47 Chapter 47: Tian-Tian 3

"Where did you get that?" she asked.

Suddenly remembering her "boyfriend" she smiled.

"A dog gave it to me.."

"A dog?"

"Yes, he was tied up at my secret base and gave it to me. He said that he is my 'boyfriend'. He told me to call the police but I'm scared of the police. Grandma Lin, can you come with me to help him?"

She innocently asked. Grandma Lin sensed that something was going on, she continued to interrogate Tian-Tian.

"Where is your secret base?"

Tian - Tian pouted. As if hesitating to answer her. She looked around then she whispered to Grandma Lin.

"Its in the old warehouse. Don't tell my mom okay?"

Her mom doesn't want her to play in the warehouse but no one at the park would play with her. So she often come to the warehouse and played alone with her doll.

Hearing her, Grandma Lin grew suspicious so she told Tian-Tian,

" Tian-Tian stay here for awhile. Let brother Andy help your "boyfriend" okay? "

Tian-Tian happily complied and started to play with her new toy.

Grandma Lin knocked on her son's bedroom. A disheveled looking man opened the door. He was a young patrol officer who works at night shifts.

Grandma Lin retell what Tian-Tian had said. She didn't 100 percent believe her, but she knows that Tian-Tian is smart and good girl and she would not lie like that.

"Make sure to bring your tools and take care."

Brother Andy get dressed and drove away to thewarehouse in his old jeep.

The old abandoned warehouse was just a few blocks away from their apartment complex. It's situated near the entrance to the forest and is pretty much in isolation.

It used to be a bustling warehouse for a textile company. The company suddenly went bankrupt when the news circulated that the company was involved in illegal drug trade.

Ever since then, the old building has been abandoned. As a local, he usually comes here before with his friends and loiter around.

So like Tian-Tian, he knows every nook and corner of the warehouse. Recalling what Tian-Tian said, he could guess the exact location of her secret base.

He went inside and stepped on a switch hidden under a black floor rug. A metal trap door suddenly opened.
