"Give me a break! I am already expelled. I wouldn't dare to cause trouble anymore." York sounded quite pleased on the phone. His voice was playful and high-spirited. He paused for a second and continued, "Well, I never thought that I would see you in a night market! I thought a busy man like you wouldn't have the time to eat snacks by the road! Not to mention the fact that you are in West Street with a woman! Who is the lady sitting next to you, huh? Don't you even try to deny anything! I have taken enough pictures of you two to prove my point."

His words made no difference to Addison's facial expression. Maintaining a calm disposition, he held the phone casually to his ear. He wore a slight smile on his lips as he nodded occasionally to York's words. In truth, Addison had his smile on for a reason. At the moment, he didn't mind exposing his relationship to his family members or the rest of the world for that matter. He even hoped that everyone in the world would come to know of her existence. Therefore, he could take away her chances of ever leaving him in the future!

"Where are you now?" Addison casually projected the question to his phone. He didn't even bother to check the passing crowds. His tone was as calm as usual.

Sally, on the other hand, was quite alarmed by the situation. His dialogue with the person over the phone made her somewhat uneasy. She instinctively scanned her surroundings but found nothing suspicious. Eventually, she locked her stare back on Addison's face. Her eyes were full of concern, long eyelashes quivering ever so slightly.

"Well, I am right here," said York, breaking into laughter. "I am at the end of the street. I will not bother you two anymore. You guys look sweet together. I have an exam coming up tomorrow. I will head back home soon. See you later, bro!" York couldn't hide his laugher any further. He looked at Addison's and Sally's confused expressions as they sat in front of the flower bed, hung up the call with a smile and started to walk to his car.

As soon as York got into the car, he quickly dialed Charlie's number. He desperately needed to find out all the details about Addison's girlfriend.

"I knew about her already. Maybe two or three days ago." Charlie was st

When her boyfriend betrayed her, all light and joy was gone from Cherry’s life. Deserted, bereft of hope, she married a man that she had barely met, but she had never expected him to be her ex-boyfriend’s uncle.

Cherry thought that she had finally found her happiness, but she had no idea about the dark secrets that were bound to unfold and haunt her forever...

t?" Elsa walked up towards him in her newly changed dress. She curiously looked at Charlie's face, wondering what could possibly amuse him this much.

"It's nothing important." Charlie turned around and looked at Elsa with a loving gaze. "I was just thinking about you. I remembered how you cried like a baby because I bullied you when you were little."

Elsa's face instantly grew feverish. She stomped her feet on the ground and pouted her ruby red lips. "Stop it! I told you not to mention that again!"

Charlie wrapped his arms around her and pulled her into his loving embrace. Softly and with affection, he planted a gentle kiss on her forehead and said, "Of course, Elsa, I won't mention it anymore." The unmistakable look on Charlie's face, however, disagreed with what he had just said. He was so taken by Elsa's charms that he couldn't face her without a smile on his face. He lovingly tapped her on the shoulder and said, "We should get back. I'll bet Evelyn is so hungry she could probably eat an entire horse by herself!"

"Sure." Elsa nodded. She felt really lucky and grateful that Charlie was constantly showering her with love and care. The man practically treated her like a princess.

The nightlife of T City might not have been as fancy the one in New York, but it was a grand coastal city that spread over a unique landscape, glittering in the clear air with its flat roofs, domes and square towers. In any case, it was considered one of the fanciest cities in the world.
