Chapter 676: Gifting Udo

Currently, the six vagrant cultivators need some help from cultivators like Ajax's master to leave this world.

They were not planning to enter the Ylercester province or some other province.

For old cultivators like them, going to another province is not much help because it was said by someone they trust a lot.

According to his suggestion, it was the best thing for them to enter a greater world instead of travelling to another province.

Even if they wanted to travel to another province, they needed help from some powerful cultivator or a good fortuitous event that would help them ascend from Zrochester province.

"Fine...let's group him along with others. I hope he remembers our help,"

Elder Ramon was quite calculative. So, he agreed to the guild master's words.

"Haha"

The guild master and others started laughing at their friend when they heard his words.

Inside the building,

"Uncle Udo,"

While everyone was entering the mercenary guild building to freshen up and to take a rest, Ajax called Udo.

"Huh?"

Udo raised his brows as he turned towards Ajax and asked, "What is it, Ajax?"

After learning that he had a master who was guiding him in cultivation, Udo removed all his thoughts about Ajax being a demonic cultivator.

Nevertheless, his words still seemed a little rough.

"I wanted to give this to you,"

Ajax got used to Udo tone as he took out the monster peach which he got from the battle tower and extended his hands towards Udo.

Currently, he has two monster peaches in his inventory. The one he is giving to Udo was the one he got from the battle tower.

As for the other one, he was planning on using it himself.

'Since I don't have to fear the rapid increase in my cultivation, then  I can reach the general realm within no time,'

Ajax felt quite relieved after he said that he had a master who teaches him in his dreams.

'What?'

Udo was shocked by Ajax's actions as he froze in his words.

"Uncle Udo, take this fruit and consume it,"

Seeing the shocked Udo in front of him, Ajax was not surprised as he knew how Udo must be feeling inside his heart. So, he once again asked Udo to take the monster peach.

Udo recovered from his shock as he looked at the monster peach in Ajax's hand and at the same time looked at Ajax's face which had a slight smile that made him feel guilty regarding his past actions.

"No, Ajax," After a moment, Udo shook his head as he continued, "It is your reward and you should eat it for yourself."

More than anything, Udo felt he was not worthy to get such a valuable gift from Ajax as he shook his head.

"No no no, you have to take it,"

Ajax was anxious when he saw how stubborn Udo was in not taking the monster peach from Ajax.

Ajax had his own reasons for giving the monster peach. So, he had to do anything to make Udo take the monster peach from him.

"Huh?"

Udo felt something was not right and he even strongly fixed now not to take the fruit as he turned around to leave from there.

'Why is he not taking such a good item?'

'Uncle Udo should take that fruit to increase his strength,'

'Yes, he ….'

All the young cultivators, who were watching them from the side, hoped Udo to take the fruit to become stronger. So, they could take revenge on those top powers

"I already have another one. So, you can take it as I can't take two monster peaches for myself,"

How could Ajax leave just like that? He continued to convince Udo in all possible ways and finally said, "If you don't use any good cultivation resources, it is impossible to reach the elite general realm in two years. Maybe it would take more than that."

Ajax's last words hit Udo's sore spot which made him tempted.

Who would resist the breakthrough of a full major realm? 

No one.

Ajax already knew the answer; however, remembering how he behaved with Ajax in the past made him embarrassed to take the monster peach from him.

But, when Udo heard Ajax's last words, he fell into a dilemma because what Ajax had said was the truth.

"Take it already,"

Even Edmond, who was beside Udo asked him to take the monster peach because he knew how useful it was for Udo and for him.

'As long as you reach level 5 elite general realm, we can start our mission anytime. With each minor realm increase in your cultivation, our rate of success increases in our mission,'

Fearing that Udo would still reject the monster peach from Ajax, Edmond transmitted his voice to Udo as he explained how crucial that monster peach was to their mission.

'But…,'

'No more buts. Just take it and go to the guest room before eating it. I will guard you until you assimilate the full energy from the monster peach,'

Before Udo could say anything, Edmond interrupted and asked him to take it.

'Uff'

"Okay. I will take it," Finally, Udo took a long breath and accepted the fruit from Ajax and said, "I will not forget this favour from you and if you ever wanted my help with anything in the future, don't hesitate to ask me."

Even though Udo was suspicious of new ones, once he trusts someone, he would give his life for them and the live example was Edmond.

He trusts Edmond so much that he would follow most of the things Edmond says without thinking; however, Edmond makes him think, saying that he should not trust anyone including Edmond himself.

"Sure,"

Ajax feared that Udo might return the fruit to him if he said something in modesty. So, he nodded his head and agreed to ask for help in the future.

"I am going now,"

Soon, Udo and Edmond left from there and went towards a guest room.

While Udo entered the room, Edmond stood guard in front of the door.

As for the young cultivators, they felt Ajax was a very nice person and among them, Snow storm's feeling towards him had increased with the act of giving away such a valuable resource without any hesitation.

Even though Ajax could not use the two monster peaches for himself, he could always sell the extra one or exchange it for some other resources.

Moreover, even with such a powerful master, Ajax was always very polite and humble that made them think, 'Would I have stayed like him?'

If someone had a powerful cultivator, unknowingly, that disciple would become arrogant more or less. So, after seeing that, all ofo the young cultivators swore not to become arrogant since they became the personal disciples of the vagrant cultivators.

"Everyone, did you forget what is there in a few hours? We need to freshen up and take some rest,"

Seeing that everyone was looking at Ajax, Snow storm shouted out loud before making all the young cultivators return back to their senses and reminded them what they should do now.

'Yes yes'

All the young cultivators nodded their heads and followed behind Snow storm.
