166 Gender reveals

Moll is exited Jin decided to stay for awhile since Steve is on deployment. She says there is no reason to be in Texas alone. Salali is mooning around since Randy has to go back on tour .Remi and Crystal are excited that Yona will be arriving home in a few days. These last weeks Aisling has been helping with settling Norma's estate luckily since Audis is still alive she just needs to file a few papers putting everything only in his name. She has been going everyday after work to put fresh flowers at the cemetery. Astila knows she is having a hard time with her aunt being gone. He just doesn't know how to help her. Moll reminded him its only been a few weeks these things take time. Moll has placed Remi and Yona in charge of keeping Astila and Aisling out of the house on the day of the party. She has asked Jin to get Maureen and Onacona out. She put Charlie and the Aunties in charge of presents and the cousins in charge of decorations. All she needs to do is figure out food and cakes. Salali is on charge of games. Lord how did Norma make it look so easy . It's taken her weeks to plan something small by comparison. She goes up to the attic to look around and sees that there is a box that she never noticed before. It's wedged behind the wall only the corner is sticking out. Calling down stairs to Inola to come up and bring a hammer . When he gets up to the attic he brought a hammer to pry the boards open. Once the wall is open he pulls the cedar box out. Looking into the wall with a flashlight he sees bolts of material stacked up. Pulling them out Moll gasps at the rich colors of silk and satin. There is bolts of tule as well. She hears Someone down stairs and calls for them to come up. It's Jin she sees what they found and explains. 

"those are mine I brought them from South Korea when I was first married. Steve placed them in a crawl space behind the wall and I forgot about them. I should have a box of traditional clothes here somewhere as well."

Moll blushes and asks. 

"did it have hanfu dresses and hanbok?" Jin smiles 

"oh did you guys find them?" 

"umm Aisling wore one of the hanfu dresses on her trip as a maternity dress. We each took one I'm sorry we did not know." Jin begins to laugh. 

"I'm sure going to miss this place when I have to leave. At first I was a little confused by how close everyone is. Now I'm going to miss tripping over so many people." She sighs . 

"Why are you going somewhere?" He asks her .

"My job here is about done and it will be time to leave soon." She avoids looking at him not wanting to see that he doesn't care. Her heart sinks at the thought of this man may not like her as much as she likes him. 

"hmmm will you go back to Texas ?" He holds his breath not sure what she will say. 

"I'm not sure I gave up my job there to come here for Astila and the commander. I'm sure it won't be hard to get it back. My house is still there."

Just then the others come back with some more things for them . The girls are chatting about how surprised Maureen and Aisling is going to be. Marshal gets quiet wondering if he asks she will stay. 

by the time they leave the bar that night all is ready for the next day. They turned the bar into an oasis with plants and the walls have tile curtains with cascading lights. They have jewel tone silk tablecloths through out the room. There are exotic stuffed animals all over the place. They have balloon flowers and rainbows at every door. Now they just have to get the expecting mothers here at the same time and still unaware. Marshal is glad that his job is done. He calls his Dad as he is leaving telling him he needs to chat. 

The next morning the plan is in place Remi asked Aisling and Astila to take her to pick up Yona from the airport. She used the excuse that she doesn't like to drive in the city. So they head out with Crystal in tow to pick up Yona. 

Jin asks Maureen and onacona to help her go and finish closing up audis's house. She says that she wants witnesses for everything she needs to do. That way if something happens they can't blame her. They of course agree since it's a big job that needs to be done. 

As soon as they are out Moll Salali and Winona head over to the bar . The food and cakes are to be delivered soon and Salali needs to set up the games. They are steadily working on setting things up when a few of the guest begin to arrive. Moll reminds them that it's a surprise so when they get the texts that they are near everyone must hide. As Winona is making punch she hears Brayden yell for her. She turns quickly to see what is the matter. There in the doorway is her ex husband. Moll turns when she hears the fear in the child's voice and she sees him run across the room to hide. Winona she backing up not looking where she is going and trips. Moll not being afraid of anyone strides across the room to see who he is. She looks at Salali and nods. Salali runs to the back to get the men. Moll is standing just a few feet from this menacing looking man. 

"May I ask who you are? The bar is closed for a private event you need to leave." She looks at the way his clothes fit and how he stands . She can tell he has been in the military may even still be active. Glaring at him letting him know she is not afraid of him. He looks at her as if she is a bug in his way. 

"I came to get my wife and son. Now if you will excuse me I will be about my business." He goes to move Moll out of the way but is stopped by Inola .

"I am not sure you heard my wife the bar is closed to outsiders you need to leave now. If your son and wife are here then you can see them later after the event." He stands between this man and Winona. He noticed that Brayden ran and hid. Most children do not hide from a parent that they have missed. Winona is so afraid she is trembling . These two are going no where with this man if he has his way. The rest of the men lined up behind Inola making a physical barrier between Winona on the floor and this person. He smiles and raises his voice so that Brayden can hear him. 

"Son unless you want these nice folks hurt you need to come here. I need you to show me which of these men your mama has been whoreing about with. " his fist are clenched at his side waiting for the child to come out. 

Brayden crawls out from behind the bar. Slowly walking towards his father. Stoping before he is close enough for him to grab him. He has an angry look on his face when he tells his father. 

"Mama came her to work she didn't come here for a man. How did you find us?" He inches closer to Inola . The man chuckles at the boy. 

"Well that nice lady Cody at your moms hospital told me where I could find her . She was more than willing to tell me how to get here. Now why don't you come give me a hug and let's go?" Brayden shakes his head and tells him. 

"I don't want to go anywhere with you. Mama and I live here now we are not going back. We like it here. Besides Mama is not your wife anymore so go away." He knows that this man is not going to let him off so he takes off running towards the back. Winona comes up beside Inola and looks at her ex. 

"You are not welcome here so you need to leave. You are in violation of the court order so unless you wish to go to jail you should leave. I am not and neither is Brayden coming with you." She goes to turn away to go check on her child when he grabs her by her hair. 

"You think anyone is going to keep you and my child from me. Think again , you belong to me and I don't let anything that is mine go."

Marshal had already pushed the silent alarm so he knows the police are on their way, but seeing this man lay his hand on the woman he loves. His sees red his expression turns black and his fist connects with the mans face . Knocking him down as he released Winona. When the cops arrive the only thing they see is Marshal punching a stranger. They break up the fight and Winona pulls the court documents out of her purse. They run his information and find out that he is wanted by the military police for abandoning his post. They tell the dispatcher to contact the nearest base. Arresting him for violation of the court order they drag him out. 

Marshal turns to Winona and asks her. 

"Is he part of the reason you have been staying so aloof and talking about leaving?" She lowers her head and nods. He pulls her into his arms and hugs her giving her the chance to wipe the tears away without anyone really noticing. After a few moments he takes her hand and they go to find Brayden.
