Chapter 763 - Triple Battle (2)

Charles did get a little annoyed as e saw Julian was asking him for a challenge, he sounded like a c.o.c.ky bastard to him but he knows he has to keep his cool.

Charles "I won't go down so easy, Accelgor, use Giga Drain. Krokorok, use Rock Slide. Zebstrika, use Wild Charge"

Charles when all out on this attack, Accelgor shot a beam at Axew trying to steal his energy, Krokorok uses Rock Slide and sends multiple rocks falling on Julian's pokemon, and Zebstrika using its speed charged at Larvesta.

Since Charles has the powerful pokemons he decided to push Julian back since he cannot defeat Julian in the tactical field.

Seeing that Charles wants to go all out, Julian smiled, if it was someone else they would get intimidated by all these attacks but to Julian's eyes, it was just chaos that he could take advantage of.

Julian "Larvesta, move around and use String Shot again. Axew, don't wait, use Dragon Claw, Golett, ignore the rocks, use Focus Punch"

With Julian's instruction, his pokemons made their move, Larvesta moved around and dodged the rocks and shot a long sticky string at Zebstrika which is charging at him using Wild Charge, just like before it got caught by the sticky string which tied up its leg and caused it to come crashing down on the ground and the Wild Charge backfired with an explosion.

The Zebstrika was then greeted by multiple rocks crashing down on it, Zebstrika fainted after that.

Golett ignored the falling rocks and charged at Krokorok, the falling rocks hit him but it just shattered into pieces after hitting Golett, yes they were damaging Golett but being resistant to Rock-type attacks, Golett could handle them, once he got close, all the focused energy in his body transferred into his hand and he punched Krokorok hard.

The punch took out Krokorok's breath and sent it flying out of the battlefield.

Axew being the closest to the opponents didn't have to encounter the rocks but the green beam of Giga Drain hit him and started to drain his energy but that didn't stop Axew, he just ran towards Accelgor while using Dragon Claw.

Axew has a lot of energy, he has enough energy to evolve but the Everstone stopped him from doing so or he would have evolved.

Once he got close he landed the Dragon Claw and blasted Accelgor out of the battlefield as well and just like that the battle was over.

Charles couldn't handle himself with the Triple Battle thing, he got too distracted and forgot that Larvesta can easily counter his Zebstrika's movement and he defeated the Zebstrika by using its own teammate's move.

Golett was too though for the Rock Slide to take him down and he did a number on Krokorok, Axew was filled with so much energy that it didn't matter to him, he had enough left to land a finishing blow.

Just like that Julian won and Charles just looked at his three defeated pokemon, even though he had stronger pokemons he couldn't win because this Triple battle was too much for him, trying to figure out every move each of his pokemons has to use and what they need to counter was too much for him to keep track off.

Julian "You still need to do a lot more for you to master this style of battling"

Julian said and called back his pokemons, he thought he would get a little bit of training but Charles triple battle method was massively flawed, Julian easily destroyed him, if it was a one on one battle he would have had a much tougher battle.

Charles sighed and called his pokemons back as well, he really wanted to perfect this battle style as he is in very much need of it.

Julian "By the way, why are you training with such a hard style, even the league doesn't find it useful"

He asked wanting to find out what Charles really wants.

Charles "Haha, its nothing, I just want to master this style so I can be the greatest at it in the world, hahaha"

Charles said and started to laugh, Julian didn't think much about it anymore, he could tell that Charles is lying but if Charles doesn't want to tell, he won't bother extracting out of him.

Julian "Hmm, ok then, what do you plan to do now?"

He asked.

Charles "Weren't you telling you wanted to buy a new bike, let's go"

Charles said and pulled Julian away to the nearest bike showroom to look for some superbikes, since this topic came up Julian decided to go with it and followed Charles on his bike.

After half an hour of riding, they arrived in front of a massive showroom filled with bikes, looking at all of them displayed under the bright lights as they reflected them with their shiny paint, this is heaven to a bike lover.

Julian got excited and walked into the showroom with Charles and looked around for hours, from superbikes to n.a.k.e.d bikes, from cruisers to scramblers, from dirt bikes to adventure bikes.

So many bikes and Julian has to only choose one, but at the end of the day, one stole his attention and love at first sight, a superbike with glossy red paint, its whole body made of carbon fiber, its wheels carbon fiber, this is the most beautiful thing Julian has ever seen, even rivaling his girlfriends. Since he is already in love with it, how can he not buy it, with the decision made from both his mind and heart he bought it.
