Chapter 41: My babies

"I drank too much more than one bottle at my super best friends party and don‟t remember anything from the whole night" I explained. "Do you know who the father is then?" he asked "After a case of mistaken identity; I did find him eventually, we tried to be together for a while, but it didn't work out" I finished sadly. "Well, he is a jerk then isn't he?" "A jerk?" I laughed "Yes, a jerk, and no mocking my words. My words are super awesome"

He reached for my hand and we ran into the lobby and up to my room. Outside my room we both paused. "Who looks after them if they don‟t have a dad in their lives?" he asked "A has a job so I can afford to pay a babysitter pretty much full time" He nodded, and I moved to open the door.

As soon as the door opened three blurs flew across the classroom and attached themselves to my legs. Ah, the joys of parenting. "mammy‟s home" called Mae and Ava, Adam was just standing there with his thumb in his mouth and a huge grin on his face.

That usually meant that he had done something that he shouldn't have. Hmm, will look into that later. "Hey guys, do you want to meet mammy‟s new friend?" I looked over at Justin and he seemed to be doing well. He was smiling. As soon as I mentioned Justin, they all looked over at him, studying him.

"Justin I would like you to meet Mae, Ava, and Adam. My babies, this is my new friend Justin." "Hello" came Mae‟s shy voice Justin couched down and held out his hand for her to shake. When Mae gripped his large hand both of them smiled.

A few minutes later they had all had their hands shaken and the triplets were all showing Justin their toys. I smiled over at Justin and he smiled back. I knew that the triplets would like him, but the fact that he liked them too made me very happy.

"Amelia?" I turned around to see Sophia, my babysitter and closest friend here, walking out of the kitchen with her daughter Mania. I smiled over at her and cooed at Mania who giggled that cute baby giggle that all the triplets had grown out of. "Who is the intimate magnet?"

she asked innocently. "Sophia! You can‟t say that in front of my babe!" I laughed she laughed back. "Okay, then who is the hot m-u-t-h-a-f-*-*-k-e-r?" "Lord, with both of us around our kids, will be s-c-r-e-w-e-d" I laughed "Yes, however, I think that the right word if f-*-*-k-e-d" We both broke down into laughter.

We both walked over to the play area and Sophia put Mania on her play mat. "Justin?" asked Adam "Yeah buddy?" Sophia looked over at me and raised her eyebrows and wiggled them. I tried to ignore her but the smiled I was trying to hide was coming out. "Why are mammy and Sophia both talking funny?"

"Well, Adam I believe that you mom and Sophia are having a spelling competition and I have to say that they have some good spelling words," he said innocently.

I looked over at him and saw his smirking, then I realized that Justin could spell so he knew all that we were just saying. I started laughing so hard that I left the room and walked into the kitchen. I heard footsteps and I turned around to see Justin staring at me amused.

He kept walking forward, and I kept on backing away until I hit the cabinets. We both smiled at each other, and my eyes drifted down to his lips. I looked back into his eyes and saw that his eyes were elsewhere as well, but I could see lust and passion burning in them.

I made a quick decision that it was time to move on from John. I reached up and put my hand on the back of his neck, playing with the hair there. His eyes connected with mine, asking if it was ok. His hand drifted up top my waist and my cheek.

Little sparks, burning where his hand was and had been and even in places that I was anticipating his touch. We were now touching from knee to shoulders. We both moved forward slightly and out lips touched.

After our kiss, things had been very… different. We acted as it happened but we didn't mention the „big‟ kiss. The big kiss would have turned out to be kinky intimate on the kitchen bench if Sophia had not walked in and yelled something about her burning eyes.

We kissed, but only chastely and we never got carried away. I had tried to get a little… carried away…. But he said that it wasn't right. Not yet. Justin had been over every day since the first one and he loved her now, which I enjoyed.
