Chapter 13：Relief

After I scream out loud, he suddenly grabbed my face. My swollen cheek, after he grabbed me, hurt too much. I could not handle the pain.

"EHH" I moaned.

My chin began to hurt me.

"Why are you so stubborn. I told you that you should answer my question first." He smirked.

I did not say anything afterward. Instead I tried to move my leg so that I could hit him. Unfortunately, he did notice what I will be doing, so he moved closer. There was almost no space between us. I flinched. In any moment, he will notice something about me. I tried to move away from him, but it was useless. My whole body started to sweat rapidly. I was still crying and sobbing. I tried to look or listen if anyone could help me after I scream; however, it was difficult because the only thing I could hear is my heartbeat. Also, he was blocking my vision so it was difficult to see.

He looked at me carefully and said "Ohh .. you injured yourself." He pointed at where my wound is.

I did not say anything because I was sobbing, so he continue saying "and what about that swelling." He pointed then at my cheek.

Still, I did not say anything. He suddenly moved closer than before. His legs were crossing mine and his face was only few centimeters away. I felt his breath coming toward me. I closed my eyes and trembled. I have had enough of being tortured. I wanted to smash him! But he was really strong!

"W ... Wh ... Who .... are .... you?!" I said while crying.

"I told you that I won't answer until you answer my question first." He said it in a cold tone.

I shouted at him desperately "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME. I JUST FELL DOWN NOTHING MORE!"

I lied to him hoping he believes it and releases me afterward.

"Mmmmm .... Really?!" His tone indicated that he does not believe what I had just said.

"P .. Pl ... Please ... Let .. me ... go." I cried. My tears were falling down nonstop even his hand, that was grabbing my face, were wet.

"Fine I will let you ..."

Suddenly, I saw someone kicking his face. He moved far away from the intensity of that kick. I fell down instantly and then looked at the one who was in front of me "Who was that?!" I thought to myself.

"Are you okay, prince?!" He asked while extending his hands to pull me.

"Y .. Yes!"

After I stood up properly, he moved toward where he fell and said "As a guard of this castle, I need you to come with me."

He spitted the blood and said "You dare to attack me, Huh?!"

He then stood up and removed the dust on his clothes.

"Then what about him." The bodyguard paused while looking at me for a moment then said "He is the prince."

The bodyguard grab his arm and said in a warn tone "Do you know what is the punishment for attacking the Prince?! You have to come with me."

He resisted and said "Move your arm away from mine."

"No. I won't"

"Don't you know who I am?!!" He shouted.

"No. I don't."

He was still resisting, so the bodyguard tied his hands and legs strongly with a rope.

I looked at him as he tied him. He was way stronger than him!

The bodyguard then looked at me and said "Please wait here prince. The Knights will come soon."

The weather became colder than before and I was trembling. He saw me trembling. He removed his rope and give it to me.

"Please use this to warm yourself."

I waited few minutes while standing until the knights came. Some of them took me inside while the others including the bodyguards were guarding the one who attacks me.

The knights were guarding me until I reach the main gate of the castle. As they open the gate for me to enter, I saw the head maid standing in front of me. The look on her face telling me that she was worried.

She suddenly rushed toward me and said "Where have you been. Your father was worried." She looked at me pathetically and said "I will prepare a bath for you."

Meanwhile at the garden, the bodyguard was negotiating with the attacker before going to see the king.

"I am telling the truth. I am a guest here. I will be living here for a week."

"That's why I am telling you that you should come with me to see the king. Then we will know if you are telling the truth or not." The bodyguard said.

The bodyguard untied his legs, and then he forcefully pulled him from the ground. They were walking until they reach the main gate of the castle. Then, they went inside the castle where the dungeon is. The dungeon, which is a room or a cell, is located underground to held the outlaws or the prisoners.

The bodyguard push the attacker inside a cell and closed the door with a key. He looked at the other guard and said "Look at him until I come back."

"Yes, sir." He said.

After that, he went outside from the dungeon. He requested to see the king.
