Chapter 411 - Now, you have a plenty of free time.

Why? How? What? When...…...many questions were running in the mind of Xin Mei after getting a small piece of information from Su Yuchen that now their marriage was no longer hidden.

And his words were confirmed when some paparazzi caught them and asked them questions about their marital status.

"How can the news of our marriage break out?" she yelled with displeasure. "And why didn't you tell me about this, two days back?"

"Because I didn't want to worry you." Su Yuchen plucked a gr.a.p.e and feed the same to Xin Mei. At that movement, she was sitting on the seat of the ambassador car with ease.

"Now stop thinking about our marriage and think about recovering."

"How can I not think about it? It must be chaos. I do not know what everyone is saying about me. I am sure my haters are slandering me. They got a chance to slander me on a silver plate."

"It's nothing like that."

"I know, it's something like that only. If not, show me your mobile and prove the same."

Su Yuchen sighed and shook his head negatively. It was complete chaos from the time news of his marriage had broken out. That was one of the reasons, Su Yuchen had kept mobile of Xin Mei away from her, to protect her from the mental pain due to criticism of the haters.

"Mei, don't worry. I will solve this problem. No one will slander you."

"But what if I lost my fans?" Xin Mei looked at him with fear in her eyes. "What if they thought I got the movies because of your help?"

"Nothing like this will happen, I promise. Your fans love you for your acting skills. They will not leave your side. Besides, He Ye, Su Zixin and TingTing are working their ass off to PR about our marriage." Su Yuchen gently patted on her head.

"Give me your mobile. I want to see the news."

"Later, the doctor has asked you to not strain your eyes for the next two days."

Xin Mei pouted and looked at him before wrapping her arms around her chest.

When they arrived at the glory estate, where their mansion was looked, their car was swamped by the reporters. They threw many questions in the direction of Xin Mei, and she sighed.

Their car slowly drove inside the property of glory residence, leaving reporters at the main gate where guards stopped them.

"It is a mess, isn't it?"

"I told you to not worry about it." Su Yuchen chided. "I will let nothing happen to your career. So chill."

Xin Mei sighed and looked ahead, unable to wait to get her mobile back and to get the answer to her questions.

They arrived at their mansion where Xin Mei was welcomed in her house by He Lin and Xin Jin. Su Yuchen had invited both to stay at his place till the recovery of Xin Mei.

He understood it was not feasible for him to give his whole time to Xin Mei for the next two or more months. So, he invited his in-laws at his home, to help him.

"Xiao Mei, you should rest first. Gu Nan and everyone else will arrive in the evening to check up on you." He Lin informed and Xin Mei nodded her head.

Su Yuchen carried Xin Mei to their room and gently laid her down on the bed. With the help of the nurse appointed for her, Su Yuchen hung her legs over the bed, making them straight, as advised by the doctor.

"Mei, do you want to sleep or eat?" Su Yuchen asked with gentleness and combed her hairs with his finger.

"I want my mobile." She whined but Su Yuchen shook his head.

"I promise to return your mobile to you a day after tomorrow. Now tell me, eat or sleep?"

"Eat, but something delicious. I am fed up eating porridge and hospital food."

"Ok." Su Yuchen chuckled and left the room to get some delicious food for Xin Mei.

In the evening, Su Yuchen left for his office due to some important work and Gu Nan arrived to meet Xin Mei.

"MeiMei, how are you? You do not know how worried I became when I heard the news about you. Your little niece or nephew also became so worried for you."

Gu Nan looked at Xin Mei with concern and took her left hands in hers. Her eyes trailed at the plasters on the hand and legs of Xin Mei.

"I am fine NanNan. With God's grace, I am safe." Xin Mei smiled. "Now tell me, how was your honeymoon. I also need some gossip, if possible, tell me about the news about me. I am bored like hell without my mobile." 

Xin Mei whined and Gu Nan grinned.

"Oh MeiMei, my honeymoon was great. Your island is very beautiful, especially the view of sunrise and sunset. I and Yeye had a lot of fun and rest on the island. It was so peaceful." 

She looked ahead with a dazed expression on her face and Xin Mei smiled.

"Now tell me the news about me."

"MeiMei, can you please not ask me about it?" Gu Nan pleaded. "Su Yuchen had warned me that he would stop my visit here if I told you how your marriage is exposed and what is going all around."

Xin Mei sighed and shook her head. Fear settled in her heart knowing she was getting slandered badly. That was why Su Yuchen was stopping any news from reaching her ears.

"Don't tell me about my news, but tell me about the news of my competitors."

"That I will do." Gu Nan grinned and started to share many gossips with Xin Mei.

"How is my little sister doing? I hope my wife hasn't bothered you." 

He Ye grinned and greeted Xin Mei. He took his seat on the bed beside Gu Nan and warped his arms around her waist.

"I am doing great gege. It's just that, I am dying to know how my marriage got exposed and what the reaction of citizens is toward it."

"MeiMei, don't be afraid. The reaction of the citizens is not so bad. It is just that, the stars who are jealous of you are posting negatively about you. Nothing more."

"If it's nothing more then why is Su Yuchen not letting me touch my mobile?"

"Because we are worried that you will feel mental stress. Do you not know that the doctor had advised you against mental stress? Su Yuchen is just worried about you. Nothing more. Trust me. Most of the citizens have already accepted your marriage with Su Yuchen. Now stop stressing over it."

Xin Mei took a deep breath and nodded her head.

"Focus on recovering. You still are to focus on planning my wedding with Gu Nan. Not to forget, Xin Yan is also in line."

"Am I still planning your wedding?" she looked at him with surprise.

"If not you then who?" he chuckled and gently placed his hand over the belly of Gu Nan, making Xin Mei smile. 

"Besides, now you have plenty of free time." He teased and Xin Mei pocked on his chest.
