81 Chapter 81: The Hunt Begins

The sight that laid in front of them made them sigh helplessly.

Ren and Reyna stood quite far away from them, well they were standing by the second stall. Everyone watched as the twins chatted around while juggling all kinds of delicacies on their hands. Even their mouth wasn't free as it kept grabbing a snack whenever they finished one.

Their face twitched as they mentally facepalmed themselves. They should have known this would have happened. The pile of food on their arms rose that the food finally obstructed their view ahead.

Jinha yelled when he saw them entering another stall even with all that food on their hands, "Stop hogging around and come here you gluttons."

Hearing his shout Ren and Reyna popped their heads out from their pile of food with stains on their lips. Though the situation looked comical, both of them were looking adorable. They licked their lips, wiping away the stains, savoring the last taste. They looked reluctant to part from their food.

The vendors smiled helplessly before volunteering, "How about I keep your food safe here and you can come and collect after your work?"

Their eyes sparkled for a moment before their light dimmed. Reyna pursed her lips as she asked, "Grandma, you wouldn't sell these foods, right?"

The grandma laughed as she shook her head and said, " Don't worry child, I wouldn't do that. I will even keep some extra chicken leg for you."

The twins looked at each other happily before going inside and placing their food in two tables. They glared at each other as if saying, 'Better remember which table is yours.'

The grandma smiled looking at the two adorable children. Reyna grabbed some buns while Ren grabbed on some chicken legs as they approached the grandma and said, " Grandma, do keep them safe. We will be back in a jiffy."

The old woman nodded and watched as the twins munch their food as they headed towards a group of people who looked like they were waiting for them.

Looking at the twins gnawing on their food, everyone couldn't help but sigh helplessly. Every time the twins surprised them with their appetite. Ren munched on a chicken as he asked, "Reafy yo rwll?"

Jinha grabbed the half-eaten chicken from his mouth impatiently and sneered, "Talk properly."

Ren's eyes flared angrily when Jinha stole his food away. He looked at the chicken leg which Jinha held threatening him that one step and he would throw away his food. Ren flared his teeth as if he was ready to jump on him and bite him hard. But the look in Jinha's eyes made him falter. So he asked annoyedly, "Are we ready to leave?"

Jinha raised his eyebrows and his lips curled up, satisfied by Ren's actions. 'Such an obedient boy!'

He returned the chicken to him and saw Ren's eyes brighten as he happily munched on it. He turned around and saw Reyna standing beside Hazel as she eyed him warily.

"It is time to meet our lovely visitors."

Ren grinned as he thought about how many people he gets to beat up. The smile on him would have looked like a harmless puppy if he didn't have a chicken stuck to his mouth and excitement in his eyes.

Reyna munched on some buns quietly but her lips twitched by an annoying stare. She sighed before turning to look at Usui who was staring at her... no, more precisely he was looking at her food. She frowned but when she saw him gaping at her. She raised her eyebrow before she searched for another bun from her pocket and handed it to him.

"Do you want some?"

Usui was taken aback by her gesture.

'Did he look like he was hungry?'

Reyna tilted her head when she saw him make no move to grab the bun. She asked, "Not hungry?"

"Well if he's not, I sure as hell am hungry."

Without waiting for his response, Jinha bit on the bun directly from her palm, his lips brushing her palm. Reyna froze as she watched him swallow more than half of her bun in one bite.

He straightened up as he munched on the bun while Reyna stood there in shock. She could still feel the wetness on her palm.

Jinha moaned, savoring the deliciousness of the buns. He swallowed the last bit and said, "Wow that's so tasty. From which stall did you buy? We will have to head in there later at night."

Reyna looked at Jinha who was blabbering away. For a moment there, she got annoyed. She marched right up to him making Jinha take a step back and raise his hands against his chest. He knew how terrifying the twins could get when their food gets stolen.

Seeing Reyna strut her way towards him, Jinha looked at her warily.

"W- What is it?"

Reyna glared at him as she tightened her hold on the half-eaten bun. She shoved the bun right into his mouth, choking him in the process.

She growled, "Don't give me your leftovers" And turned away from him.

Jinha slowly started eating as he straightened up. He patted his chest in comfort. For a second there, he thought she would chop him up.

Looking up, he noticed Usui's smirk making him snort inwardly.

Hazel cleared her throat attracting their attention and said, "Let's move."

Everyone nodded their heads.

She couldn't help but reiterate the instructions. She was worried whether these battle crazy fools would take the notch higher than necessary.

"You all do know what we should do and what we shouldn't do, right?"

They smirked as they nodded their heads.

She furrowed her brows as she directly said, "No killing."

She didn't want them to find any loopholes in her instructions like last time. So she stressed those points again.

That sentence made everyone's face fall as they looked at her sadly. From their looks, it was confirmed that they did plan on doing that.

'These crazy fools!'

"We can do anything except that."

They nodded their heads uninterestedly.

Jinha looked at the gate and said suddenly before Hazel could point out any more loopholes, " Hurry guys!! Let's start the hunt. I guess we will meet tomorrow."

Loki and Zeno looked at each other before they nodded their heads.

Liz laughed as she added, "You guys better not forget about the morning assembly. So, make sure to have fun and return early."

Hak smiled as he agreed, "Done. Let's go. I can't wait to go wild in their city."

Loki looked at Hazel quietly. He wanted to ask her something but didn't know whether he should. Hazel on noticing his stare, tilted her head questioningly at him.

He asked, "How would you guys find them?"

Hazel smirked at his easy question, "That would be a very easy question to answer, right? They would have to hide until the crowd dwindles. So where else would they hide other than that one place?"

A smile appeared on his lips as he thought of that place. He chuckled softly as he nodded and turned around to leave.

Jinha chipped in, "Go wild guys, destroy everything."

They rolled their eyes as if telling him that was something they would do without being asked. The rest watched till their friends disappeared from their view before glancing at the people beside him.

Liz asked, "So let's go?"

Zelal asked curiously, "Where are we going?"

Harold said, "Where else other than the Ace of Diamonds?"

Ace of Diamonds was one of the busiest places in the Royal City, especially at night. It has all the night activities and produces some good wines.

Jinha laughed, "It's been a long time since I have gone there. I need to get some good wine."

Hazel reminded him softly, "We are not here to drink."

Jinha laughed as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder, "I know I know, Princess"

Hazel furrowed her brows as she doubted whether he knew really or not. She sighed and looked behind at the two people following. She almost smiled when she saw Usui's eyes focusing on the arm around her.

"Are you sure you guys want to come? After all, they could be your teammates."

Her question distracted Usui from his thoughts. He frowned but before he could say anything, Zelal sneered, "They are not our friends." Zelal understood what she was implying so he clarified further, "We haven't talked to a single person in that academy so we wouldn't care what happens to them."

Hazel asked surprisedly, "If you didn't like the academy, why did you bother going there in the first place?"

This time, Usui responded, "It was near our kingdom."

That one sentence made everything clear to her. This guy thought moving to the South was too much trouble so he decided to go to the academy near him. Hazel's lips twitched as she racked her brain on how to respond appropriately but finding none, she turned her head away.

But she did hear him murmur, "If I had come earlier, I would have met you earlier and by now, we would have even been engaged."

Hazel threw him a cold look making him grin happily. She shook her head as she stopped at the entrance of the Ace of Diamonds. They had a lot of cleaning up to do and this was going to be a long night.

"Let's start our hunt."
