No, he didn't want to come here straight away. He was looking for Sung Seung Won. For some strange reasons, he can't find him anywhere. Then, he heard about the trouble in front of the council's building. So, he came here straight away.
And he slams against something hard. Klyn staggers backwards. He raises his head while covering his nose that hurts beyond words.
"You can't go." Nami's brother smiles at him. "She is avoiding you."
The sound of crashing comes from the office. Then, another awkward crash follows. Klyn blinks his eyes. He already knows that Sung Nami is avoiding him. She hasn't visited home since he started camping in front of the Sung mansion. "Are you Sung Seung Won?"
"No." Sung Seung Jin points at the exit. "Leave."
"Where is Sung Seung Won?" Klyn doesn't move from the spot. "I have something to talk about…"
"I know what you want to talk about." Sung Seung Jin says, "He is helping the angels near Hell Gate."
"Thank you." Klyn glances at the office door again. "I will come back after I have a talk with Sung Seung Won."
"If you remain alive." Sung Seung Jin gives him a friendly smile. "Do you think that Sung Seung Won will let you live after he sees you?"
"I-I…" Klyn falters, "I still have to confront him."
"That's brave of you."
"Thank you."
"But I still hate you though." Sung Seung Jin pats his back. "Klyn, I don't care if you are her mate or not. If I think that you aren't right for my sister, it means that you aren't right for her. Unless you change my mind, you aren't allowed to be close to her."
Klyn swallows. "I understand."
"No, I don't think that you understand." Sung Seung Jin slaps his head. Hard. "All I need is enchanted wood. It won't be hard to find a small piece of enchanted wood. Well, vampire hunters are dead. But there are some still… well, you know. I can find it. The fae gate will be fixed soon. I heard some enchanted woods grow there."
"..."
"Go now." Sung Seung Jin pushes his back lightly. "See Seung Won. If he starts crying again, we will rip your throat out."
"I won't make him cry." Klyn promises, "I will help him get over his heartache."
"Good for you." Sung Seung Jin waves his hand. "Go away. My sister has a lot of work to do. Don't distract her."
Klyn hasn't seen Nami for a long time. Well, it has been days -- not months. But he misses her. However, she won't see him. Sighing, he walks away with his head lowered, feeling depressed while resisting the urge to dash into the office and ask her to love him back. Rather, he wants to beg her. But some things have to wait.
He will find Sung Seung Won and get his forgiveness first.

Noah ceases to run when he hears a small sound. "Wait, Brother Izo."
"Jin." Noah nods his head. "He's around here."
Or he's been here.
"I have searched for him here before." Izo frowns, walking in the direction of the scent. "Why didn't I notice?"
"He must have come here after you left." Noah signals him to be quiet. He whispers cautiously, "We can't scare him away."
The scent is coming from a swamp. Noah and Izo make their way toward it. They enter the swamp while wondering if Jin is truly in there.
"Do you think that he fell in there?" Izo isn't convinced. "He is a vampire."
"A sick vampire." Noah tells him, "If he was fine, he wouldn't be running away from us."
"You also ran." Izo mutters, "Klyn too. I won't be surprised if all of us start running in different directions."
Noah purses his lips. Is he going to hear this for the rest of his eternity? Brother Izo hasn't said anything about his feelings. It's not like he was expecting anything, but… He's too cool about it.
He narrows his eyes on the bubbles at the centre. If his guess is correct, Jin is in there. He takes another step toward the centre.
"Don't go further." Izo grasps his arm. "There's a demon."
"Swamp fairy?" Noah raises his brow.
"No, it's a demon." Izo exhales, "A mutated one. Not a converted vampire for sure. They should have gone extinct though."
"All demons should be in Hell," Noah grumbles, annoyed.
"Demons born in our world are different from the one from hell. The hell-demons are half-mortal or immortal." Izo points at the centre. "This one is a pesky thing that refuses to die easily."
"I hope it doesn't have tentacles." Noah wrinkles his nose in disgust. "I hate tentacles."
"I will deal with it." Izo dips his hand in the swamp. "Get out of the swamp."
