Chapter 499 - Feeling Sick

Without realizing it, Natalie hugged Kevin's waist while crying. 

Kevin could only stroke her long hair to feel good about it because he didn't know what to say.

"I don't know why I feel hurt seeing Natalie hurt and crying, I always wanted to protect her, why is this? What happened to me?". Inner Kevin.

Not long after that her cell phone rang, at once Natalie let go of her hug.

"Who?". Kevin asked when he saw Natalie silent, staring at her cellphone.

"It's from home, maybe Gavin called because it's late so he was worried about me". Natalie replied after catching her breath and wiping her tears. 

Kevin smiled sweetly, he didn't think that Gavin could act like an adult.

"Then just lift it so he doesn't worry about you!". Kevin said as he sat back in his chair.

"Yes".

Natalie immediately shifted the green icon on her cellphone with a little nervousness because she felt embarrassed that she was crying in Kevin's arms.

"Aunty, where are you? It's already late, aunty will not be home?". There was a small voice that was cute and adorable from across the phone.

Hearing that voice, her heart immediately warmed as if it was covered with beautiful flowers blooming in spring. Gavin is a medicine for all kinds of diseases that are in her. 

"I'm in a restaurant not far from home. Therefore, I'll be home in a moment. Aren't you sleepy?". Natalie replied with a smile.

"I will wait for you to come home. But, Auntie can not come home late at night because Papa will be angry!".

"Papa will be angry? How could Papa be angry, while he is now ....". Natalie didn't continue when she saw Kevin put a finger to his lips as a code so that Natalie wouldn't tell Gavin that he was in London.

"Why didn't you continue your words!".

Gavin's question brought Natalie back to her senses and then said. "Papa is not a person who likes to be angry".

"Papa really doesn't like being angry. But, Gavin is embarrassed if Papa finds out that Gavin can't take care of aunt. Because Papa has asked Gavin to look after aunt well".

Natalie smiled proudly at the sentence of a child who can think mature like Gavin.

"Okay, auntie will come home now. Oh yeah, do you miss Papa?".

"Not".

"Why?". Natalie frowned as she looked at Kevin in confusion.

"Because Papa is the one who missed Gavin". Gavin replied confidently.

"Hahaha..". Natalie couldn't help but laugh at Gavin's words. 

Kevin started to get curious when he saw Natalie's sudden laugh, even though he had just watched her cry, but now she can laugh only because of Gavin.

"What did Gavin say that made Natalie look so happy?". Inner Kevin.

"Okay, then auntie will bring you a gift tonight. Now, you sit in the living room! Make sure you don't sleep until auntie comes home, how?". Natalie said when she finished laughing.

"Alright, I'll wait for you". After that Gavin hung up the call. 

Natalie smiled again when she saw the call was over.

"What makes you laugh?". Asked Kevin who couldn't hold back his curiosity anymore.

"I'll tell you later, we better go home now!". Natalie replied.

"All right, then let's go home! Because I can not wait to meet Gavin!".

Natalie nodded after that she followed Kevin to his car. 

Not long after that, Kevin immediately opened his car door to invite Natalie in, but Natalie's steps were held back when her hand was grabbed by Kevin, so that she looked shocked.

"What is wrong?". Natalie asked in surprise.

Without saying anything, Kevin took out a handkerchief from his fancy suit, he then wiped the remaining tears that were still on Natalie's cheeks and eyes. 

Instantly Natalie fell silent, her heart beating faster.

"What's wrong with me? Why can't my body refuse what Mr. Kevin is doing? How is this? Mr. Kevin can't be too close to me, because I won't fall in love with him". Natalie thought, staring at Kevin's handsome and calming face.

For a moment, Natalie's eyes couldn't leave Kevin's face, she thought that Kevin was so handsome that he was even more handsome than Nathan. His cold aura and caring attitude shattered the rumors about a demonic director and producer who was extremely cruel and had no compassion for anyone.

Just then, her cheeks turned a rosy red color. The longer she let Kevin stay this close, as did Natalie worry that her heart would explode because it was beating so much faster than before that she could not breathe.

"It's finished, now come in!". Kevin said after putting his handkerchief back into his coat pocket. 

"Yes". Natalie replied haltingly. 

After that he hurried into the car quickly, Kevin immediately followed Natalie into the car.

A few moments later.

"Is there something strange on my face?". asked Kevin when he realized Natalie was staring at him.

"No, nothing!". Natalie replied, looking away quickly because she was embarrassed.

"Do I look too handsome that you see me like that?".

"Yes, Mr. Kevin is indeed handsome. That's why Mr. Kevin reminds me of someone because your face is similar to him". Natalie replied expressionlessly.

"Who?". Kevin, who was focused on driving, started to get curious.

"One Korean actor I like, his name is Park Seojun. Hehe ...". Natalie smiled when she said that. 

She did not speak carelessly, because Kevin seemed to have almost the same facial line as Park Seojun. That's why Natalie has been watching him since they left the restaurant.

"Ukhuk ... Ukhuk ...". Kevin immediately coughed because he didn't think that Natalie would say Korean actor and that was ridiculous.

"Is Mr. Kevin okay?". Natalie asked, worried.

"I'm fine. But, how can you say that I look like a Korean actor?". Kevin couldn't understand why Natalie could talk like that. Either to compliment him or make fun of him.

Instead of answering Kevin's question, Natalie smiled broadly, staring at Kevin's confused face. 

Noticing Natalie's gaze, Kevin lost focus as he drove so he suddenly stopped at the side of the road.
