"Rey, can I ask for help?"
"What is it?" Rey asked back while trying to chew his chicken noodles.
Dave turned his gaze to the men surrounding Dita. "Make a trouble with them."
Jean opened her eyes wide after hearing Dave's words. In her mind, there was no way anyone would look for trouble on the first day of school like this. But what Rey said next was far different from Jean's expectation.
"Okay!" Rey replied, who immediately lifted his bowl of chicken noodles and threw it at the group of men who surrounded Dita.
Rey raised his bowl up high and made a gesture like he was playing basketball and was about to throw a three-point shot.
Syuunngggg~ ... Crassshhh! ...
The bowl of chicken noodles broke on the back of one of the men surrounding Dita, making them all turn around. In fact, it was not only the crowd who were now looking at Rey, who still raised his hands, as if he forgot to lower them back after making the throw. Or maybe he deliberately keep his hands in the air for some reason that no one knows.
Rey smiled. "Yeah! ... Three points, baby!"
When the person whose clothes were soiled with the splash of chicken noodles was about to walk towards Rey to repay Rey for what Rey did to him, as Dave expected, Aryo himself stopped what his friend wanted to do.
"Wait here, let me go there." said Aryo.
The man who a few moments ago claimed to be a member of the saddest motorcycle gang there, the Destroyer, walked over to Rey while trying to stay pretentious, even though in his heart he kept saying all kinds of prayers because the gaze given to him by Dave was very terrifying.
"You… Ekhem… Was it you who threw the chicken noodle bowl at my friend?"
"Yep! How is it? My throw is suuuuper cool, right?" Rey asked with a proud expression.
Seeing the gazes of all the students in the cafeteria towards him, he couldn't possibly lower his prestige as a final year student as well as a student council member who would soon be retiring in the near future.
But on the one hand, Aryo couldn't possibly provoke Dave who was the original member of the Destroyer gang.
Aryo brought his hand towards Rey. Dave was already gripping the fork in his right hand, ready to stick the fork in the back of Aryo's hand if only that person dared to do anything, but all Aryo did was pat Rey on the shoulder while showing a smile that Dave realized that it was a very forced smile.
"Next time you can't do something like that, especially when you're still a student who is currently in orientation. If you as a junior you can't respect seniors, how can we love you as a junior?"
Rey also grabbed Aryo's hands which were on his shoulders with both hands and stood up too. "Sorry bro, I know you love me, but I can't accept your love. Please, forget me, there are still a lot of your underclassmen boy, who are ready for you to dick-ing their ass, who want to accept you as who you are."
Aryo rounded his eyes perfectly, while the whole canteen couldn't hold back their laughter. Jean, who was also laughing before, now felt fascinated by what she saw before her eyes.
Something that was the first time she saw.
It's the moment where Dave laughed out loud.
Of course, this is a very valuable thing for Jean, because it was the first time he saw Dave laugh this much.
Adonis Daveline Stockholm, a male student who from the beginning she had known him always acted coldly as if on his face there was an invisible inscription that reads "Me Against the World", now Dave is laughing out loud.
And it made Jean realize, that laughter ... No, even if Dave just smiled faintly, it would have made Jean's life hundreds of times more colorful.
Looks like Jean is a really innocent girl with a pure heart. The girl seemed to like Dave too much who was her first love.
Aryo doesn't seem like he can accept this anymore. It is really a dilemma between the two options. The first option is, he beat Rey right now, but if he does that, he has to deal with Dave.
And the second choice is, he'll just leave Rey alone. Maybe later he will be opposed by his friends and also considered as a fearful figure for all the students in the canteen who witnessed the incident.
But if he chooses the second option, his life will be safe as long as Dave does not become his enemy.
And with a heavy heart, Aryo chose the second one, because he still cherished his own life.
"Hey, Aryo? Where are you going?" asked the man Rey had thrown the bowl filled with chicken noodles. After giving Rey a hostile look, that person followed Aryo leaving the canteen area which his other friends immediately followed.
