I'll be here till forever after

to rule the night. Eternally.

"This is the moment." Gregory said that made Katherine furrowed her forehead. "The moment we've all been waiting for." Gregory said. "What are you talking about?" Katherine asked but Gregory only smiled at her. "Are you ready?" Before Katherine could question Gregory again, the door opened. Luther and Travis, together with their men who were in their vampire state, came in. "Take her!" Luther commanded his men. "Are you not going to help her?" Travis asked looking at Gregory. "I don't want to make my hands dirty with your blood." Gregory said and he received a punch from Travis. "Don't hurt him!" Katherine said with her golden silver eyes. Travis smirked. "That's enough!" Luther said. "It's time, my princess." Luther said looking at Katherine.

While walking, Katherine looked at the sky and she saw that it was already a full moon. "Drake..." She whispered.

Everyone shouted when they saw Luther. Katherine looked around, trying to find someone whom she hoped to see before Luther mark her. They were already on a make shift stage when a witch approached them and Katherine knew it will be the witch who will break the bond between her and Drake. The witch stood infront of them and when Luther nodded, she started to tell words that Katherine couldn't understand. When the witch finished her ritual, she asked for Luther's hand. She got a knife and make a cut from Luther's palm. Then, she asked for Katherine's hand and made a cut to her hand too. She put their hands together and uttered words but after a few minutes, nothing happened. She repeated the words again but, nothing happened again.

"What's the problem, witch!?" Luther started to get angry. The witch told him that it will only take a few minutes before the bond between the two mates will break but more than 30 minutes have passed. "He's here." The witch said. "Who are you talking about?" Luther said but before the witch could answer, she fell on the ground unconscious.

"You could atleast lengthen the show, you know." Everyone looked at the one who spoke and they saw Gregory smiling widely. "How did you..." Travis asked. "Escaped? Well, someone helped me." Katherine saw someone behind Gregory and she smiled when she saw that it was the servant who helped her escaped before. "Get them!" Travis shouted but before their men could moved, more vampires appeared around the place surrounding Luther's men. Katherine smiled seeing her friends but she froze when she felt someone is touching her behind. She looked at Luther but he's busy looking at what's happening around him. She felt that her chains started to loosen and she furrowed her forehead when she saw no one is behind her.

Drake successfully unlocked the silver chains around Katherine's body but he received an uppercut from Katherine after he touched her behind again.

"Ouch! That hurts, baby." Drake said. "Drake!?" Katherine was surprised seeing that her mate was just behind her rubbing his face. "Hi! Miss me?" Drake said smiling naughtily. "How did you...Why are you...?" Drake smiled seeing his mate's puzzled face. "Tell you the story...Nnnnnooooo!" Drake's scream was too late. Luther's fangs was already on Katherine's neck drinking her blood. "Katherine!?" Everyone of her friends shouted at once. Katherine felt Luther's fangs on her skin, feeling him drinking her precious blood. Katherine felt her body beginning to feel weak. When she fell on her knees, Luther finally stopped. After wiping the excess blood on his mouth, he laughed loudly.

"Atlast, I finally tasted you." Drake gritted his teeth hearing what Luther have said. He can't approach Katherine because she was still beside Luther. "Just wait a little longer, baby. Everything will be over soon." Drake mind linked his mate. Katherine looked at Drake with a puzzled face and he gave her a comforting smile.

"Through your blood, I will be the strongest vampire. I will make you all kneel infront of me. I will rule the world." Luther said. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. How can you rule the world if you have no more followers?" Anthan said. Luther looked around and saw that everyone of his men were on the ground. He gritted his teeth and in instant he was infront of Athan holding him on his neck. Athan tried to let go himself from Luther's hold but he's more stronger than him. He's beginning to have difficulty in breathing when suddenly Drake attacked Luther and he was able to escape. Alaric help him to get away from the two men fighting. Drake and Luther gave each other alternate punches and kicks sending each other on the ground.

Katherine felt that her body is beginning to regain her strength. Amber and Dawn approached her to help her stand. "Why no one of you is helping Drake? Luther could kill him." Katherine said. "Don't worry about him. He's more stronger now." Thana said. Katherine saw how Luther had kicked Drake sending him to the wall. "Strong, huh?" Katherine said making Thana looked at Drake with narrowed eyes. Katherine didn't waste any time and blocked Luther's another kick for his mate. Her friends looked at each other because they were not expecting Katherine's fast move because she was just weak a while ago. "What do we expect from her?" Amdis said rolling her eyes.

"Let go of me you traitor!" Travis said while trying to free himself on Gregory's hold. "Nope, let's enjoy the show and wait for Luther's final ending." Gregory said. "He drank Katherine's blood. He will kill all of you." Travis said. "Nah uhh, just wait and see." Gregory said winking at Travis.

"I can feel it! I can feel the power running through my veins!" Luther said with a triumphant smile on his face. "Come with me my princess. We will rule the world." Luther said offering his hand on Katherine. "I would rather die than to be with you." Katherine said while helping Drake. "Don't tell me I didn't warn you." Luther said with an angry voice.

Suddenly, Luther felt numbness on his body. "What is happening?" Luther asked making Drake smirked. "In a few moments, you will turn into ashes." Drake said. "No! That's not true!" Luther said. "You were so hungry with power. You had everything you needed but you were asking for more." Drake said. "NO! NO! Nnnnnooooo...." Luther shouted when he saw his hands beginning to turn into ashes. He tried to walk to reach for Katherine but his feet also started to become ashes. "No! No! This can't be happening!" Luther said. "Aaaaahhhhh...help me...nnnnnooooo...."

"Poor Luther." Gregory said. "What happened?" Travis asked with a puzzled face. "Her blood is the most delicious, most aromatic, most powerful but it is also a deadly one. Do you want to try?" Gregory said and Travis shaked his head tremendously.

"Let's go home. Paps is waiting for you." Drake said putting his hands at Katherine's shoulders. "Could you please tell me what happened?" Katherine said. "We will have all the time at home. I can't wait to, you know. I"ve missed you." Drake said raising his brows alternately. "I've missed you too. I thought..." Katherine wasn't able to finish her words because Drake captured her lips. "From now on, we will live and love each other 'till eternity." Drake said and kissed Katherine again. "I love you." Katherine said. "I love you my immortal love." Drake said
