Chapter 959 - Reasons

Alex looked at how the two girls left him and noticed the letter on the ground.

'Still, why the heck they wrote a letter to a blind girl?' Alex shook his head helplessly and reached out the letter, reading it.

"Master Nyx. When I looked at you with my own eyes, I realized that you were not a normal person. And seeing my daughter's progress truly made me believe that. However, I would like to request your help. I would pay anything for this, and my son gave me the information about his current situation.

Alex fell silent, realizing that the letter was actually for him. Aria's father knew that Aria couldn't read the letter, so he sent the letter to someone who could read it. He knew that Alex was mysterious and there might be a chance of him saving Adrian, so he directly asked him in this letter.

Alex burned the letter and sighed while waiting for Aria to come back.

"I understand." Although she felt bad about the current decision, she had no other choice. Alex already agreed to this unreasonable request of her, so she could only follow his command.

Suddenly, Alex looked up, finding a bird that flew down and perched on Aria's shoulder.

She traced the bird with her Spiritual Energy and found the letter. Just like before, the family must think that Alex would be the one reading it, but she had learned the Sword Eye.

However, Aria read it herself before looking at Alex. "According to my brother, the situation is pretty good. Although the Eternal Ice Flower is freezing him, he should be able to last for a week before getting frozen."

Her expression told him how happy she was because of the information.

"Yeah, yeah. For now, go back to your training. I will handle the rest." Alex nodded while waving his hands.

"Yes." She nodded with a serious expression.

Alex wanted to ask her for the letter again but hesitated. That was why he changed the question a little bit. "Is the letter directed to me?"

"Ye-yes." She looked down and handed the letter to him. "I just thought that you wouldn't need to handle it because I was afraid that you wouldn't like the tone of my father. He was so desperate."

Alex nodded in understanding and read the letter.

"Adrian's condition is normal right now, albeit the people are searching for him, so he can't go out at the moment. Because of the Ice Energy coming from the Eternal Ice Flower, he might become a frozen statue in seven days. That's why, please help him. I beg you. Even if you want me as your slave, I will do it."

Alex twitched his eyebrows and looked at Aria.

Alex sighed and turned around. "I will be preparing myself. For this…You owe me one."
