58 Update

Kael exited the mansion of the king. He was escorted by the guards until he was on the gate. Kael proceeded to go back to the adventurer guild. It was noon and the sun was at its peak. Luckily, Kael has a robe with a hood that covers his head and body. He will go first to the inn to change his formal wear. He encompassed the streets that noon and saw again the bustling people on the market.

The merchants were loud as they promote their goods. The crowds were also as loud as them for they were haggling to get a better price. They were busy with their own lives and Kael didn't mind them. He passed by the market and the crowds were thinner at that time.

Kael went to the inn and then changed his clothes. He wears a t-shirt and shorts.

"I better cultivate my stats first before going to the adventurer guild.", he said to himself.

He pushed-ups again to improve his strength. He was sweaty due to his exercise. He pushed-ups till one-hundred and he can feel that his body was lighter than before. After his pushed-ups, he proceeded to sit-ups. He sits and stands up back and forth till one-hundred.

Kael hops and immediately felt the difference from before.

He proceeded to improve his dexterity. He side-steps rapidly from slow, then he began to increase his speed. Slowly his speed increased until it reached his peak. Kael was very sweaty in the process.

Next was his vitality, he jogs in the room for minutes. Inhaling and exhaling while he jogs until his face was covered by his cold sweat. He felt refreshed and he felt that his vitality was greater than before.

He proceeded to his focus cultivation. He gathered mana in his core and absorbed mana in the air. He circulated his mana and repeated the process. His focus went up and he finished his cultivation.

Kael then washed his sweaty shirt and then changed clothes. He changed to adventurer attire that has a shirt and was covered with leather armor. He puts his leather bracers and foot guard. He puts his sword to his back and his daggers in his waist. He puts his backpack in his back and prepared to leave. He went to the door and closed his room. He locked the door with his key and went downstairs. After it, he checked out from the lobby.

He went to the adventurer guild to have an update. He walks in the streets and the crowd was the same as before. He saw the crowds were many in number. He arrived at the adventurer guild and saw that there were many adventurers there. The flag of Dwight was the same as before and nothing changed.

He approached the lady on the desk and then the lady immediately saw him.

"Sir Kael, we have an update to you. You've been promoted to Rank E plus! Hand me your adventurer card and Let me change your rank. Due to the feat of killing the kobold boss. You've been promoted. The rewards of killing him will be handed over together with your card.", she said politely.

Kael smiled and he hurriedly gave his adventurer card. He grabbed from his backpack and handed it over.

"Please wait for your card. We will process it immediately.", she said to him.

Kael went to the bench and waited for the update.

He waited for minutes and his card was given to him together with his reward. Dreadpaws has a bounty of five gold coins and Kael successfully killed him.

"Here sir, your card has been updated. Here's the reward for slaying Dreadpaws", she said to him and gave it to Kael.

"Thank you! I will surely treasure it.", he said to her while grabbing the card and the five gold coins.

His card has been updated and Kael was happy.
