"What next?" Rosetta asked the question that was on everyone's tongue.

"What else? We are taking Izzy home and we will forget this ever happened" Alessandro said with a shrug

"Alessandro . They got married. In a church, in front of Lord Christ and St Raphael. You can't take it lightly. Izzy is Benjamin's wife now. They had taken the sacred vows in a sacred place." Rosetta said

"So what are you saying? We leave Izzy here with him? The most impulsive man in the world" Alessandro asked and Benjamin frowned feeling offended

"You are judging me by my one single action?" Benjamin asked

"You introduced Izzy as your fiance impulsively. You married her today impulsively." Alessandro pointed out

Benjamin took in a deep breath and looked at Isabella 's family

"I know what I did was impulsive. You all have every right to be angry with me. But I promise you, I will keep Isabella happy." Benjamin said earnestly

Rosetta and Zakariah nodded as they have no choice but to believe in his words.

They can't take their daughter back home. Their whole colony must be aware of what happened in the church by now.

How much they try to tell themselves society doesn't matter, it really does.

Today Sofia pointed a finger at their daughter's character. If they take her home today, more people would do the same.

Benjamin's name would give Isabella the respect she deserves.

"We are trusting our daughter with you Benjamin" Zakariah said

"I will never break that trust Mr Carter"

"Now that we are family, you can call us Papa and Momma like Izzy does" Rosetta said and Benjamin smiled.

"Sure Mrs Carter. I mean, momma" Benjamin said

"We have to arrange a reception party." William said

"Yes. Otherwise our relatives will never leave us in peace for marrying our children off without inviting them." Zak agreed

"Ben, call Elena. She is the best in the field. She can arrange for the reception at a short notice" William said

"Elena is Ben's best friend's wife. She owns an event management company" Elizabeth said to the Carter couple.

"Let's not waste time then" William said and Benjamin called Julian and Elena and let them know about the marriage. They will be reaching Lockwood Mansion soon.

"Elizabeth, call your designer too" William said

Carters stared at the speed with which the Lockwoods were going.

"Ben, why don't you take Isabella to the garden. Get to know each other" Elizabeth said

Benjamin stood up and extended his hands for Isabella, who has been playing with Sapphire

Isabella looked at her mother

"Don't look at me like that Izzy. They will get the wrong message that you are my very obedient daughter" Rosetta said with a chuckle making Isabella scowl at her mother.

"Go with him Izzy" Zak nodded with a smile.

Isabella placed her hand in Benjamin's extended one and stood up with out looking at him.

She was feeling extremely shy all of a sudden at the thought of getting to know her husband

Husband.

Alessandro too stood up with them.

"Young man. Please sit down. He is her husband, not a potential boyfriend" William said shaking his head and Alessandro smiled sheepishly.

"Sorry. Out of habit" he murmured

"What? Hovering around your sister whenever a potential admirer is around?" William asked in amusement

"Well, yes. She got the first love letter when she was in seventh grade. Ever since I have been trying to keep them away" Alessandro said with a shrug

"Sandro fratellone" Isabella hissed at her brother for letting out the embarrassing secrets

"Aandro" Sapphire copied Isabella and looked at Alessandro

"I can imagine" Benjamin said with a grin

"Give her to me Isabella" Elizabeth said trying to take Sapphire from Isabella

"No Bell-Bell No" Sapphire refused to go to her grand mother.

"Its okay Mrs Lockwood" Isabella said with a soft smile.

"It's Mom. And it's not okay Isabella . I don't want this marriage to be all about Sapphire. You two need time for each other too." Elizabeth said

"See, grandma has chocolate with her. Who wants chocolate?" Benjamin asked loudly

"Sapphy. Sapphy choco" Sapphire squealed and dived into Elizabeth's arms earning a laugh from the elders.

"Come" Benjamin said and took her out of the mansion

Elizabeth handed over Sapphire to Alessandro

"Why don't you two get to know each other?" Elizabeth asked cheekily

Alessandro and Sapphire stared at each other.

"Aandro" Sapphire said

"Sapphy" Alessandro said

Sapphire giggled and Alessandro laughed

Benjamin took Isabella to his mother's rose garden in the corner of the huge garden.

A pretty fountain was there in the centre and also a stone bench.

"Wow. It's so beautiful" Isabella said looking around all the Rose's

"This was my Maa's favourite place in the house" Benjamin said

"Was? Why? She doesn't come here anymore?" Isabella asked

"Not Mom. My Maa. She passed away when I was ten" Benjamin said

"Oh. I didn't knew" Isabella said

"I brought you here so that I can introduce you to my Maa" Benjamin said with a smile

"Thank you" Isabella smiled back at him

"Are you angry with me Isabella?" Benjamin asked and Isabella frowned at him in confusion

"For marrying you like this?" He asked

"Honestly? I don't know what to feel. I'm still confused. I still can't believe that I'm married" Isabella said.

"Yeah. It feels so surreal. But we will make this work" Benjamin said confidently

"I don't know the first thing about being a wife, let alone a mother" Isabella admitted

"I had no idea how to care for Sapphire when she first came here. I still am no expert. But I'm learning. And I believe I will learn to be a good husband too"

"I have never taken care of a baby before. When Sapphire is in a happy mood, I am all okay with that. But I will be a lost cause if she becomes upset or distressed"

"You can always dance for her" Benjamin teased

"Benjamin..." Isabella whined

"Okay jokes apart. I don't expect you to take full care of Sapphire Bella . I will be there. Mom will be there. I just want you to love her. And when we have children of our own, not to make her feel as a burden. That's all I want" Benjamin said

Isabella blushed at the mention of their own children.

Benjamin grinned seeing the blush creeping up her neck to her cheeks

"Aww. Are you blushing Bella?" Benjamin teased

"Noo" Isabella protested too quickly

"Ben, you sly dog.. You have been hiding her from us?" They heard a voice from behind them.
