99 Dungeon Part 2 Entei's Folly

With everyone so far from Gray now they were able to gather their wits once more. Cynthia and Diantha were out cold. The ordeal was a lot to them but had the effect of making the two stronger and intuned with their partners.

Crystal was suprised with SIlver returning wrapped up in Ghost energy. For a moment she thought he was dead. But he was breathing in and out peacefully. Something about him had changed, she didn't know what at first but felt he was stronger.

"Silver... what happened to you just now?" Crystal rubbed his face gently.

"What the heck was all this about!?" Dawn looked off in the distance at the retreating darkness. Feeling the different wild energies disappear from the entire area. "And why is everything so... different now!?"

They turned to June and Sabrina. Knowing these two would no at least something about what was going on.

"It is.. stable now a little." June answered. Aura energy leaving her eyes. "Gray took some of the rampant energy away. Fed it to an area, so the pokemon and the people that live here should have a better time now."

"He couldn't do all of it." Sabrina said tersely. She looked at the still rampant energies in the air and wished she could do something about it. But she was not built that way. Not part of her design. "Are you going to do anything?"

She was looking at June who twirled her hands a little. Different energies obeying her and changing the sky to a more stabilize everything. But she could only touch on the original ones she introduced.

The others existed outside of her domain. Those such as Dark, Steel, and Fairy.

"I did what I can. I wonder what is all in this place?" June looked to those still out then to the Pokemon. "Can you catch up to him?"

"Nope." Duchess, Gray's Serperior bristled in anger. Hating she was so far away when everything happened. "Can you not Teleport to him?" June shook no. "What about you Sabrina?"

"I cannot." Sabrina gritted her teeth annoyed. "The jump is to far and I doubt I won't run in to something terrible when doing it." She spread her psychic senses out to detect the pokemon in the area. "Now that the violent energy is gone, I can tell you this.."

Sabrina walked up and pulled out a pokeball. Coming out of the thick grass was a pokemon much bigger than the normal size back home. It was an Ursaring. The bear pokemon looked at her like she was lunch.

".. pokemon are coming out of the woodwork to claim or move away from areas." She took a battle stance. "They need a little discipline to!" She cracked out her whip in her other hand.

Ine thing the missed, was that Jackie was nowhere in sight.

As they started to battle, each of them missed the look of a pokemon watching them in the distance. It was no longer able to move about undetected in the wild energies, but the others ere to distracted to notice it still.

Canyon-

.

With a twist, Gray slid Entei to the side. Floating away a little as he kept the scarf around it's neck to choke it.

Beaten and a horn having receded, Gray was barely still there. His instincts dulled as he only knew to keep attacking. The hat of Mismagius deflecting flames as best it could.

*Sching!* A blade made of ice stretched out. Cutting the scarfs hold on Entei. Gray turned eyes in recollection as he looked over to see Jackie.

"I am trying to help you Gray!" Jacie said quickly. The look Gray gave her was that of an enemy. Jackie released her state and put her hands up in surrender. "He was leading you into trap!"

"I.. know.." Gray croaked out. "I.."

"Humpf!" Entei scoffed as it stood up. The canyon right behind it. A little more and Gray would have been dragged into with him. "If not for this "thing" getting in the way, I would have succeeded." The look of disgust was not lost to Jackie at all.

"Tch!" Jackie reached for her pokeball ready to duke it out with the Pokemon. But mindful not to let Gray fall into the canyon for whatever reason. Slight movement to the side, drew her eyes to Gray's movement. He struggled to grab a vial from his pocket. "DO not drink that!"

*Crunch!* Gray broke the vial in his mouth as the energy was used up in one go. Aura energy flooded his body as he recovered thanks to the Full Ether effects.

Gray's poke state as Yveltal returned quickly. He slipped into a Beast out version of the Pokemon. His wings spread wide as he landed on his feet. Talons digging into the ground.

Unlike the Giratina state, Yveltal brought out a cold acceptance in Gray. Which helped his mind recover some. Their was no roar or cry out. Just a dark gaze looking at Entei.

"I.. will kill you.." Gray strained out. He took two steps forward as his wings moved in synch with his breathing. "..your power will be added .. to my own..." The words brushed over Jackie and Entei.

Jackie felt a cold chill down her spine. Her eyes dilated as she could see specters around Gray moving in and out of reality. Entei looked concerned for a moment. But his feet dug down in determination.

"Your heart... and its power will be mine!" Gray activated the move Swords Dance. Multicolored swords formed around him. And attacked in a flurry at Entei. "..soon.."

*Fwip!* The swords cut through the air altogether. Striking at Entei that stood his ground. The heat in the area started to increase with each strike.

"Damn it!" Jackie cursed. She took control of her fear and moved in. Something about the canyon was making even more worried now. "Just because he knows its a trap does not mean he should go into it!"

