Chapter 412 - Article about his marriage.

Later in the evening, Da Chun and Xin Yan also came to meet Xin Mei. They left early because Da Chun was feeling sick because of the changing weather.

After them, Bai Yue and Su Lingtian arrived to ask about the health of Xin Mei. Bai Yue brought many traditional recipes to make the bones of Xin Mei stronger and help her in healing faster.

Su Zixin also arrived to meet Xin Mei. He teased her and signed his name over her plaster with a get well soon message.

"Xiao Mei, director Chang had said get well soon. He also said that you do not need to worry about the filming of the movie. He will wait for your return." Xin Mei nodded her head.

"TingTing has also sent her good wishes. She wants to meet you but I have not given her your address."

"You did well. I do not know how to face her now. I am sure she will ask many questions to me about my marriage with Su Yuchen." 

Xin Mei covered her face with embarrassment.

"She will not. She is in the industry from many years and she can understand your reasons. She is a smart lady. She will not judge you only because you have hidden about your marriage."

Upon hearing him, Xin Mei sighed and nodded her head.

"Mei, are you feeling comfortable? Do you want me to change the position of your legs?" Su Yuchen asked with concern.

"I am all good. But can you please help me with brushing my teeth? I haven't brushed for three days." She made a disgustful face and Su Yuchen chuckled.

He entered the bathroom and came back after retrieving the paste and brush of Xin Mei. 

He squeezed out paste on the toothbrush of Xin Mei before placing the brush in front of her mouth, helping her in brushing her teeth.

Su Yuchen smiled and a memory floated in his mind, how he used to help his Mian in brushing her teeth. 

'Nothing has changed much.' He thought and helped Xin Mei in rinsing her mouth.

"Aren't you smiling a lot, lately?" Xin Mei raised her brows in doubt.

"I am. Because I realized that I have fallen more deeply in love with you."

"You know how to make me blush." Xin Mei blushed shyly and covered her face with her hand.

Su Yuchen chuckled and entered inside his closet. He came back with a shirt and helped Xin Mei in changing into it.

As Xin Mei had a plaster on her hand, the doctor had advised her to wear a shirt and what could be the better option than making her wear his shirt?

After changing her shirt, Su Yuchen fed her the medicines and then helped her in laying down on the bed, in a comfortable sleeping position.

"Now I have to prepare myself for the next two months, without eating you." Su Yuchen joked and Xin Mei chuckled.

He took his seat beside Xin Mei on the bed. He laid down over it and carefully wrapped his arm around her waist. Xin Mei also shifted her head on his chest and closed her eyes, feeling at delight.

"Stop thinking about anything and try to sleep."

"Hmm." 

Xin Mei yawned and closed her eyes. Within a minute, she was fast asleep. Su Yuchen looked at her and started to think about how two days back, in the morning, he saw an article about his marriage with Xin Mei.

Two days back

Two days back, Su Yuchen woke up from his sleep upon receiving a call from Huang Chu. He sounded nervous and worried over the phone. He requested Su Yuchen to walk away from Xin Mei, somewhere quiet.

He informed Su Yuchen about the article which was posited on a famous blog and was already liked and shared by many citizens.

In the said article, the marriage of Su Yuchen and Xin Mei was exposed. In the article, Xin Mei was called a wh0re who had used her innocence to get married to Su Yuchen.

All the success which Xin Mei was gaining from the last two years was attached to the name of Su Yuchen. Her fan base was called fake and her all roles were treated as a reward for being the wife of Su Yuchen.

Xin family was also slandered. They were termed as a family who had sold their daughter for some money, to save their family from going bankrupt.

The article was supported by many photos of Su Yuchen with Xin Mei and the Xin family. Photos from their honeymoon were also posted.

It did not take Su Yuchen much time to realize that this article was also posted by one of the followers of Jiang Biyu. She may be suffering in his torture room but she still had some men who were following her orders.

Many discussions spiked upon those articles. Many veteran and expert actors, directors and producers started to slander Xin Mei, believing she had received all the roles with the influence of Su Yuchen, where many came in her support.

The directors like director Zhang and director Chang came in her support, saying she got her roles wholly based on her talent. She was a talented star who did not need any influence to make her position in the film industry.

Many other stars also supported Xin Mei where many stars jealous of her slandered her, they asked their fans to do the same.

Fans of Xin Mei also came in her support who hiked up the working of fan clubs of Xin Mei and Su Yuchen. Most of the fans were excited about knowing that their idol was married to a man like Su Yuchen.

In their eyes, no one could be better for Xin Mei than Su Yuchen. They were giving a fitting fight to the slanders which was a big help to the heritage who was trying to do their best PR.

Most of the bad news about Xin Mei was already removed by the PR team of heritage but Su Yuchen still could not let her watch any news, he was afraid that Xin Mei would feel stress and he did not want that.
