Mei Chen came home late. It turns out that the shuttle bus that she took was heading away from S City.

And she had a hard time flagging a cab back to the city cause the taxi drivers had all refused her.

Luckily she manage to ride the last bus back to S City and so she was all exhausted and tired when she got home.

She stared blankly at the ceiling, thinking about what happened earlier.

She must admit she had fun. It's been a while since she was able to relax and chill.

She felt guilty leaving Kenny behind. She thought he must've been worried that she left.

She knows that it's rude to just leave him like that but she had no choice.

She reckoned that if she stays, she will most likely to be swayed by him.

She needs to escape as soon as possible. She had no time for love or anything romantic as of the moment.

She needs to focus in her work. Especially now that she was given an opportunity to be Tia's secretary.

The next day, as she enters the office everyone was buzzing about something.

Curious as always she went to one of her colleagues and ask around.

"Hey, what's the commotion this early morning?"

"Someone became the new highest player overnight. He didn't just finish the levels in short period of time he even finish the whole game itself.

Now everyone at the dev ops are cramming to come up with the new patch."

"What?! What's the username?"

Mei Chen had a bad feeling about what's happening. Then her suspicion was confirmed when she found out who it was.

"He's a new player. It's 'KNY_XD' here look at this. He's kinda weird."

Her colleague handed her the data on 'KNY_XD' achievements.

Rune Gems have a rule that whoever solved the puzzle the shortest time will be rank number one.

The top player then can leave a message beside his ranking.

Usually the top rankers leave messages that challenges other players to beat them.

But 'KNY_XD' only left one letter each level that he had finished first.

"M-E-I-R-E-M-E-M-B-E-R-O-U-R-D-E-A-L"

Her colleagues didn't think too much of it. They just thought that the new player was trolling them.

But to Mei Chen, it's different. She suppressed her smile then she handed the file back to her colleague and went inside Tia's office blushing.

She inwardly sneered then went on to start her work.
