82 Chapter 82: Encounter

All sorts of things happened as the group of seven paved their way through the crowd. They watched the people cheer for the dancing girls on the podium. A swarm of bugs surrounded them as they flashed them disgusting grins.

Finally, the group found a quiet corner away from the crowd but near enough to spot any weird things happening. Hazel frowned when she saw messy plates half-filled with food still placed on the table. Their seats ruined with wine as if a jar fell over ruining its material. Instantly a person appeared near them and smiled apologetically before brandishing his hands.

They watched as the plates disappeared and the seats turn back into all-new as if the scene before them was just their imagination.

They thanked him and took their seats. Hazel was about to sit near Jinha when she felt herself being held back a little. Her eyes met with Usui's pouting face. He moved her aside as he sat in the spot she was about to sit.

Hazel looked at him in confusion as she couldn't understand his intentions. He then scooted in and patted the seat next to her.

He urgently said, "Come, Sit..Sit.."

Hazel shook her head helplessly at this guy. He was beyond joy when he saw her take the seat next to him. He turned towards his left and gloated this over at Jinha.

Ignoring his foolishness, Hazel turned towards the crowd and studied the place. Many people were wasting away their night as they drank and chatted, being calm irrespective of the events that took place. They even saw some of their instructors gather in the middle as they calmly ate.

Well, a group of powerful would make their enemies hesitate on their plan.

Harold pursed his lips and observed, "They are not here."

It was easy to identify any new faces as most of them living in the city were mainly students. There were still quite a few people living in the city with their families.

Hazel rubbed her chin as she pondered on, "Let's wait."

Jinha interjected playfully, "Yes...Let's wait for them while we enjoy a glass or two."

But, hearing him Liz's hand hit the table and nodded her head cheerfully, "Yess.. let's do that. Haha, the other guys would be so angry at us having fun without them."

Others smile stiffened when they thought about their glum faces. Before they could stop her, Liz called the charge over and ordered several dishes along with drinks. As she was ordering she failed to see the surprise of her friends.

Her face flushed as she understood what she did. Reyna's behavior was rubbing on her.

She rubbed her head embarrassedly and giggled, "I thought you guys would be very hungry"

Instantly her stomach rumbled making her face flush harder.

Jinha snorted, "I don't think it's us who is hungry."

Liz stuck her tongue out angrily at him before flopping down to her seat beside Harold. His lips curled up as he watched Liz's flustered antics, making someone in the other corner jealous.

He had wanted to sit near her and planned on how to make her sit near him. But his plans went down the drain as Harold took his rightful seat. His mood further dampened when he saw them chatting happily.

Zelal frowned visibly when he noticed Harold's shimmering eyes as he followed every movement of hers. That look wasn't foreign to him as he always saw that on his brother's face. He tightened his fist making his veins protrude slightly out.

Suddenly without warning, Harold raised his eyes and met his strong gaze. Imaginary sparks flew from their eyes as they engaged in an air battle.

If Zelal only had doubts before, now his doubts dissipated as they continued glaring at each other. Zelal pursed his lips when he felt that Harold had thrown him a challenge.

'Ha! I have got an annoying rival just like my brother.'

But he was thankful that he only had one while his brother already had two annoying rivals.

As the men continued their fight, the oblivious girl sat there waiting for her food. Her eyes brightened up when she saw the waiter walking towards their table. She watched him eagerly waiting to devour those delicacies. She already had her knife and fork out and watched as her foods were placed one by one.

As their eyes fell upon the dishes, everyone salivated from the aromatic dishes. They couldn't help but grab their forks to taste that tender juicy meat. But, before they could taste those dishes, a loud commotion distracted them from eating.

They turned towards the crowd and the scene made them knit their brows. They saw a completely drunk guy holding onto a girl's dress and was pulling on it. The girl had one of her hands holding onto her dress while he pulled the other end. A tear was starting to form scaring the girl to tears. Even the crowd was shouting to strip her.

Hazel was angered tremendously that she rose from her seat to teach that pervert a lesson but her face changed when she saw the girl's countenance change. It was a look of disgust, anger, and frustration but the look disappeared when Hazel blinked her eyes.

That look wasn't something that came from a pure innocent girl She squinted her eyes as she observed the new girl. She had a sculpted figure, flowing, moon shadow-black hair, enticing, constellation-blue eyes which were now clouded with anxiety. Her red dress was just inches away from being torn off when out of nowhere a knife was thrown at that drunk guy.

The man let go immediately as if he sobered up instantly from the sense of danger. He looked around and shouted, "Who threw that knife?"

A lean black-haired guy took a step forward as if he was answering his question silently. The man snorted, "Why, you punk? Do you even know who I am?"

The black-haired guy tilted his head as if asking, 'Do I look like I care?'

The man gritted his teeth angrily at the obvious lack of fear in the guy. He patted his clothes, searching for something, and produced a badge in front of his eyes. That badge had the crest of Claudia kingdom. The badge was a representation of his high position in the kingdom.

But to his utter surprise, the black-haired guy ignored him and looked at the girl, standing on the podium. Hazel raised her eyebrows when she saw the girl smiling slightly.

'They know each other.'

"Looks like we found them."

Usui was observing them from the time he noticed her distraction. Observing them, he could only conclude that it was them. The prey they were looking for.

Zelal asked incredulously, "Him? Seriously? Are you guys sure?"

"Why? Do you know him?"

Liz asked as she stabbed a slice of tender meat by her fork. Her entire being was laid back but everyone who knew her knew that this was her way of being cautious. She twirled the fork in the air before moving it close to her mouth but she stopped right before she took a bite when she heard.

Zelal answered, "No. I have never seen him around. "

Zelal sighed when he saw everyone's please-explain-me look, " Well, now you know how unsocial we were in our academy but that guy" pointing at the black-haired, "From that powerful aura alone, he would have garnered our attention."

"So I'm sure that he's not from the academy."

The rest nodded their heads as if thinking that he was right. But, then who was that guy? Why did he give off a dangerous feeling?

Finally giving up on eating, Liz turned around to check the black-haired guy who caught everyone's attention. Her lips curled up when she saw him that she couldn't help but whistle, "Oh boy! He's hot."

Zelal frowned, "He's not...He's boring."

Liz turned to him annoyedly before turning back to watching the guy intently. Her eyes widened when she saw the guy looking over at them for a minute before turning away. What Liz didn't know was, her comment was especially loud in that tense atmosphere that the guy heard her praise him.

Zelal frowned when he saw her gaping at him. His angry eyes shifted to that annoying guy who had stolen his place.

Meanwhile, the crowd waited for some fight to happen but to their disappointment they saw the guy heading towards the girl, grabbing her arm and pulling her out of the shop. Angered, the drunk guy rush towards him to punch that good-looking bastard when the guy turned around and held the man's fist by his palm.

The black-haired guy raised his head, giving everyone a chance to admire his handsome features. Those cold blue eyes swept through the crowd in that tense atmosphere that the man regretted acting on his impulse.

Suddenly, his lips curled up when he crushed the man's fist with his own making the drunk man scream in agony. He let go of his hold and saw the drunk guy clutching his hand on his knees.

The cold voice echoed inside the shop, "Scram."

And, the crowd watched as the guy ushered the girl out. It was only after they left, the crowd recovered their senses. All of them had only one thought on their minds.

'Scary!'
