Chapter 105 - Backfired

Lucas fisted his palm in anger when she narrated the whole incident that happened with her. She was all alone finding her way to get out from that damn freezing room. And thinking about her being helpless at that moment broke his heart into million pieces. If she was not taken out, he would've lost her forever. But the question was who brought her out? And why did he or she didn't wait until she woke up.

Lucas mind was muddled with various query, he was unware of the fact that some one was following them. He never had a slightest idea that the stalker can follow them here too. Why did he never think about this circumstance. Lucas closed his eyes as he hugged her tightly feeling guilty that he again failed to protect her.

He opened his eyes and pulled back from their hug. He looked at her teary face, the girl managed herself everything and came back to him bringing his life back. Lucas soft eyes turned cold making her confuse.

"Stay here, I'll be back" he made her lay down on the bed and left the room asking his guard to not allow anyone in. He was not going to let go of the person who had attacked her not once but twice.

"Ron.. where are you?" he asked calling Ron as he took steps down making his way to the reception hall.

"Sir I've asked everyone to gather in the hall" he replied.

"Good .."he ended the call and walked to the hall. 

Suddenly the people felt shiver at the sudden drop of temperature they experienced at his arrival. No one would have thought the man had this scary aura making them fear at his appearance.

Who would have imagined the man who was acting like a raging bull a while ago have this calm yet terrifying sense of appeal.

"Who was the one that had called Elena in the kitchen" his calm voice echoed in the hall. 

Though he was looking like an unharmful person at the moment, but the people who knew him were very well aware what was going to happen next.

The women who had locked Elena inside the kitchen was trying her best to keep quit as she hide herself behind one of her colleague.

"I'm asking it one last time... come forward or else if I get hold on you then I wouldn't go easy" his chilling voice sounded as if the devil was already awaken and was waiting to tear the enemy who had harm his possession.

"Who is head of the kitchen staff" Lucas roared startling everyone in horror.

Ron came forward bring along with him the head of the kitchen staff.

"Sir... Mr. Brown was appointed for todays lunch" the man came forward and greeted him.

"Sir it was me who was going to prepare the lunch for every crew member. Miss Elena had already given me the details of what was the menu course for today's lunch" he said.

"Then! why did you call her to meet you" he asked.

"No.. sir I didn't call her. The food was ready as per her instruction and we all were arranging it on the dine" Brown said everything.

Lucas scanned the hall when he found certain person was trying to sneak way from there," STOP THERE..." he shouted pointing at the person who tried to hide.

"Come out.." 

Cynthia was trying to sneak away without being caught. She had already found that this man in front was not going to let go of this matter and she was going to be exposed within no time.

Natasha was enjoying her victory when her phone rang. She saw the caller id and smiled.

"Aksa come lets celebrate" she laughed talking with him.

"Natasha... she survived. Our plan backfired" his words blew her mind. Her happiness vanished in a split of second. 

The wine glass slipped from her hand falling it on the floor. She was shocked listening his words. 

"H-How is this possible?" she clenched the phone tightly trying to grasp his words.

"She managed to get out" he lied.

Aksa was not going to tell her the truth, he now knew the reason why his friend had saved her.

"You son of a bit*h, how can you be so careless... For what I've been paying you, you swine" she lashed on the phone call.

"We have been careful, but still she managed to escape" he knew she was not going to listen.

"I don't want to listen.. You have fail me and now it's your responsibility to complete the task"

"Okay.." he sighed.

She was not going to let go, Elena had to die. She wanted to be with Lucas and if she had to kill her with her own hands she was not going to back down.

"Don't call me unless you finish the job" she cut the call and smashed the phone on the wall.

"One work I had asked to do, still this useless men didn't complete it" she flared in rage throwing everything on the floor.

"She has asked to complete the task and then call her" Aksa slumped on the couch and turned to look at Lingaa.

"You know I can't do that. Her father had done a big favor on me that time.. how can I backstab that man" He had been searching their family who had help him in that bad times of his life. If not for them he would've ended up dead on the road.

"Then what do we do?" Aksa asked, they had to do something to make her understand.

"Lets play with her this time. I had only accepted her offer just to destroy her father and her... and now, we need to act in front of her" Lingaa face turned cold remembering his past that was destroyed by this father and daughter duo.

Back in the hotel, Cynthia came forward when Lucas asked her to stop. She was sweating profoundly. Looking down she took small steps coming out from the hiding spot.

"Who is she?" he asked the manager.

"Sir she works in the kitchen" the manger said and moved back.

Lucas was observing the girl finely, he could tell by now that she was hiding something.

Ron who had excuse himself came back with the footage and showed it to Lucas," Boss she is the one" he showed him the video were he could clearly see Elena walking ahead with this girl behind her inside the kitchen.

Lucas eyes darted from the video to the girl who was now shivering in fear. She tried to act strong but her resolve crumbled as soon as she heard him speak," Take her..."

His bone chilling voice was enough for her to feel that her soul was going to be snatched out from her body. She fell down as her knees went limp when she saw his men coming forward to take her.

A huge hulk like men came in to take her but she tried to free her self from their hard grip," Sir please.. don't take me" she begged. She would have left the place after completing the work but now she had no option but to ask him to forgive her.

"Sir forgive me please... I didn't knew she was with you" she lied.

"You should have thought before committing the crime" Lucas was not going to be easy even if she was a women. She dared to harm his Sunshine and now, there was no use of her begging.

"Take her to the base and make sure to starve her until she spills everything" he ordered and his men took her away.

"Sir please.. Help.. help" she screamed but no one heard her and let her take away by his men's.

No one came forward to speak up for her as they knew if they did, then they had to face the same wrath and their life will be of no use.

"Ron make sure to get everything out from her. Don't back thinking she is a women... I don't care if one of our female guard punch her" saying this he left the hall and went upstairs to his room.

Getting inside the room, Lucas saw Elena sleeping. Slowly steadily he made his way to the bed and hop on laying next to her. The whole day was like a rollercoaster ride. He never thought that he would encounter the same fear twice in his life. 

He looked down and kept staring at the sleeping beauty next to him. His hand went to cup her face. His life, his sunshine.. she was safe back in his arms.

Lucas careful action woke her up, She looked at the man who was on the edge of tearing up. She knew she was again the reason tp make him cry. Elena pulled him down resting his head on her chest.

"Lucas.. I wanted to tell you something...." she had first thought to handle things by herself but now she had to tell him as they both can handle things together and get hold on the person behind the attack.
