96 Chapter 96: The Crisis 2

Tia arrived at her house and upon entering she saw Rin Chan at the living room busy cleaning and tidying the place.

While the personal chef was quietly cooking in her small kitchen.

"Where's your boss?"

Rin Chan worriedly pointed at the bathroom. She saw Ian's countenance when he entered eariler.

He looked like a demon that's suppressing his anger.

"Honey, It's me. Open up."

Tia knocked on the door but Ian didn't respond. Tia got nervous so she hastily went and grabbed her keys and opened the bathroom door.

Tia was appalled seeing Ian who was sitting in the shower area soaking with cold water.

He looked like a puppy that was abandoned on a rainy day.

"Rin!!! Come here!"

Tia shouted. Rin was startled and immediately turn towards the bathroom.

Just as she was about to help Tia, she heard a loud banging on the main door.

She opened it and Kenny hurriedly went inside.

He could hear Tia screaming for help outside so he panicked and thought something must've happened to Ian.

He was surprised seeing Ian's state, He hastily grabbed a towel and draped it over him.

Then he helped Tia placed Ian on the bed.

Tia felt like a sharp knife had stabbed her heart.

She felt guilty for shouting and lashing out on him. She hugged and coaxed him.

Ian didn't respond but stared blankly at her.

"What happened?"

Kenny inquired and Tia explained what happened earlier. He checked Ian's pulse, and eyes then he asked the chef to prepare a strong blend of ginger tea.

"What's going on with him?"

Tia worriedly asked. Ian had told her about Kenny so she knows that he's qualified to attend and treat Ian.

"He probably felt wronged and he can't take the fact that you got angry at him so went for a freeze response since he's afraid of hurting you.

He ultimately shut down his senses to avoid inflicting you pain."

The chef hurriedly brought the ginger tea and Kenny swirl it closely on Ian's nostrils hoping that the strong aroma will wake his senses.

He would instantly called for an ambulance should Ian didn't respond to his first aid treatment.

Ian started to blink, Tia immediately hugged him upon seeing him moving. She was scared to death when she saw him looking like a lifeless vessel.

Kenny let out a sigh of relief and signaled for Rin Chan and the chef to leave the unit.

He stayed but move further away from the couple and quietly observe Ian's reaction.
