179 You're Stunning, Love

Si Weimin laughed after teasing Xu Jia Li. His eyes shone bright. His lips curled into a mischievous grin. He really enjoyed himself after seeing her reaction. His heart almost jumped out of his chest when he heard her words. The urge to kiss her was so powerful that he did all he could to restrain himself. He really didn't expect to ever hear that from her. He couldn't help but chuckle when he recalled how Xu Jia Li's face turned crimson red from embarrassment. It was really cute and fascinating.

The smile of his face never faded as he went towards his closet and changed into a pair of cotton pajamas. He sat on his bed and took his phone.

Earlier, he received a call from Grandpa Si, telling him to explain what Si Weizhe had been spouting the last couple of days which made Zhou Bingbing really heartbroken. The annoyance on Grandpa Si's voice was evident. He didn't even need to see him to know that he had his brows furrowed deep while talking to him. He didn't even care and just listened inattentively as the old man bombarded him with questions, never once answering who his girlfriend was.

He was really surprised that Si Weizhe told Grandpa Si that he already had a girlfriend. It seemed like his younger brother was really having a hard time dealing with the old man. He grinned at the thought.

He shook his head slightly, almost imaging how his brother might be suffering from the old man's prying. He opened his Weibo account that he made through Wang Guo's help. He added Xu Jia Li which she still didn't accept until now. Zhen Nian told him that Xu Jia Li was using another account which was what she usually used.

An hour passed by quickly and Si Weimin didn't know whether to laugh or cry that Xu Jia Li was still inside the bathroom. He really couldn't help himself laughed at the thought that she was too embarrassed to get out there.

He placed his phone over the bedside table and walked towards the bathroom. He knocked twice before he asked teasingly, "Love, do you want me to go get you inside? I'm afraid that you've fallen asleep on the bathtub."

He heard muffling inside which made him stifled a laugh. Not hearing any response, he said, "Love, it's been an hour. Do you plan to sleep there?"

Xu Jia Li didn't know what to do when he heard Si Weimin's voice. She was too embarrassed to go out. She kept biting her lips as she fiddled with her hands. She looked in the mirror and saw the flushed look in her face. The cold bath didn't help her calm down after the spontaneous slip of her tongue.

She still thought about how embarrassing the situation was. But she couldn't just stay inside the bathroom forever. Plus, she really wanted to rest.

"What are you doing there?! You startled me!" She hit him on the shoulder before she rolled her eyes at him.

"I'm just waiting for you." Si Weimin laughed out loud.

The scene before her made her heart thumped quickly, like he made her breath away just by that simple laugh. How could someone be so mesmerizing? The way he laughed made her weak inside. She blushed when she realized that she had been staring at him for a long time.

"Love, stop drooling over me."

"What?! I-I am not! Hmph!" She pouted her lips and made a huffing sound as she turned her back from him.

"Ha Ha Ha! Okay, love. You're not drooling, you're just gawking."

"Stop being so arrogant! You're not even that good to look at!"

"You just sliced my heart in two." Si Weimin held his chest while his face showed so much pain.

Xu Jia Li couldn't help but bit her lower lip as she stifled a laugh. She made a clucking sound before she said, "Am I the actress or you are? You seem to be great in acting."

"Am I? Really?"

"You are!" Xu Jia Li raised her brow before she put her arms across her chest.

"So, am I really not good looking?"

"Not that much," She answered teasingly as she crinkled her nose.

Xu Jia Li shrieked when Si Weimin suddenly carried her and put her on the bed. His next move made her giggle as he tickled her until she begged for him to stop, "H-honey, stop! You… you're the… most handsome… man… in the universe!"

"What? Are you saying something? I can't hear you, love. Ha Ha Ha!"

"I said, you're the most handsome man in the universe!"

Xu Jia Li was panting when Si Weimin plopped by her side. He was still laughing out loud which made her laugh as well. Both of them shared a good laugh as they stared at the white ceiling.

Xu Jia Li moved her head and gazed at the handsome man beside her. She was really captivated by his stunning and striking features. Those pair of dark orbs that made her weak on her knees; those dark and thick brows and lashes; that well-defined nose; that sharp jaw and those luscious lips that made her lost her mind; she couldn't stop herself admiring his beauty.

She couldn't deny the fact that she was deeply falling in love with him. Her heart skipped a bit when she saw him looking at her. Those dark eyes pulling her deep, making her gasped when he slowly moved his hand before his fingers traced her nose, "You're really stunning, love."
