Mei Chen just laughed at her father's silly antics.

She reckoned that she would eventually tell him about Kenny, but seeing that they are not in good terms now, she figured she would tell him some other time.

She then blushed at the thought of having kids.

She and Kenny had never done the deed. They kissed but it's only just like a smooch.

She wonders why Kenny wasn't being assertive towards her.

She started to think about the things she read on romance novels. She wonders if she's ready to go to that level..

Mei Chen suddenly heard a tiny bell ringing that pulled her out of her thoughts.., she then felt something soft prance around her feet.

Little Mimi's fur flashed through her mind. She slowly looked down and a little furball curl around her feet.

She carefully picked it up and tears started to flow down her face.

She recognize the red ribbon with a bell around the little furball's neck.

Her dad was confuse to see her daughter crying. Mei Chen lifted her head, she looked around then someone slowly approach her.

Blinded by the bright sun, a man stand not too far from her.

His silhouette were all so familiar to Little Mei. As if time stood still, they both looked at each other.

Petrified. Tears started to stream down their faces. She could hear her dad saying something but she couldn't understand him.

She doesn't care about anything, all she cared about was the man standing before her.

As if her body has a mind of it's own, she ran towards the man and tightly hugged him.

She was instantly engulfed by his warmth and his scent that she dearly missed.

"You.... You left me."

Mei Chen cried, the frustrations and loneliness that she felt slowly away.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry..."

Kenny said as he coaxed his princess. He was not expecting to see her, but now that she's infront of him all of his yearning vanished.

Both their hearts were beating so fast, Kenny lifted Mei Chen's head and planted a gentle kiss on her lips.

As he slowly parted his lips on hers, to his surprise Mei Chen pulled him back and gave him a long lingering kiss.

"Ahem....."

They were both interrupted in their little romantic world when they heard Eddie's grunting.

Mei Chen lightly pushed Kenny away, she bowed her head and blushed.

Due to the heat of the moment she had totally forgotten that her dad was with them.
