382 Please, Can I have some more?

Ailwin looked over at Mika, \"Stay here…\" He said before jumping out of the rover to stand next to Braeden with his weapon drawn.

As the sounds from inside went silent again, the Shadow Wolves soldiers crept closer to the openings.

When the front lines were twenty feet from the ramps, the captain told them to hold positions.

The darkness within made it impossible for them to see clearly what was going on inside.

Left with no other choice, the captain sent two teams to adventure up the ramps and see what was going on inside.

Breaking off from the frontlines, forty soldiers slit into two teams and slowly walked up the two ramps leading into the warships.

The first thing the two teams notice as they entered the vessels, was the air. It was stale and hot with a hint of sourness to it.

On separate ships, the two squadron leaders led their teams throughout the cargo bay, making sure it's all clear before moving their teams deeper into the aircrafts.

\"Captain, the cargo bay is all clear-over!\" Reported the squadron leader for team A.

\"Same here-over!\" Squadron leader for team B followed.

After notifying their captain outside, the two team kept moving.

Outside the ships, the captain moved more soldiers into the ships to provide back up.

Mika sat inside the rover watching the two teams make their way through the halls. She didn't want them to damaging her ships with their explosives devices, so she opened the doors for them before they could destroy the lock pads.

Unfortunately, seeing the doors open by themselves made the teams more cautious and jumpy going forward, which greatly down their process.

With their weapons out and ready, the men moved ever so slowly into the ships' upper decks.

The first to get out of the utilities levels was team A. They approached the living quarters and upper levels with eyes trained on the close doors.

\"Isn't it strange that we haven't seen anyone yet?\" One of the soldiers voice out what everyone was thinking.

\"Even more reason to keep your guard up…\" The squadron leader responded back.

\"Yes, sir.\"

Just then they heard a bang coming from behind one of the doors.

Thinking they found their first passenger, the team moved into position preparing blow the door to get in.

\"On my mark!… 1….2....3-\" When the squadron leader went to blow the lock pad, Mika immediately open the door for him.

Ugh...stop trying to damage my ships!

With the door suddenly opening, the men lifted their weapons instantly to shoot.

However, what they saw in the room made them all stop and stare in puzzlement.

\"Sir? Wha-what are they doing?\" The youngest member of the team asked.

\"Shhh!\" The team leader walked with his weapon trained on the closest person in front of him, \"Everyone, get up slowly with your hands up...\"

Inside the quarters, four royal guards could be seen sitting in the corner staring at the nothing in particular.

When the squadron leader spoke no answered, they just kept on stare straight ahead.

The squadron leader moved in a little closer, unsure if they heard him or not.

\"Everyone, stand up slow-\"

*Ding!*

Team A, surprised by the sudden sound, all moved at once and pointed their weapon at the wall.

The sound came from a food dispenser in the wall of the ship.

Paying no mind to the twenty soldiers behind them, the four royal guards rushed to the food dispenser to get what was inside.

Very soon a fight broke out among to the four guards as the squadron leader and his team stepped back and watched the scene unfold before them.

\"I don't get it. It's just a piece of bread… Why are they all acting this way?\" The youngest member asked after seeing one royal guard beat his comrade unconscious.

His teammates couldn't answer him as they were just as horrify by the scene as he was.

In the end, one royal guard was victorious. Getting the piece bread, he ate it with relish. Although he was bloody and bruise, and his comrades were lying around him barely breathing, the royal guard's face only showed satisfaction and nothing else.

For a couple of minutes the team A didn't moved. They were frozen in place by sheer terror.

It wasn't until their captain radioed in, did the squadron leader come out of his daze.

\"What is going on over there team A?\"

\"Um-sir, we found some royal guards we will tied them up and leave them here for the other men to take out-over.\"

\"All right-over.\"

The squadron leader told his men to tied up this group before leaving the bizarre scene behind them.

Unfortunately, every time they met with a group of royal guards the same situation would occur before their eyes. It got to the point that when they reached the quarters of the high ranking officers, they didn't even bother speaking they just waited for them to finish their fight before putting cuffs on their wrists.

\"Please, Oz...give me some more. Please…\" One of the guards begged as he was being tied up.

This wasn't the first time team A heard the name Oz come from the people onboard the ship. They wanted to ask who this Oz person was, but the royal guards wouldn't answer them.

When their captain finally joined them in the vessel, he expected to see and battle-wore team, instead he saw Team A just lounging around inside.

\"Why are all the royal guards so beaten up?\" The captain believes his men are strong, but he knew they weren't that powerful to handle a whole ship load of royal guards by themselves.

The squadron leader and his team went on to explain what they seen since boarding the ship.

Finding this too odd to believe, he reported it to Braeden and Ailwin outside.

Immediately after hearing their captain's recount of team's A story, both men turned to look behind them at the rover.

\"She can even torture people when she not in front of them...What the hell is she?\" Braeden whispered.