Rey sat back down and took Dave's fist, and did a fist high five with Dave. Jean thought that Dave's favorite high five was like that. Jean also extended his fist and was immediately greeted by Dave and Rey.
Badump ...
Jean's heart skipped a beat for a moment.
It was the first time she and Dave had touched each other's skin. Just like that, Jean's heart rate had accelerated even though it was still very far from causing her to have a heart attack.
Dita looked at Dave and after observing him for a while, Dita realized that what Rey had just done was Dave's doing. What's his business? Why would Dave want to help her who had slapped his face earlier in class?
Dita shook her head. The girl did not want to linger with her thoughts and immediately got up from the chair, walked out of the canteen to the classroom without even saying a single word to Dave at all.
Dave, who saw that, somehow felt a little pressure in his heart.
Why did Dita just leave?
Was there anyone who had been around her that caught her attention, so that she was angry that Dave just kicked them out?
Did he just thwart Dita's attempt to approach an upperclassman she might have a crush on?
Who is the man that catches Dita's attention?
Don't tell me that the guy who managed to get Dita's attention was ... Aryo?
Aryo that disgusting lecherous bastard?
Dave shook his head, took his mind away from Dita and finished the fried rice that he had been forgetting for a while until it got cold.

"Looks like I'll go first, bra." Rey said as he walked away from Dave when the online taxi he ordered arrived.
Jean gaped. "B-bra, you say?"
"I mean bro. Typo." Rey replied, closing the door of his online taxi.
Jean also turned his gaze to Dave. "Then, what did you come home with?"
"Motorcycle."
"Oh, a motorcycle taxi?"
Dave reached into his pocket and pulled out a motorcycle key, making Jean frown, "What? Can you bring a motorcycle? You don't have a driver's license yet, do you?"
"As long as I don't get caught by the traffic police, there is no problem at all."
Jean also took a deep breath and threw it out through the nose. "But still, Dave. You've violated the rules that apply in this country. Minors are not allowed to bring their own motorcycle!"
Dave put his hand on Jean's head and ruffled the girl's hair for a moment. "You fuss. Just go home. The person who picked you up was waiting for you, right?"
A reddish tinge printed faintly on Jean's cheek. Her beautiful face became more and more adorable when Jean was blushing like that.
"O-okay. I'll go home first. You have to be careful on the road."
Dave didn't say anything and instead made a gesture as if to chase Jean away with his chin. Jean walked away from Dave. The girl turned around several times to smile at Dave as she continued walking toward the front gate of the school. Even when the girl got into the car, Jean still managed to lower the windshield and wave at Dave. Dave just replied with a simple smile.
In the car, Jean screamed with joy as she clenched her fists right on her chest.
The driver who sat in the steering seat glanced at Jean from the reflection on the rearview mirror above his head. "Ekhemm ... Who was that? Is he your boyfriend?"
"It's none of your business, leave me alone!" shouted Jean which made her look even more adorable. The driver finally gave up on bothering Jean, who was clearly in love.
Now Dave is alone. He walked towards where he had parked his motorbike. Dave pulled out a gray bomber jacket which he folded and tucked into his bag, put it on and started riding on the motorbike that looked so good for him. Put on his helmet and start the motorbike by turning the key to the right. After pushing it back a few steps, Dave pulled the throttle lever in his right hand while releasing the clutch slowly with his left. The roar of the boor-up engine sound from the modified sports motorbike really attracted attention, making a fierce impression to anyone who heard, even though the exhaust had been replaced with a smoother one.
When Dave stopped at a traffic light for an intersection near his school, he saw Dita sitting in the back seat on a public transportation that led to the Kampung Rambutan terminal.
Public transportation?
A student of Briston Gal Private High School, which is a very expensive monthly school, coming home from school using public transportation?
Does Dita also enter the school through the scholarship route like him?
Fortunately, Dave's helmet is so dark that Dita doesn't realize that the motor sport rider right behind her is the person she slapped on the face this morning.
In silence, Dave looked at Dita, the girl who managed to make Dave curious about her.
