Chapter 111:A Sweet One

The man slowly backed away, yet Sheloah did not let her guard down. He started chuckling again, and Sheloah looked at him incredulously.

"Sheloah," he said her name and this made the girl widen her eyes.

"Who are you and how do you know my name," she asked and the boy in front of her did not answer. The boy suddenly stood up, scooped Sheloah in his arms, then started walking out of the room. This made Sheloah move violently.

She was flailing her arms and legs and it made it difficult for the boy to carry her so he gave her a glare, warning her.

"If you don't stop, you'll fall. Trust me, I won't do anything to you," he said and Sheloah rolled her eyes at him.

"Duh! You kidnapped me! How am I going to trust you," Sheloah said but the boy just ignored her then he continued to walk.

The boy stopped in front of the door and he let Sheloah down.

"Kreiss," he said and Sheloah looked at him, puzzled.

"Kreiss?"

The boy looked at her, smirked, then pointed at himself. He told his name to Sheloah and now she understood what he meant. His name's pronounced as "krays", like the one in Final Fantasy.

"So that's your name… Kreiss," Sheloah said and the boy smiled at him, but it was no longer the type of smile wherein any person could feel intimidated.

It was a sweet one.

He opened the door and this time, the room looked more comfortable than the previous room where Sheloah was staying at.

"Sleep for the meantime. Use this room. It's more comfortable than the other," Kreiss said and Sheloah looked at him, confused as to why he was treating her kindly when he was the person who had kidnapped her.

"Umm… thanks," Shelah just said and Kreiss chuckled.

"You trust me now," he asked and Sheloah scoffed.

"Whatever!"

Kreiss just shook his head, then left the room, leaving Sheloah behind. Sheoah sat on the bed and looked at the view outside through the window.

She thought of the mysterious boy, Kreiss. Why was she kidnapped? Why was he acting "flirty" towards her and now why was he nice to her? This made Sheloah really confused.

Sheloah sighed as she laid her head on the bed's pillow. She closed her eyes as she hugged the other spare pillow beside her.

'Am I safe?'

******

Sheloah was already awake and out of boredom, she hugged both of her knees and talked to herself.

"Now what am I going to do?"

Suddenly, the door opened and Kreiss appeared, holding a bowl of food for Sheloah.

"Good morning," he greeted her and Sheloah just looked at him, unsure of what to say to this "kind kidnapper."

"What do you want," Sheloah said rather coldly and the boy just chuckled.

"Relax… I stay here and I get to do what I want," he said and then he put the bowl on the end table near the bed. Sheloah looked at the bowl and noticed that inside it was fried rice, topped with a sunny side egg. This made her hungry.

"Hungry?"

The boy got Sheloah's attention and she looked at him. She then started looking at him carefully and he realized that now that it is brighter, Kreiss is indeed handsome… very handsome.

Sheloah was staring at him for quite a long time until Kreiss broke the silence when he spoke.

"Are you checking me out, princess?"

Sheloah's face started to redden then she avoided his gaze.

"Shut up… I wasn't," Sheloah said defensively and Kreiss just smirked, ignoring her response.

"Eat. If you need something, just tell me," Kreiss said then he left the room. Sheloah sighed, not understanding his personality towards her, and his motives as to why he had kidnapped her.

"He tells me to look for him when I need something but he's a kidnapper," Sheloah mumbled to herself. After a while, she got the bowl from the end table then started eating.

After eating, Sheloah stood up to look for some water but when she stood up, she realized that she needed to pee.

'Great… I don't even know where the comfort room is!'

Sheloah went outside of the room and saw a corridor. She sighed heavily when she realized that it would take her some time to find the comfort room.
