Chapter 7：Part 7

Cas's POV.

As I run through the woods to get to my brother I ran from the waterfalls I bit then I heard something big hit water I panicked I howled for my brother I knew he was on a run because it was dark I see he's wolf in the distance but he wasn't himself Jake held the reins as he ran toward me he and I look over the water fall we seen Zoe on the bank of the river and she didn't look good.

As me and Jake looked over the water fall I seen Zoe and Flare was hurt I growled under my breath as I looked at my sister "you and Logan have some explaining to do when we get back" I see her coward down I sighed all Zoe does is get hurt since she's been here.  I needed my beta so I let out a painful howl  in a matter of a few mins I see my beta run to me and bowed down "we need to get her home now and her wounds tended to" I say.  As jumped from the rocks down  I ran  till I'm standing beside her "Zoe wake up come on wake up babe" I say as I nudge her with my head" I seen Zoe move Flare's wings.  I looked up and her eyes open me and Jake was happy but now to get her home and safe.

Zoe's POV.

As I woke up I heard someone calling my name and it was Alex as I opened my eyes I felt Flare was quiet maybe she was in pain "Cas clothes please" I said she nods and gives me them as I put them on I couldn't stand I felt Alex's Wolf stand beside me to help me.  I pet his head and he whined "I'll be ok once we get home" I pet him once more I sigh "Cas and Logan head home I'll get Alex to carry me back" I said they nodded and took off running,  as I looked at Alex I seen Jake was worried "Can you fly us back " I ask him he nods and his wings stretche out and crouched down then I climbed up on his back and hugged his neck.  When he was in the sky he was flying slow maybe because he didn't want me to fall but I seen Cas and Logan running under us , I pet his ears and ask if we could fly lower so we are near Cas and Logan.  As we got lower I yelled "y'all wanna race back" I seen Alex give a wolf grin and Cas and Logan started to run faster I begun to laugh and it made him happy.

Alex's POV.

When we was racing Cas tried mind linking me and I didn't want to answer I could see the house come into view so I glide to the ground closer and stop a few meters from the door I nodded for Cas and my beta to go on ahead and open the door because I knew Zoe couldn't walk, when they shifted back I started to walk inside with my mate still on my back we walk all the way to the medical wing.  When the doctors tried getting me to leave I growled at them I laid in the floor crossed my paws and laid my head on my paws.  It took everything in me not to run in every time Zoe yelled, when it got quiet I stood up and walked over to her bed she was still breathing just asleep the doctor walks over and said "Alpha she's stable for now you can take her home when she wakes up it seems like she will heal in a few days " he says I nod my head when he left I jumped on the bed and curled up beside her.
