Tia discreetly went to Leo who was quietly sitting at the corner observing the guests at the party.

"Uhm... Hello. My name is Tia. I'm Fan-Fan's friend."

Tia introduced herself. Leo looked at her and just gave her an amiable smile.

"Uhm, uncle... You see, auntie Ivy called for you. Please follow the maid to guide you inside the mansion."

Tia said as she gesture and pointed at the maid standing nearby. Leo quizzically looked at her.

Tia was somewhat feeling nervous and awkward. She doesn't know how she would explain what happen should Leo asked for more details.

Seeing her distressed look Leo slowly stood up.

"You don't need to panic. I'll go and find them."

Leo said patting Tia's shoulders. Tia suddenly feel an intense gaze coming towards them.

She looked around and she instantly saw her husband's grim looking face.

His aura was so cold that even the other guests felt chills down their spine.

Ian stride towards their way and instantly stood between his wife and Leo.

He glared at Leo like a lion protecting it's cub, Leo just smiled at him and walked away with the maid.

Tia pinched Ian's waist. She can't believe that he would act shamelessly infront of her best friend's father.

"Youuuuu... Do you know who he is?"

"What? I don't care who he is.. Only me, Ian Lee your husband has the right to touch you."

Ian retorted. He just came back and the first thing he saw was his wife standing closely to a man, moreover he was touching his wife.

"By the way,....Where d'you run off to?"

Tia curiously asked.

"Not gonna tell."

"..."

Tia's eyes narrowed hearing her husband's reply.

'Oh, so he wants to play pouty with me. I'll show him.'

Tia inwardly sneered. She then walked away ignoring Ian and went towards grandpa Chang's seat.

The old man was talking to his aide. Tia smiled and hugged the old man.

Since her auntie asked to stall grandpa then she would gladly take on the task.

Grandpa was startled to see Tia acting all coy towards him.

"You, what are you up to. Where's Fan-Fan?"

"Nothing grandpa. I just missed you.. Fan-Fan is not feeling well..don't worry about her. You know she doesn't like parties like this."

"You're right. That child hates being around people."

Tian-Tian,....Tell me... Do you know about her boyfriend?"

"..."

Grandpa Chang blatantly asked. Tia was surprise to hear grandpa Chang's question but she instanlty hides her reaction.

"Aiya, grandpa I don't know anything about that. Fan-Fan hates boys right?"

"Hmmph.. Why do I even asked you. I know you'll be the first one to keep that girl's secret."

"Ehehe.. Grandpa don't worry. I'll look after your Fan-Fan and will beat up any guy who would dare to make her cry."

"Enough about her, tell me. How do you manage to mingle with that Lee kid. You girls sure know how to live life dangeorusly. This old man is getting worried."

Grandpa Chang scolded. Not only did her granddaughter was affiliated with the notorious Kang family but also her "adopted" granddaughter was tangled up with the Lee household.

"Grandpa it's a long story. Don't worry okay. We're in good hands."

Tia reassuringly replied.

As they were talking and laughing, Tia could sense Ian's intense look but she just ignored him.

She wanted to teach her husband a lesson for being so shameless.

She knows how Ian get so worked up seeing her close to any man, so she was being extra clingy towards grandpa.

'Hmmph. Let's see how can you keep it up. Serves you right.'

Tia inwarldy scoffed then clings even tighter to her grandpa Chang.
