Chapter 115:Want Me to Kiss You, Princess?

"Umm…" Sheloah did not know what to say. "Guidance tests?"

She was unsure. Kreiss looked at her lips, then his face went an inch closer to hers.

"Wrong," he said, almost in a whisper and it sounded seductive as well!

Sheloah was about to avoid him but Kreiss acted quickly by putting his hand on Sheloah's back so she couldn't escape. She just avoided his gaze and this made Kreiss smirk.

"I was in your school that time because I was taking the entrance exam to the college department of your school," he answered and Sheloah took a peek at the man in front of her. "In that exam, there was a space below. We put the degree that we wanted to take. Do you remember which one I wrote," he asked and Sheloah tried her best to remember.

"A-accountancy?"

Kreiss shook his head in disapproval and his face inched closer to hers once more.

"Ah!"

Sheloah covered her lips and Kreiss smirked.

"Wrong again, but the one you said was the degree that my parents wanted me to get. I wrote nothing on it," he said and Sheloah now started to recall some events that had happened before.

"That's why I was looking at your paper… you wrote nothing and you still didn't leave the guidance office," Sheloah said and Kreiss's eyes widened when Sheloah started to remember what had happened two years ago.

"Correct," he said and they both looked at each other, eye to eye.

"Umm… aren't you going to pull back since I answered correctly," she asked and Kreiss laughed.

"No. Your correct answer doesn't count. I did not even ask you that. Besides… I did not even say that when you answered correctly, I will pull back," he said and Sheloah grew annoyed by this point.

"That's unfair!"

Kreiss winked at her. "Nothing's fair in this world."

Sheloah rolled her eyes at him. "Then hurry up!" She folded her arms in front of her chest as Kreiss continued.

"I was not close with my family. They always wanted me to follow what they think is best for me... for them. My family is famous for their business that was why they wanted me to take over in the future since I am their only child—a male at that," he said and Sheloah looked at Kreiss seriously.

"And then you weren't able to tell them what you always wanted," she asked and Kreiss nodded at her.

"I wanted to be a painter. I wanted to paint so bad… but I just can't tell them that, right? Because it's not what they wanted," he said, sadness evident in his voice and Sheloah kind of pitied him.

"But it all changed…" Kreiss closed his eyes as he put his forehead against Sheloah's. The girl's heart beat fast. She did not push him away. Kreiss looked serious so she just allowed him to act that way.

"It all changed?" Sheloah said in a whisper, enough for Kreiss to hear. He opened his eyes and it met Sheloah's, making her face beet red.

"When you appeared."

Kreiss rested his head on Sheloah's chest and this made her uneasy.

"H-hey!"

"Don't move."

They stayed like this for almost five minutes. Sheloah looked at the guy on her chest and she spoke, breaking off the silence.

"I… might've said something stupid, huh…" Kreiss chuckled when he heard this.

"Stupid… but inspiring," he said then he sighed once more.

"What did I say?"

Kreiss lifted his head slowly and he gave the girl a smirk.

"Want me to kiss you, princess?"

Sheloah suddenly punched Kreiss on his chest. "No! stop teasing me!"

Kreiss combed his hair up, making it messy as he laughed. He was beyond handsome. Because of that, Sheloah found herself unable to look away.
