Ian rushed towards his bedroom upon hearing Tia's scream.

His face paled seeing his wife lying unconscious on the floor.

"Tian-Tian!"

He ran and lifted Tia onto the bed when he saw the mysterious "gift" rage instantly filled his mind.

It was an oil painting of Tia in a vulgar pose.

He gently put her down and he throws the painting onto the floor.

"Who put these thing here!"

He roared and Elia who was entering his bedroom shivered in fright.

"Honey, what's wrong?"

She worriedly asked. She was in the living room when she heard Tia's loud shriek so she went upstairs to check on her daughter.

"Mom call doctor Tan."

"Who?"

"Kenny, call Kenny."

Elia ran outside and asked one of her maids to summon Kenny.

Kenny was still inside the Lee Mansion.

He was in one of the guests rooms looking after the drunken Mei Chen.

Mei Chen's plan for settling the score between her and Kenny eventually failed as she didn't control her alcohol intake and ended up drunk.

She kept on drinking and drinking but still, she lacks courage to ask him the thing that she's been dying to know.

Soon, the alcohol kicks in without her even knowing.

"Kennedy Tan, d'you wuv meeeeeeee.."

Mei Chen in her drunken stupor asked the dumbfounded Kenny.

She had been asking the same thing for almost half an hour.

"Yes, yes my princess I wuv you. Be good now and go to sleep."

Kenny was getting tired trying to pacify her. But he knows it's partially his fault.

He figured Mei Chen resorted to drinking was due to him giving her mixed signals and ambiguous feeling.

He gently hugged Mei Chen and slowly coaxed her to sleep.

"Little Mei, sleep now and when the time is right I'll answer you truthfully. I'm sorry.. . I'm a coward please give me some time."

He softly whispered to her. He wanted to wait for the perfect timing to confess to her.

He doesn't want to confuse her and make things awkward between them. Mei Chen's eyes closed and tears roll down her face.

Finally she had calmed down. Kenny gently placed her in the bed when suddenly he heard a knock on the door.

" Mr. Kenny, young master's looking for you. "

"Why? What happened?"

"..."

The maid just shrugged. She honestly doesn't know. All she knows that it is something urgent.

Kenny sense the panic in the maid's eyes and hurriedly ran.

"Wait... Look after her and tell me where's brother Ian?"

The maid told him where Ian's bedroom was and Kenny hastily ran towards the room.
