Chapter 909 - Another One Hit KO

Julian looked at his very confident opponent and tried to remember who this person is, he soon remembered seeing that face on the internet, he was one of the trainers that came from other regions and had won two of his battles very easily.

"Since this is going to be your first defeat, I think you should have the right to know my name"

Julian's opponent said.

Julian "Sure, go ahead"

Julian said while being amused, he also wondered how fast he should take down his opponent.

"My name is Kyle and I will be the one to defeat you"

Julian "Sure, I hope so"

He said and looked at the referee and signaled him to begin the battle, the referee nodded and started to explain the rules before asking both trainers to choose their pokemon.

Julian thought for a second before sending out his Escavalier to the battlefield.

Kyle "Hahaha, a very bad choice, don't you know that I am an expert in training fire type pokemons, your Escavalier being four times weak to fire type makes it easier for me to win this battle"

He laughed and sent out his Magmortar on the battlefield, Julian looked at the Magmortar and was impressed, a very powerful pokemon.

Kyle "Shocked? My Magmortar has never tasted defeat and this shall continue"

Julian "That is indeed a very powerful Magmortar you got there, but do you really think it will be enough?"

Julian asked and put up a serious face and looked straight into his opponent's eyes, Kyle suddenly felt that he was being stalked by a predator as he looked at Julian, he felt completely different this time, he has never met an opponent that made his feel like this, he also put on a serious face and realized that things might not go as easy has planned for him

Referee "Are both trainers ready?"

The referee asked

Once the referee got a nod from both trainers to start the battle, he didn't wait any longer and brought the flags down.

Kyle didn't wait around and went for the finish as soon as the battle started.

Kyle "Magmortar, use Fire Blast"

His Magmortar charged up its most powerful Fire Blast and shot it at Julian's Escavalier, the Fire Blast was massive and very hot, it caused the whole atmosphere to heat up as well.

Julian "Drill Run"

Seeing the massive attack coming towards Escavalier, Julian wasn't worried at all, he asked Escavalier to use Drill Run, Escavalier pointed his two javelin arms in front of his body, joining their tips together and started to gather up ground energy in his body, his body started to glow yellow and he then started to spin very fast.

Soon his metallic body couldn't be seen at all and it was replaced by a glowing yellow drill that is spinning very fast, the air around Escavalier started to twist along with him creating a twister as well sucking everything into it.

Escavalier then moved forward at extreme speed, his speed alone is not great but using the wind and the power behind his move, he can move a lot faster, Escavalier charged right into the Fire Blast and tore through it easily, the ground energy around him acted as a protective layer against the hot fire, the air behind Escavalier sucked in the air and left behind a trail of hot flames.

Kyle was shocked by this and before he could ask his Magmortar to move out of the way, Escavalier was already there landing the very powerful Drill Run on Magmortar's body, Magmortar was then sent flying from the impact which also left a massive explosion behind.

Magmortar crashed on the ground and got knocked out cold after one powerful hit, Escavalier was still spinning but he started to slow down and when he finally stopped he relaxed his arms and looked at his fallen opponent.

Kyle couldn't believe what just happened, he was very confident in his Magmortar's defense but it still got knocked out by Julian's Escavalier which also went past his most powerful attack and then knocked Escavalier out with a single move.

He lost his very first battle and that too in one hit, this was devastating, Julian, on the other hand, didn't feel bad at all, he had told the world that he won't hold back and if trainers really believe that they can stop him, they have to come at him with all they got.

He was sending a message to every trainer out there that thinks they can just come in and defeat him, he wanted to tell them that they are delusional, he was telling them that they still need to do better than they can to even put a scratch on his pokemons.

The crowd on the other hand was going wild after seeing such a powerful move by Julian, once again, by how he has revealed two pokemons, and both of them are ridiculously powerful.

The trainers on the other hand had a very serious face, especially the ones that specifically came from other regions to defeat Julian, they all had seen Kyle and thought of him as a decent trainer but he got taken down by Julian with such ease, this put a doubt on their head.

They realized why Julian has been undefeated till now, there were also trainers who got even more excited when they saw this, one of them were the man wearing an eye patch, he had a menacing smile on his face and a mad look in his eyes as he saw Julian is action.

"Interesting, hahahaha, it's been so long since I felt my blood boil"

The man said and laughed, many people around him were creeped out by this man and decided to keep their distance from him.

Somewhere else, Yesh was also looking at the TV and saw how easily Julian took down Kyle and wondered what he would have done in that scenario, he knows Julian's way of battling better than anyone, he has studied it and he alone knows that how hard it really is to touch Julian's pokemon when he gets serious.

Ash also saw Julian take down Kyle's pokemon and clenched his fist tightly, he remembered his loss against Julian in both Hoenn and Sinnoh league, this time he was determined to give Julian that challenge he asked for.

Ash "Pikachu, let's give Julian what he asked, a real battle"

He said to Pikachu who is sitting on his shoulder.

Pikachu "PIKACHUuuuu"

Pikachu called out his name with determination and a serious face similar to Ash.

Glen and Karl also saw this, Glen had a big smile on his face while Karl was determined, both of them wanting to be the one to defeat Julian.