Noah takes a deep breath. He hates tentacles too much to bear staying in the swamp. He's sure that something was touching his foot and it could have been a tentacle. The demon is a lowly creature. He's sure that Izo can destroy it.
As soon as he gets out of the swamp, the swamp freezes. Izo fists his hand, creating strange ripples in the frozen swamp, breaking the ice. There's a screeching sound that is combined with Jin's screams.
"Oh, you are hurting Jin," Noah shouts.
"He will be fine." Izo stares hard at the bubble. "Release him, if you want to live. How dare you? Did you truly think that you can digest a true born vampire? He's not some orphan."
After a few seconds, a body emerges to the surface of the swamp. Izo grabs Jin's foot and drags him to the edge of the swamp. "Well, we found him."
"Still alive." Noah pulls Jin out of the swamp. He rolls his body on the ground and makes a face when he sees boils on his face. "What the hell did that monster do to him?"
"He was having the time of his life drinking his blood." Izo laughs. "Noah, look after him. I am going to have some fun with the tentacles."
Noah knits his brows together. He regrets spending so much time with Klyn and Kai. Although he hates tentacles, his mind is too dirty to decipher Izo's words cleanly.
He ignores the screeches as Izo continues tormenting the swamp monster. After making sure that Jin's vitals are still strong, he bites into his wrist and feeds his blood to Jin.
After ten minutes, colours return to Jin's pale face. By that time, Izo has had enough fun with tentacles. They wait for Jin to regain his consciousness.
"Brother." Jin squeezes his eyes shut. "I thought that I would never be found."
"You were caught by a swamp monster." Izo laughs loudly. "A swamp monster, Jin. I am so ashamed on your behalf."
"I was following the angels." Jin points at the sky. "They-They…"
"They were doing what?" Noah asks.
"Flying," Jin utters.
"That's…" Izo looks at Noah and snorts. "Yeah, they fly. Sometimes, I can't tell the difference between them and the pigeons."
"They were flying with my true mate," Jin says to Izo. "Brother Izo, I was following them and then, I fell into the swamp. The swamp monster grabbed me tightly. I couldn't get out because my body was weak. I am still weak."
"You are also losing your memory." Noah massages his forehead in frustration. One more mate. Everyone is finding their mates as if they are as common as the trees. "What are you going to do about your memory?"
"I will be fine after I can get close to her." Jin tries to get up. "I want to drink her blood. Once. Then, my body will heal."
A truemate's blood can cure anything for a vampire. So, they are sure that Jin will be fine if he drinks his true mate's blood.
"Are you sure about the mate though?" Izo looks at him doubtfully. "I mean, Kai and Klyn did find theirs… but you are literally chasing pigeons -- Angels. Angels can't be your true mate. Angels don't have true mates. They are even genderless unless --"
"Unless they choose the dark ways." Noah rolls his eyes. "Fallen angels are cooler in my opinions."
"But they can't be your true mate either," Izo adds.
"They were carrying a human, I think." Jin clarifies, "And it's a female. I haven't seen her face, but she is beautiful."
"Hasn't seen face, but she is beautiful," Noah repeats his words. "Seriously…"
"The spell of a true mate." Izo shakes his head and laughs. "Fine, Jin. We will find your woman for you."
"Thank you, Brother." Jin yawns. "I am going to sleep now. Can you continue to run in the east? Please take me with you. They went in that direction -- and wake me up when you reach that place."
And he falls asleep."
"Do we have to carry a grown man now?" Izo makes a face at Noah. "And find his mate for him?"
"We are family." Noah chuckles. "Let's find his mate for him. I also don't like how he sleeps without any efforts."
Izo carries Jin on his back. "Did he say east?"
"Yes, east." Noah confirms, "Why were the angels carrying that human though?"
"Let's hope that she is someone normal." Izo exhales, "Jin deserves normal."
"But it's a human." Noah wonders how any human can be normal. "I guess if her background isn't as complicated as Sung Nami's background, it's fine."
"Yeah, it should be fine."
