155 Time To Move Out: Part 34

Friday, 21th of June 2021. Garret High School. 12-G. 1200 Hours.

The examination result had been announced to the students. All of the contractors were in the top 60 of their whole school. Nathan, Clara, Ryan, Stacy, Patrick, Alex, and Lynn were all in the top 10 with Nathan leading the way. He was the first in the whole school.

Technically, all of them could enter one of the top universities in that country if not for the ongoing civil war. All of the contractors had also planned to move out of that country right after graduation day.

The day went as usual, albeit Lynn was absent on that day for no reason whatsoever. Clara had been asked, but she said that Lynn had left their apartment at the same time when Clara had left. In short, Lynn was missing on her way to school.

Patrick thought that she might have to finish unfinished business, but as far as he knew, her personal unfinished businesses had been dealt with when she was still at middle school and the latest unfinished business that she had was finished by him and Clara. If Lynn had taken a contract, she usually invited Patrick to tag along which Patrick would happily oblige.

Shaddam poked Patrick's back. "Yo, where's your babe?"

"I don't know, haven't seen her today. She might do something else. Well, there's no class for the last week after the exam. We're free after all," Patrick said.

Nathan and Laura were looking at their laptop. They were browsing something on the SDC menu list. Patrick looked closely and it was something offshore. Something that was looking similar to an oil rig that was located offshore. Patrick hadn't found out what Nathan's objective was, but he was sure that it was a good objective.

Patrick checked on his phone and he hadn't received any news from Lynn yet. She even hadn't replied to his chat. It made him worry since it was unusual for her to not replying to his chat. Maybe Patrick was an attention grabber, but he just cared so much to his girlfriend.

Clara was popping her head out in the window. She was enjoying the breeze of air at that noon. The classroom was quite hot since there wasn't any air conditioner in that room. Patrick walked to Clara, he asked Clara again on Lynn's whereabouts.

"I don't know, but I swear. She left the apartment with me," Clara said.

"Where is she now? Damn, I'll scold her later," Patrick said.

He got out of the classroom. The air in that classroom was very stuffy and very hot. Most of the people in that classroom were sweating as if they were in the middle east. The weather was very hot on that day. Patrick looked at the basketball field in front of him and he also saw Brendon and three student council members were approaching the classroom.

They stood near the door and Patrick stood right behind those council members. "Is there something missing in your classroom?" Brendon asked Nathan.

Nathan answered by saying, "No."

"Are you sure there's nothing missing? Like a girl? Perhaps," Brendon asked.

At that point, Nathan had known that there was something fishy about what they were talking about. Now Patrick had known about Lynn's whereabouts, he just has to retrieve her and be done with it.

"Did you kidnap my girlfriend?" Patrick asked.

"Good question and the answer is yes." Brendon smiled. He had won the game if the person that he kidnapped was an ordinary person and the class that he asked for ransom was an ordinary class. Neither of those requirements to make the class feared him was fulfilled.

The grim on Patrick's face slowly turned into a smile, he just had a small giggle behind those four. The whole class just smiled at Brendon when they heard that statement.

Patrick giggled, "From all of the students around here, why did you have to choose her?"

"Why are you reacting like that?" Brendon started sweating from the weird reaction coming out from the classroom.

Lynn was the most experienced person in that classroom about a kidnapping. When she was in middle school, kidnapping was like breakfast for her. It happened almost every single day. Now, they had a race with Lynn on who would kill all of the cartels first.

"Who kidnapped her? Is it your friends or sicarios?" Patrick asked.

"Is it going to make any difference?" Brendon asked.

"It is," Patrick said as he went to his bag. Nathan gave the command to the others to pack their bags and go home. Brendon was a business that needed to take care of, but Lynn was their priority.

"What are you doing?" Brendon asked.

"Packing our bag of course, what do you expect? This is going home time and besides, we don't have any subject to follow after this," Shaddam said as he packed his bag and went outside of that classroom. The others followed Nathan from behind. Brendon just looked at the weird class while scratching his head.

The last person in that classroom was Nathan and Patrick. They were going to give Brendon some minor threat and some questions. He might perceive that as a joke, but he would know that it wasn't a joke when it happened.

"So... Who's kidnapping Lynn?" Nathan asked as he cracked his finger.

"Why? Just pay the ransom and your friend will be safe and sound. It's just 2000$," Brendon said. The bodyguards that were standing behind him were itchy on the trigger of the gun. They wanted to pull the trigger, but Brendon didn't give them the green light.

"Is it your friend?" Nathan looked at him sharply. "Or is it the sicarios?" Nathan smirked. Brendon simply had no idea who he was talking to. He only thought Nathan as the class president of a weird class and that was it.

Patrick sighed. "There's no use. Let's get out of here before the SAC or Delta force got them first." Patrick left the room with his backpack. Brendon became more confused about Patrick's rambling. He thought it was a rambling because he didn't know that Lynn was a daughter figure of the CIA PMOO director. In short, if he smelled that Lynn was in danger, he would send a group of special operatives just to rescue her.

"Wait." Brendon stopped Nathan before he got out of that room. Nathan only gave a sentence to Brendon. The meaning of the sentence was quite terrifying if he knew what that meant. "See you in Guantanamo Bay, adios."

Nathan left the room and left Brendon in confusion. Nathan ran to Patrick and he asked him to track Lynn down which he already did. He showed Lynn's exact location on the hologram map of the PDA. It turned out that Lynn was kidnapped three kilometers away from them and all of the units had been dispatched.

"Hitman team and Apache are en route to the location," Patrick showed the route of the team. They had been dispatched to the location. It wouldn't take too long until they arrived. The one who would attack the structure where Lynn was kept would be the heavy armor aka hitman team.

Meanwhile, the others would be using Blackhawks to infiltrate that place. "Patrick, call Aiden, we'll be in the LZ in two minutes." Nathan passed through the stairwell and he changed into his combat loadout since there wasn't any CCTV or a person in that stairwell. Patrick also changed into his combat loadout.

Patrick chose him LZ to be in the parking lot of his school. The Blackhawk should fit perfectly in the school parking lot. Patrick called the Blackhawk to the parking lot of his school.

"This is Hotel, approaching LZ." The helicopter slowly approached from the horizon. The sound from the blades became louder as the helicopter approached the parking lot. The helicopter lowered its landing gears.

There were two contractors other than Lisa on the helicopter. They were Laura and Clara. Both of them were sitting on the GAU-19 turret. They were holding those minigun turrets.

Patrick climbed into that helicopter and Nathan followed him. Patrick sat down on the door of that Blackhawk. Their destination was an abandoned warehouse located three kilometers away from that school. Tanks were rolling down the street. They were coming for that building. Another Blackhawk showed up right beside them.

Aveline: "I have a visual on the structure. There's a glass roof on the ceiling. You can use it as an entry point."

Patrick: "Copy that Alpha. Delta and Echo will infiltrate shortly."

Patrick attached a hook into the straps on his clothing so he could immediately jump to that roof of that warehouse. Nathan also did the same thing. Once they were above the glass roof, Patrick put his assault rifle on his shoulder.

"GERONIMO!" Patrick jumped from that helicopter.
