She walked in front of the lobby before she took her phone. She was about to dial Si Weimin's number when she heard Li Yun's voice.

"Xiao Li, what are you doing here? It's cold out here," Li Yun asked worriedly. His eyes showed love and care as he gazed at her.

"I'm okay, Yun-ge. You don't have to worry about me," she answered awkwardly before she moved her head down, busying herself to avoid further conversation with him. She tapped Si Weimin's number on her phone.

Li Yun immediately took his jacket off and was about to put it on Xu Jia Li's shoulder when Si Weimin arrived.

"You don't have to do it, Mr. Li. I can take care of my girlfriend," the hostility on Si Weimin's voice was eminent as he threw a frosty glare on Li Yun's way. He stood between Li Yun and Xu Jia Li, clearly holding his ground.

Li Yun tightened his hold on his jacket as he clenched his jaw. He glowered at Si Weimin, not backing out, "Stop forcing yourself on her. Who do you think you are, Mr. Si?"

"I don't need to tell you, Mr. Li. Just. Stay. Away. From. Jia!"

"If there's someone who should stay away from her, it's you! You act as if you know her. You're clearly power-tripping! Not because you're the producer of this movie, you can do everything you like! Xiao Li isn't a toy you can play around with! You manipulative son of a bitch!"

"Yun-ge!!" Xu Jia Li was horrified from hearing Li Yun's words.

"Let's go, Xiao Li. Don't be afraid. I'm always here for you," Li Yun was about to take Xu Jia Li's hand when he was stopped by Si Weimin.

"Don't ever dream of holding my woman," Si Weimin gripped Li Yun's wrist so hard that the latter couldn't help but flinch.

The two men engaged in the staring game which made Xu Jia Li anxious. She looked around her, afraid that the previous incident might happen again. She held Si Weimin's arm before she spoke gently, "Let's go now, honey."

Li Yun felt like his world fell apart when he heard Xu Jia Li's word. He suddenly couldn't breathe as he gazed at the two, disbelief clearly written on his face. How could Xu Jia Li call him that? His eyes sting as it began to water.

It felt like cold water was splashed all over him. The pain was unbearable. He didn't know how to react and all that came out of his mouth was her name, "Xiao Li…"

"I can't believe Yun-ge! How could he say those things to you?" Xu Jia Li was clearly irritated as she put her arms across her chest.

Si Weimin only chuckled, his heart filled with happiness from the beautiful woman beside him.

After fifteen minutes, they already arrived at Grand Riviera Hotel where Si Weimin booked the whole restaurant for the two of them. This time, Si Weimin asked for the restaurant to prepare Israeli dishes which Xu Jia Li wanted to try.

"Are you that affected?" Si Weimin laughed as he gazed at Xu Jia Li's expression.

"Now I can see that Ms. Vicious- Tongue Xu is head over heels in love with me now. Tss. I heard it can't be cured."

Xu Jia Li didn't know whether to laugh or cry when she heard Si Weimin. She gently punched him on the shoulder before she laughed out loud, "How arrogant! Just eat and stop spouting nonsense!"

Harvest Condominium – Si Weimin's apartment

Xu Jia Li entered inside Si Weimin's bedroom since the en suite was there. She had her toiletries on her hand as she walked merrily inside the room.

She was about to open the bathroom door when she realized that she was not alone and Si Weimin was inside. She decided to wait as she sat on his bed. Her heart somersaulted when her gaze caught the frames beside his bed. She was really happy to see her pictures on his bedside table. There were also the recent pictures that they had in Simatai Wall and Gubei Water Town.

A whistling Si Weimin emerged half naked out of the bathroom which made Xu Jia Li red with embarrassment. Only a white towel covered half of his body while he was wiping his hair with another towel. The water dripped on his well-sculpted body as if tempting her to wipe it up with her hands.

She blushed so much but her eyes fixated on the sumptuous man in front of her. Her eyes admired his physique and she didn't notice that she sighed loudly while gazing at him. She bit her lower lip like a lovesick woman, sighing even louder. It was like she was mesmerized. She only woke up from her daze when she heard Si Weimin chuckled.

"Love what you see?"

Xu Jia Li's heart pounded fast upon hearing his words. She was greeted by the smirking Si Weimin as she looked up from his body to his face. She couldn't help but want the ground to open up and swallow her just so she could hide from actually drooling over his body. She looked at him, her face turned beet red, "I can't believe he just caught me gawking at his delicious body!"

Xu Jia Li immediately covered her mouth when she heard Si Weimin's laughter, 'Wait! What?! Did I just say that aloud?'

She was shocked that she immediately stood, leaving her towel on the bed. She was so embarrassed that she didn't even dare look at the laughing man in front of her.

When she was about to close the bathroom door, Si Weimin spoke, "It's all free for you to take, honey!"

She blushed even more as she slammed the door, leaving the amused Si Weimin outside. How could she be so stupid to say that aloud?

"Ahhhh! That's so embarrassing! I don't wanna go out!"
