Chapter 182:Pertaining to His Dream

The training ended but Sheloah was clearly distracted. Veon just came out of the house after distancing himself from the others for hours. This made the girl worry more, but she decided to leave him be rather than forcing him to go out of the house.

What is he even scared of? What was the dream all about anyway? Veon was obviously pertaining to his dream the other night.

Sheloah hoped that once she asked about it from Veon later, he won't avoid the question like how he usually does.

Tonight would already be the plan for them to get resources in Pampanga. The group who was assigned for this role went inside the car and they parked the vehicle somewhere and decided to walk on foot going to the mall.

They used Veon's car. The people involved in the plan are Sheloah, Veon, Kreiss, Geof, Shannara, John, Isobel, Tyler, and Erick. They added one more medic, and they decided to get Sheloah's mom.

They already made the groups yesterday. There are seven groups in all, 14 supports, 17 attackers, and 11 medics. Since they lack medics, they removed three from the attackers to take the role of being a medic. Per group, there would already be two attackers, two supports, then two medics, which makes up six members per group.

All of them were walking slowly. They could not delay another day in getting resources since their stock now is about to be consumed. Erick changed their plan during the last minute. He claimed that it would be better for them to get the resources earlier so that they can leave early tomorrow. He would also have to revise their plan in going to NLEX.

During the night, zombies are more active. They need to do this mission carefully and they need to be alert. Erick also told them that they shouldn't prioritize in attacking the zombies in tonight's mission since it's going to make them angry.

They stopped walking when they saw Erick's signal. He put his finger in front of his lip. Everyone nodded then they hid behind a car. He got his walkie talkie from his pocket then spoke.

"Sir John," Erick said then he got a feedback then continued speaking. "I can't see much from here. You're on top of the building by now from where we parked the car, right? Can you see something," he asked then he waited for John's reply.

They were not the only ones here. Even the sniper team came with them. They were instructed to stay on top of the building to look at the surroundings with a better scope.

While they were walking, the sniper team killed the zombies near the mall where the others are going to. It is the sniper team's job to clear their path.

"Sir Erick, you're about to reach the mall. I could see you guys hiding from where we are. Go north, and you'll reach the destination in ten minutes," John said and Erick nodded.

"Thanks." He kept the walkie talkie in his pocket then he returned his gaze to the people with him. "For now, we have to look at our directions," he instructed and everyone looked at their surroundings.
