Chapter 228 - I Am Afraid My Heart Would Stop Beating Being So Close To You. ~Esther I Am Afraid My Heart Would Stop Beating Without Kissing You. ~Cyrus

Ch-227

"I want to spend my time with you," Esther said. She realized she couldn't escape his trap. Esther could only fall into that trap. Instead of running away from his trap, she chose to jump in. She smirked when Cyrus stilled in his place at her bold admission.

Cyrus felt like a feather was tickling his numbed heart. He never thought Esther would admit that directly. In the past few days, he noticed that she was opening up to him. Cyrus was happy that she was giving an opening to him. With her presence in his life, his blank canvas-like life turned colorful. A smile formed on his lips.

"Really?" he asked after he recovered from his stupor.

"Yes," she replied, burying her face in his neck standing on her tiptoes.

"You are so tall!" She complained when she couldn't reach him. Cyrus smiled at her childish complaint and lifted her in the air taking her by surprise. Esther panicked when she suddenly felt being lifted in the air. She wrapped her legs around his waist while snaking her arms around his neck for her support.

"That scared me," she whispered.

"With me here, what's there for you to be scared of?" he whispered back to her.

"I am afraid my heart would stop beating being so close to you," she said to him, taking him by surprise.  Cyrus was too surprised to hear her saying these words. His eyes widened in shock at her words.

Was she really his wife? Why was she acting like this? And She is flirting with him! He felt she was playing with his heart, but he liked it when she played with his heart.

Esther loved his reactions when he heard her words. She doesn't know why but from the time after their bathroom incident, she loved to see his dumbfounded expressions. He acts like a cute man. She used to be scared, shy, and meek in front of him but now she was happy with him. Before Cyrus could respond to her, Esther moved forward and rested her forehead on his.

The cold breeze brushed their skin, her hair flew gently in the air. The sexual tension increased due to their closeness and the cold breeze, the calm night, the chirps of crickets made their sexual tension reach higher. Esther closed her eyes as she relinquished the first calming situation with her husband. A small smile spread across her lips, her eyes turned into a beautiful crescent. There was peace on her face. All the struggles and hardships she was facing from the past three and a half years, were gone. Esther wanted to just live in this situation forever. She realized the peace brought by the loved ones was something heavenly. She hugged him tighter, she wanted to crush his bones into her body and become one with him. She buried her head in his neck smelling his manly scent. Esther felt her nerves calm down when she breathed his scent. Unlike Arthur's scent, the scent of Cyrus was really good. She wanted to know how he would taste. She wanted to lick him and do many things, but she held them back.

"I am afraid my heart would stop beating without kissing you," Cyrus said when he broke from his reverie.

Esther lifted her head and looked at him in her confused state. Cyrus couldn't resist his adorable wife's charm. He tightened his arms around her and came closer to her face. "I will show you what I mean," he said as he went closer to her. His breathing fanned her face, her face turned red as she looked at him with her wide eyes and parted lips.

Does she know that she looked so inviting with her look? Cyrus wanted to lock her in a room and hide her from the whole world. So that only he could have herself to him alone. Unable to resist her charm, he moved his lips towards her. There was only hair distance between their lips, "You know, every time you appear in front of me. I fantasize about eating your cherry lips." he said to her. Before Esther could register his words, his lips were devouring hers. That moment their world stopped, the clock froze. The only thing their souls had was anticipation. They both felt electricity start passing through their bodies when their lips met. Their lips met with each other making them feel like they both belonged to each other. The intense feeling of making the other one as theirs made them feel restless. Their moments turned intense. Esther didn't notice that Cyrus was walking somewhere else as he kissed her. Their hearts hammered against each other. Letting their other half know that their hearts were beating for each other. There was an odd sense of belonging with each other. There was something that was pulling each other closer.

Their lips brushed against each other like how a paint brush stroked on the canvas gently and smoothly. Cyrus opened his eyes without breaking his kiss and saw that they came to the spot that they needed to. He pressed her back to the neem tree and caged her in his arms. Esther felt something hit her back. She realized it's tree bark. She moaned when she felt Cyrus biting her lips making him riled up. They could taste the spices and tastes of the food they ate earlier in their mouths. She slumped on him when she felt her back was scraping the irregular bark of the tree. Her shoulders met his, making them be in an even more intimate position.

Cyrus always feels like a teenager whenever he kisses her. He doesn't know why but he feels that she has the most fascinating lips in this world. He doesn't know why her lips fit in his lips as if they were made for him. From the moment they met, it's him who always initiated the kiss. There were times where she initiated. But now at this moment, he realized no matter how many days or years go on, the only pair of lips he wanted in this life was hers. Cyrus wants to live his life by savoring her lips every moment.
