“Yue Tingfeng, I’d never notice that you are such a lowlife.” Yan Qingsi laughed sarcastically.

Yue Tingfeng replied while getting changed, “Ya right, I wasn’t like this before. All thanks to you!”

Yan Qingsi watched as Yue Tingfeng got changed in front of her. “What has it got to do with me?”

Yue Tingfeng put on a shirt and was buttoning up as he replied, “Because you are worse! I’ve got it from you so you are held responsible.”

“Full of shit!”

Yue Tingfeng took his jacket. “Let’s go. I’ll escort you to the police station.”

“There is no need for that. I can go on my own.”

” Well, you just called me a lowlife. I’ll tag along even if you don’t let me.”

Yan Qingsi rubbed her forehead. Yue Tingfeng is totally different from whom she knew before. He has changed so much, she almost couldn’t recognise him.

Yan Qingsi knew what she needed to do. She wants Yue Tingfeng to fall for her. So she nodded and said, “Ok, as you wish Young Master Yue.”

Yue Tingfeng put on his shades, wrapped his arm around Yan Qingsi’s waist and directed her to move along.

Yue Tingfeng regretted after he left the night before. It was not his fault so why should he left? What a joke! He is not going anywhere now.

Yue Tingfeng shoved Yan Qingsi into the car and walked around to the driver’s seat.

Upon arrival, Yan Qingsi spotted Xu Qianxi who bawled her eyes out at the police station. Tears spilling down her face. The police officers looked on helplessly at her aggrieved face.

“Yes, there was a conflict between Sis Qingsi and I but I swear, I have never done anything to physically hurt her. I am only a little-known actress whereas Sis Qingsi just joined the industry. How possibly could it be that we hated each other so much? I would never, ever done something so sick, not even in the name of revenge.”

An officer said dryly, “But the people we locked up last night said it was you.”

Tears burst down Xu Qianxi’s cheeks like water from a damn. “I’ve been wrongly accused. I’ve never seen them before. Sir, don’t be tricked! If they said it was me then they have to show evidence. If one can be trusted merely based on what was said, there must be so many cases wrongly decided in our country.” she debated.

The cop hit the table with his fist and bellowed, “Don’t get off the subject! You’re the suspect!”

Xu Qiansi cried even louder at this point of time. “Uh huh huh, but I’ve been wronged. All the crew members could be my alibi. I was filming through the night. I really did not do this.”

Yan Qingsi curled her lips in disgust. Without a doubt, Xu Qianxi is an actress. Her acting skill was on point.”

It seemed that Xu Qianxi was confident that the police would not be able to find anything. If that is the case, Yan Qingsi has to take things in her own hands.

Yan Qingsi had something up her sleeves. “Officer, I believe that Ms. Xu is innocent. I don’t think she is capable of scheming something like this with a brain like hers.”
