99 Chapter 99: Doki Doki 1

As soon as she entered the unit, her eyesight instantly fell into the handsome young man who was sitting in the couch at the living room.

Her eyes immediately turned heart shaped and she could hear her heart beating faster.

She mechanically walked towards the bedroom and was shocked to see her boss lying at Tia's bed.

"Sis Tia what happened to CEO Lee?"

"He got a fever. What are you doing here?" Tia asked.

"I rushed here as soon as I heard what happened in the office. Are you okay? I'm sorry sis Tia if I didn't inform you about the rumour!

Apparently someone from the design department started it. But since I'm not in the design department anymore I can't investigate further."

Mei Chen overheard at the bathroom a group of girls gossiping about the confrontation in the design department.

So she immediately took an emergency leave and hurriedly went to Tia's place.

"Hey peepsqueak tell me about this rumour."

TP interjected. And domineeringly asked Mei Chen.

Mei Chen looked at Tia and Tia gave her a nod. Then she continued.

"Someone's spreading a rumour about how sis Tia got her promotion and that she had an abortion that's why she's not coming to the office...

It all started because that stupid Manager Qin got fired! They said that sis Tia failed to seduce manager Qin so she seduce the CEO instead."

Mei Chen said, she looked aggrieved by the rumours going around as if she's the one involve.

TP's blood began to boil upon hearing Manager Qin's name.

"Did she mean the one who tried to molest you? That Manager Qin?"

TP asked Tia. The temperature in the bedroom started to drop as TP's aura turn cold and murderous.

She had wanted to settle the score with that Manager Qin but she didn't know where to find him.

Mei Chen was dumbfounded upon hearing her. She didn't know what happened between Manager Qin and her sis Tia.

Tia could feel that she's gonna have a headache. She hastily pacify TP.

"I don't really care about him anymore. It's alright no need to get angry."

Charlie can't help but overheard their conversation and a thought flashed through his mind.

'Is that Manager Qin the one on the playground? Fucker had it coming. Serves him right.'

He went to TP's side and then he hugged her.

"Simmer down now love, Ian already dealt with that fucker."

He whispered in his soothing husky voice to TP's ears. TP gradually calmed down which shocked Tia.

Usually it would take a lot of effort for her to hush her best friend down once she entered her rage mode.

But with just a single whisper from Charlie he effortlessly tamed her.

She didn't know what he said but she can't help but be impressed by Charlie's skills.
