83 Chapter 83: The Hunt-1

Jinha whistled, "We lost them"

Zelal asked, "Who was he? I have never encountered someone as dangerous as him"

Liz shrugged, "Whoever he was, I don't think I want to face him again. He looks like a person who wouldn't understand what a joke was. So definitely a no-no."

Zelal looked at her and teased, " Didn't you say he was hot?"

Liz rolled her eyes and laid her hands open as if she said something very obvious, "That and this are two different things. Just because he is scary, doesn't mean I can't enjoy his hotness likewise just because he is scary doesn't mean I have to tolerate his scary nature."

Zelal laughed at her as he asked, " So, how would you rate me?"

He watched amusedly as she looked... no, scanned him all over. She had her lips down which made him raise his eyebrows. He knew he was handsome, he was always surrounded by girls. Well, his queue was less than his brother's but he still had a queue who would be ready to be his girlfriend the instant he ask.

But watching Liz droop her lips as if she didn't like what she saw, he began to doubt himself.

'Did I gain weight recently?'

'Did I lose my abs?'

He looked straight at the window which was reflecting his figure. He moved his chin up and down and nodded confidently.

But what she said made his confidence crash down.

"Well, you are handsome."

'That's it?!'

'Why didn't she have the same goofy eyes she had for that black-haired stranger?'

It was as if Liz read his mind that she explained, "You are handsome. You might just be not my type."

An arrow struck him as he heard those words. He could hear the thunder rumble in the clouds as if the sky was laughing at him.

"You look like you could become my brother."

Another arrow struck him as he staggered back and shouted hastily, "No. You can't"

Liz raised her eyebrows in surprise as she said, "Okay..okay... Calm down. Fine, I won't. You don't have to yell out your dislike."

Zelal cleared his throat and said, " It's not that I dislike it."

Her eyes brightened as she asked, "So you are okay with it?"

Zelal closed his eyes as he found it hard to reject her. But he can't be her brother, for God's sake.

"You can see me as anything but that?"

"Anything?"

He nodded. ' If you take me as your boyfriend, then that would be best.'

He almost stumbled on his feet when he heard her ask in shock, "You want to be my father?"

Zelal widened his eyes in shock. How did that come here?

Frowning, Liz shook her head, "Sorry, you don't look like my father."

Liz patted his shoulder, comforting him making Zelal scowl.

Right after that, she turned towards Hazel and said, "We should inform Principal Vernon."

Hazel nodded her head, agreeing with her. Those cold intimidating look sent shivers down one's soul.

Jinha looked at the deserted street and said, "Well since they didn't show up. Do you guys reckon they are hiding?"

Everyone had a smirk on their faces when they heard his question. Everyone except the brothers.

"Since they have gone into hiding, shouldn't we hunt them down?"

They nodded as a grin made way into their faces. They walked down the street and saw the vendors packing their things and closing down their stalls. Everyone's except the grandmother's who was waiting for the twins to arrive.

They nodded their heads at her as they passed through her stall. Noticing that they were approaching their academy, they took another detour which leads them to the village these vendors lived.

They passed through a dark alley when they suddenly heard an excruciating cry. Everyone widened their eyes as they looked at each other and then at the dark alley. They could hear grunts and shrieks coming from inside the alley.

Without waiting for a minute, the group entered the alley, running inside while unsheathing their weapons. The darkness consumed them as they ran further in towards the small light at the end. When they reached the end, their steps froze at the sight in front of them.

They looked in shock at the alarming situation. How did this situation turn out like this?

In front of them stood the people they were looking for, the mystery guy. Now, this guy looked angered as his aura leaked of murder as he glared at the black-clothed people surrounding them.

They watched as the guy blocked the attacks of his opponent. The loud sound of their swords clashing sounded inside the alley. His moves were so strong that he could fling off two guys at once.

Hazel frowned as she looked at the ten people surrounding the two of them. But what surprised her more was the agility of the girl. She didn't look like the person earlier when she was about to be stripped publically. Her aggressive fighting style was making the other cough up blood.

At a closer look, she could see her fist and feet were covered in mana as she fought with the rest.

"They don't look like they need our help," Usui commented as he observed the guy's clean movements. He was brandishing his hand like a wizard controlling his magic.

Liz asked worriedly, "Shouldn't we interfere? Isn't this going to be under our heads when we head back?" When she saw one of them hit the girl on her shoulder and push her back roughly. The girl stumbled on her dress, as a ripping sound resounded inside the alley.

From the corner of the black-haired guy's eye, he saw the pitiful situation of his companion who was struggling to hold onto her dress. He saw the guy she was fighting with approaching her quickly with his sword. The black-haired guy frowned but before he could help her, he saw a shadow appear in front of her and block his attack.
