gets ready " I tell Cas I see her ahead of me I stop and he's right on my tail I use my tail to throw him into a tree.  I watch him get up slowly I bare my teeth "now Cas  home and get Alex " I nod at her she's running Fast after she left I took it to myself to end him I was at the edge of the cliff and the waterfall below me he walks close to me with his spear he stabs me with it in the leg I snarl at him grab his arm and throws him over the cliff as he falls he throws his spear and hits my chest from the pain I end up going over the edge to as I hit the water Flare went back to normal as for her being a fire dragon in the water ain't good I could see two wolves on top of the waterfalls before Me and Flare blacks out.
