"Dickhead, they're cutting the cake now."

TP and Charlie turned to see Kenny waving at them.

TP inhaled deeply and held Charlie's hand tighter. She's still a bit anxious, but she's more calm now that she know that Charlie's on her side.

Inside, the newlyweds looked at the towering 8 tier wedding cake prepared by the Lee family's personal bakers.

Since the wedding was rushed, they only just manage to finish the cake.

They've been working all night to make and decorate the dessert.

It has white frosting, with different flower icing for decorations.

"It's so pretty."

Tia exclaimed. The wedding cake looks so impressive that she didn't want to cut it.

She didn't expect Elia could pull off a grand wedding party in such short notice.

'As expected of the Lee household matriarch.'

She thought. Elia walked up to them smiling amiably and proud.

"How was it? Do you like it?"

She asked then she handed them the cake cutter.

They proceeded with cake cutting ceremony and to her surprise the cake has matcha filling inside.

The green filling looks luscious in contrast to the pure white frosting.

" How did your mom know? "

"Mom asked me what's your favorite dessert. She said she's just asking in case you guys hang out. Didn't know she's planning this."

Ian explained. He was unaware of his mother's surprise party but still he was quite satisfied.

The guests were happily savoring and eating with the celebrants.

TP approached Mei Chen who was sitting together with Kenny.

"peepsqueak, I'm inviting you to my gramps party. I need a singer. You have to come okay. No excuses."

"But, but... Ms. TP I..."

Mei Chen stutters as she was surprised with TP's dominering demand.

"Don't worry. We'll surely come."

Kenny interjected. Mei Chen was dumbfounded with what Kenny said.

"WE?!!!"

Mei Chen exclaimed. Charlie was shocked as well.

He wasn't even invited to the party yet the old couple Lee and now Kenny and Mei Chen were all going too.

He can't help but sulk. He wanted to come and join the fun and be with his beloved even though they will surely act as strangers.

Just a glimpse of her, just breathing the same air as her is enough for him.

Then suddenly Charlie's phone rang.

It was the ringtone he hated hearing the most. Cause he have set it for a certain person.

And whenever that ringtone started ringing, it only means one thing.

An impeding doom is surely coming for him.

He nervously answered his phone. And stutteringly speak.
