Undying Love

I once knew love that wouldn't die

It lived it love but lived a lie.

To leave this love I had to try

I liedd to love I know not why

I tried to love I tried to leave

To she an angel from above

I told a lie she gave her love

My own love grew to my surprise

Blooming so amidst my lies

It flourished so I thought best

To keep truth closer to the vest

This hidden truth you may have guessed

Did wrap itself around my chest

My heart it grew the truth grew tight

My conscience cost me sleep at night

Just when I started to relax

I woke to venomous attacks

the dancing truth it laughed with glee

her hateful rage poured over me

My flaccid words tried to explain

I never meant to cause her pain

Imploring her with tears I cried

That only for her love I lied

She left with all nher love she gave

I mourned the love I could not save

This ghoul of love yet lives in death.

It grips my heart it chokes my breath

Undying love beget from sin

Lies rotting, putrid deep within

"Oh my gosh! What did you do to him? Gregory!? Gregory!?" Katherine was shocked seeing Gregory infront of her full of cuts and bruises all over his body. "Don't worry, he's still alive." Travis said smirking then throw the unconscious man on the floor. "If I were to choose, I'll put him at the dungeon or even kill him but Luther said he'll be of great help during the full moon. What a lucky bastard!?" Travis said then kicked Gregory on his side then, he went out.

"Gregory!? Gregory!?" Katherine tried to wake the man again but to her dismay, she got no response from him. Katherine tried to slowly slip her hand from the silver chain but she failed. Her tears started to well up her eyes but when she noticed a small movement from Gregory, she stopped herself from crying.

"Gregory, can you hear me? Gregory, please tell me you're okay." Katherine said. "If Drake could hear you, he will definitely kill me because of jealousy." Gregory said with a weak smile on his face. "What on earth are you thinking? Are you crazy? Why are you here? Do you really want to die?" Gregory chuckled hearing Katherine's angry voice. "I think I have my answer on the question I have in mind." Gregory said while trying to get up. When he succeeded, he walked towards Katherine limping.

"How are you?" Gregory asked and tried to touch the silver chain on Katherine's neck but when it pained his hand, he immediately withdraw his hand. He greeted his teeth when he saw the wounds caused by the chains on Katherine's skin.

"I should be the one asking you that." Katherine said looking at Gregory. "Don't worry, I'm fine." Gregory answered. "How's everyone?" Katherine asked. "They are all alive and kicking." Gregory said. "How's..." Katherine said. "I'm sorry, Kath, but Drake..." Gregory said making Katherine's heart beat fast. "Drake is..." Gregory said. "Drake is what, Gregory!?" Katherine said with a trembling voice. "Well, when I left he's been sleeping with a beautiful vampire..." Gregory wasn't able to finish his words because he saw how Katherine's eyes turned into golden silver. "Okay, okay, relax. I'm just kidding." Gregory said trying to calm Katherine.

"He's okay?" Katherine asked and Gregory nodded. "He's more than okay." Gregory said. "What do you mean?" Katherine asked curiously. "I will let you find out yourself." Gregory said with a wink. "For now, we just have to wait until the full moon. The outside part of this room is made up off silver and we can't escape that easily." Gregory said. "Yeah, and Luther had his men around our place." Katherine said. "Don't worry, those were already taken care of." Gregory said then grin.

Their conversation was cut off when someone opened the door and pushed a tray with food on it. The woman nodded to Gregory. "You should eat. You should prepare yourself for the final battle." Gregory said. "I'm not hungry." Katherine said. "Oh, I forgot. Drake has a message for you." Gregory said and he sit up straight even his body aches. "Baby, I'm coming. I love you." Katherine laughed because Gregory tried his very best to sound like Drake but he failed badly. "Thank you, Gregory. It's really great to have you in here." Katherine said. "Anything for you, princess. Now, let's eat. Say aaahhh..." Gregory said and Katherine opened her mouth.