Her pokeball released in an instant. She did not fuse with the pokemon. It turned into a weapon in a split second. A giant hammer that looked like the arm of Metagross. Jackie speed increased as she got in front of Gray and reared back.

*Bam!* With a mighty swing, she hit Entei in the center of its head. Sending the pokemon flying into the canyon it stood so desperately in front of. The recoil sent her towards Gray.

"Oof!" Jackie grunted as she was grabbed by Gray's tail hand. But not that gently considering the circumstance. "Well.. at least he caught me." She gripped the hammer tightly ready to attack again. "Now I just need him to let me go."

Entei feet dug into the wall as it stared up at Gray coming closer. Just a little more and he would be in range for what he needed.

But that was not the case.

Gray flew to the side and up. Not going closer as he started to glow some. The sky was bright now that the presence from Dark Gate was gone. The sunny in all of it's intensity was out.

"Haaaaaaa..." Gray took a deep breath as more and more sunlight gathered inside him. Nothing spent on recovering, just attacking. "..baahhh!" Gray released a Dark Solar Beam that covered the sky towards Entei.

"Grr!" Entei jumped to the side further down. Barely dodging the attack. The Dark Solar Beam cut the canyon for a few hundred feet. The side of the canyon that was attacked becoming unstable as Gray flew around and fired again. Never getting over the canyon opening itself. 'So difficult still!'

Entei ran along the sides. Making sure not to be buried in the rocks that came down as well. Once it was far enough down, Gray would have no choice but to come down, or at least get above the canyon to attack him.

"Gray... wake up!" Jackie hit against his tail hand. This served just enough to have him release the grip enough for her to move a little. Jackie climbed the front of Gray after a little and was suprised about the change. "Holy... shit!"

Gray was the full height and weight of a Yveltal now. She was in his mane, which was not the usual color at all. Completely white as Darkrai fed him energy still.

"Are you even in there still?!" Jackie freaked out a little. An enraged pokemon with Gray's mentally sounded bad. Even more so if he was confused. Gray turned to her a little. A small look of acknowledgment was there. "Great.. he got away.. so let's head back to the others!"

Gray circled the edges once more. Still building up energy in his body. Slowly his body lit up as he entered the mega-state for the second time as Yveltal. The aura energy he released now made Jackie enter a weird state.

"Ugh.. this is.. to much." Her cheeks turned red as she turned aura drunk. On instinct, she grabbed hold of Gray with everything she had. The scarf mane wrapped her up to make sure she didn't fly off. ".. need to go back.."

Gray ignored her. He lifted up high and spread his wings. He would not enter the canyon still. But he would not let Entei get away if possible.

*Fwish!* The air churned as aura energy for miles pulled towards Gray. SO much energy, he would bury the place or make a big hole in the area.

"Oooh!" A voice trilled out. Fog pooled into the area from the side. A pokemon floated out smiling with its eyes. Inside a shell of sorts that floated above the ground. "Defintely someone to work with. And she is not that bad either."

The Pokemon was Tapu Fini. A very powerful pokemon that went around testing people in various ways. Making them deal with inner conflicts and so much more. Those who passed, received a special water that purified the mind and body.

"Oh my!" Tapu Fini closed itself inside its shell quickly. Using countless defense moves to survive the shockwave it new was coming. 'Didn't think he would make it stronger!'

Gray fused moves together when he attacked. The Solar Beam was one thing but he was also holding a Hyper Beam in place as well. His body taking the brunt of everything in the front. Wings open fighting against the scaling a little.

*Fwoosh!* All that as heard for miles was the wind pushing out. Then a blinding light. The large Dark Hyper Solar Beam fired into the canyon and pushed Gray high into the sky. His head barely moving as the angle was adjusted to level the entire canyon.

As both Trainers and Pokemon looked towards the area, a few wanted to head that way to see what was going on. The smarter ones, heading further away.

Elsewhere-

Ash Ketchum was doing his best to convince his wife to understand still. But no dice whatsoever. Serena was done and made sure that he wouldn't cause her any more troubles. His dream as a Poke Master was more important than family apparently.

Both she and her children would be fine without him. Enough money saved up from her time as a Coordinator and the few Pageants she attended during her first pregnancy.

"Start to a new life. Never thought this would happen to me." Serena rubbed her stomach. "But it will be fine. Right baby?"

"Goo goo." Her baby gurgled a little. The child and her current child would grow in a better environment she hoped.

"Thats right."

They landed on the island of mixed Pokemon and Human families. The air was so peaceful she lost her worries immediately. Spotting someone she knew, Serena waved. The man waving back at her.

"Serena, high!" Professor Oak smiled. "What are you doing here?"

"Well..."
