Loud music, sweet voices, sound of the cold wind that touched and rubbed against her skin.
"We're here." said Sandra with excitement in her voice.
"Thank you for driving safe and sound. And please, be careful with my things!" She added as she talked to the driver who opened the door for all of them.
He nodded his head, walked straight to the car's trunk while the two young boys helped him to carry their luggages.
While Halora quickly ran and took her things out of the trunk. But, someone suddenly stopped her, "Let me carry your things." He said, without a blink of an eye.
Sebastian walked away from here the moment she let it go that stunned her.
Halora shook his head back and forth, looking around the place as she realized that there was a tall, indestructible gate made up of old stones.
She gulped, played with her fingers as she wished to take pictures with the entire scenery. Sadly, she had nothing but only a kind, humble heart.
"Huh!" A cue of weariness plastered on her face. She breathed heavily until she ran as fast as she could and followed Sebastian.
While Roy watched her from a far with a bitter smile on his lips. "Halora!"
"Roy!"
He gasped and he replied, "Wait for me! You can't enter the gate without the codes!"
"Codes?" She narrowed her eyes, stopped at the middle of the wide, clean field that was surrounded by green, wild grasses and weeds. "You mean the key to enter that gate?"
As Roy struggled to run quickly, he tilted his head in agreement. He was carrying Sandra's luggage filled with expensive, fancy clothes and pair of shoes.
He took heavy breaths, hundreds of steps until he reached where Halora stood for a couple of minutes.
"Let's go!" He said, but Halora remained still at the moment when she saw the whole scenery of the place.
Elongated flowers that crawled from the tree down to the ground, a plot of roses and tulips, a sea of pink and yellow flowers that made it special and romantic.
Halora's eyes glowed when she saw all of her favorites flowers around. She smiled, turned around and faced Roy who was secretly looking at her.
"Wow! This place is incredible! How could they built such beautiful sanctuary?"
"Sandra's father is a business tycoon in the whole country. They're rich and they used some of their money for this place."
Amusement shown on her face as she looked up above the blue sky. The sun shone too bright as it spread its light to the whole country and made it warmer and tender.
"That's good to hear." She said shortly and listened to the birds that chirping.
"Let's go! We will still have to change for our first activity in the farm."
Roy lead the way as he knew the codes. It was disseminated to their phone numbers but unfortunately, Halora forgot to bring it with her.
As they reached the said gate, Roy took a deep breath, entered the codes as it automatically unlocked. It was a system generated that's why visitors was given different codes as their key.
"Come inside, before wild animal attack us." Roy told her that brought scared her the most. He giggled when she quickly entered inside, put her hands on her chest.
But he couldnt hold it back anymore. Roy burst into laughter and he said, "Come on! I was just kidding and fooling you around. Of course, this place is safe and no one will ever hurt you except for Sandra."
"You're right, but I guess we need to hurry before they transform."
"Woah! I never heard that words before from you."
Halora shrugged off her shoulders as she walked into the ground that was covered with expensive stones. It was purposely made that will keep the entire area safe from the muddy, filty outgrowths of a sudden rain.
"We're here, and this is the real entrance."
"W– what? How many gates we have to go before we reach the main?"
But, Roy smiled sarcastically, reached for her cold hands as he slowly pushed the door made of steel.
He said, "Hold my hand tightly. The way is too slippery and I am afraid that you might stumble and fall to the ground."
Confusingly, Halora hit his hands, turned around the place that was surrounded with tall, colorful trees. She doubted that Roy fooled her all over again, trying to make corny jokes out of nowhere.
"Come on, my feet wants to rest for a moment." As she begged, Roy gulped and quickly looked away from her brown eyes.
His system was filled with guilt as he made fun of her. He then quickly opened the door, and he said, "Come inside. Don't worry, this time I am serious and telling you the truth."
And by that moment, Halora slowly entered inside, blinked her eyes and held her breath away. She looked afraid that she might be fooled again but the moment she glanced at the way before her, her eyes widened and her mouth was left wide– opened.
In the middle of the calm, clean field, a breathtaking house was built. It was made up of glass, surrounded by colorful flowers. At the right side, there was an olympic size swimming pool that caught her attention.
"I've told you, I am serious this time." Roy spoke behind her that brought her senses back to the reality. "Follow me, there's so much more to see, Halora."
Silently, she bowed her head, followed Roy inside of the glass house as she noticed guards that stood every corner.
She then gulped, held the edge of his shirt when she remembered a cruel scene in the movie.
"Don't worry, they won't bite us. Unless you tell them that you are a thief or a criminal who's trying to sneak inside of the mansion."
"Tss, I think I should go back home right now!" Halora got pissed off at his meaningful jokes. She was offended and felt humiliated at that moment.
But, she kept it inside until she saw Sebastian and Sandra from a distance.
