Chapter 449 - Clara's Bad Plan

Clara sat next to Nathan, who was still looking down and crying. Immediately she hugged Nathan and said. "Cry if that's what makes your heart relieved, but believe me that auntie will be fine!".

Without realizing it, Nathan was crying in Clara's arms, this situation was used by Clara to plan bad things to separate Natalie and Nathan. 

Meanwhile, Julian was outside to talk to Qiara. 

"Hi, dear!". Said Julian after sliding the green icon on his cellphone. 

"Julian ... I heard on the news about Papa, is that true? Then, what about Mama?". Qiara asked frantically. 

"I asked Andi to take care of that matter, now I'm in the hospital accompanying Mama".

"What? Mama in the hospital? Do I need to come with Zio? I just happened to get home". Qiara immediately panicked because she really loved her gentle mother-in-law. 

"No need dear, you just rest and accompany Zio. Mama is also getting better and just slept. Oh yeah, maybe I can't go home tonight because I want to take care of some things so that Papa won't be convicted". Julian replied in a soft voice. 

"Okay, but you don't forget to eat. Me and Zio will be waiting for you at home!".

"Yes dear. I love you".

"Love you too".

After that Qiara closed her call and then she lay down on the bed because she was quite tired. 

"Looks like my husband's family is undergoing a tough test, I hope whatever it is Julian can solve it quickly. I better take a shower now then meet Zio".

After thinking about it Qiara rushed to the bathroom to clean herself.

Meanwhile, Natalie is still on the streets. She looked very tired after running quite a distance. 

Just then she received a call from a number she did not know, because Natalie was curious to immediately pick it up. 

"Hello...". Natalie said first after pressing the green icon on her cellphone.

"Hello ... Are you Natalie?". Asked a woman from across the phone.

"Yes, this is with me. Who are you and what do you need?". Natalie asked, confused.

"I sent you a gift in the form of a very interesting photo, please check it!". After saying that the person on the other side of the phone hung up the call.

Natalie was confused because the person just turned off the conversation, even though she hadn't finished talking. 

After that, Natalie immediately checked the incoming messages.

Not long after, Natalie fell when she saw Nathan being hugged by Clara in a room.

Unconsciously, Natalie dropped her cell phone because it was shaking. 

"I thought it was all over, but it turned out that Nathan betrayed me when he arranged the marriage with me, my heart ached so badly, it felt so tight, it was tight". Said Natalie, beating her own chest many times without paying attention to the people passing by while staring at her strangely. 

She sobbed while squatting on the side of the road. 

Because it was night, no one could see Natalie clearly, they didn't know a woman who was crying sadly with disheveled hair, besides that Natalie kept talking to herself while crying. 

Even a bunch of thugs who want to flirt with her cancel their intentions because they think Natalie is a lunatic.

However, Natalie is still a girl after all, so the thugs continue their intention to tease her. 

But before they had time to touch Natalie, a man who had just gotten out of his car held their hands. 

"Who are you?". Asked one of the goons. 

"Get out of here or I'll kill you all!". The man said with a terrifying sharp gaze. 

The three thugs wanted to fight the man but they chose to run away when they saw two police officers on patrol. 

"Let's go!".

After the three thugs left, the man immediately took off his coat and covered Natalie's body, who was only wearing thin clothes. 

Instantly Natalie looked up to see who had been kind to her.

Her beautiful eyes immediately stopped shedding tears when she saw the man looking at her gently. 

He is a very cold man and always seems indifferent to anyone, but tonight Natalie saw him like a man full of warmth. 

"Mr Kevin?". Natalie said after she recognized Kevin's handsome and cold face. 

"Why are you here alone? This city is quite dangerous for a woman?". Kevin asked, removing the hair that covered part of Natalie's face.

From the touch of Kevin's finger touching her cheek, Natalie could feel the warmth, instantly calmed down. And every time she was beside Kevin, she found comfort that she had never felt from anyone, including Nathan.

"Why do I have to meet Mr. Kevin when so many people have the possibility to help me? Natalie thought.

Kevin seemed to take a breath in seeing Natalie's condition, he did not expect to meet Natalie in this bad condition. He also did not demand Natalie to answer his question. 

"I was left like the first time Mr Kevin helped me. But, how come you are here? ".

Hearing Natalie's answer, Kevin felt guilty because he had followed Jasmin's plan to let Natalie go with Nathan. 

Mr. Joseph was not a generous man to let his enemy win, and Natalie was a real enemy to him.

"I have a meeting with my old friend here, when I'm going home I see you. That's why I'm here, are you okay?".

"Do I look okay?". Natalie asked back with tears in her eyes.

Kevin immediately fell silent with a complicated look.

Natalie wiped her tears after which she opened her mouth again, staring at Kevin. 

"Mr Kevin, I'm sorry that I didn't listen to your advice, now my heart hurts so much that I feel my chest is very tight, I asked myself if God created me just to be hurt? I want to live a good and happy life, is that request too much?". Natalie asked again, holding Kevin's hand with tears in her eyes. 

Natalie looked so desperate, she never felt like she was at the bottom like this. She seemed to lose her strength and confidence. 

Kevin's heart also ached at Natalie's question, because he had never met such a pathetic woman before.
